I am gay too and everytime I see Gaurav, I can so relate to what he is going through. I started watching the show after knowing there is a gay track in it. Needless to say Gaurav's performance is outstanding in the show. It always tugs my heart everytime I see Vidya and Gaurav. I just dont want a Vidya in my life, it just too much guilt to live with. I am 29 now and have managed to escape marriage till now, without coming out , I hope God helps me even down the lane.

Kudos to the entire team for depicting gay love in such a respectable manner.

I am so glad that you came out...

All the gays I have known in my life are the best people I will ever meet in my life...I live in a conservative state in US and I am hoping for many legal changes for my gay and lesbian friends. I hope India goes through positive and liberal changes as well. 😊
Indeed this drama is bringing justice by representing UNREPRESENTED love.

I have to be honest, before watching this show i was kind of in denial. But after watching this show i have totally changed my prespective,i salute you for coming out of closet.
You should be proud of what you are and never underestimate yourself.
For the first time after i saw Karan leave,i feel terrible and truly want them to unite. My mom watches this show in India and is trying to understand this aspect as well.I am surprised that she is ready to accept them as well.
I wish you all the best in your life and i am sure you will do great.

I am so proud of you for coming out. You should always believe in yourself and dont ever change yourself to make others happy. People need to stop hating this issue because this show itself shows how dirty a relationship between a man and woman can be (eg. brama, uttara and dev) and how clean the love between gaurav and karan is. I think when you feel comfortable you should tell your family. They all love you and will come around and accept you for you are. In fact you should make them watch the show so they can start getting used to the idea and see that love does not have to be just with man and woman.

Mate, i am proud of you and wish you the best of luck in the future, what matters is that you are a good person, coz as they say they are only two sort of ppl in this world - good and bad
For me i never had a problem with gay relationships or with gays, or even why ppl have a huge problem with it but i do get why ppl in certain communities look down or cant accept it or even get it, for me they are just a person who happen to like same sex ppl, your human as anyone
These days there are much worse ppl out there then gays, like murderers and rapists, that who we should be worried about and fighting against...

Very nice. As if India's cup of cultural problems is not enough and full, this new awareness is brought in to the drawing rooms of upper middle class and middle class people. The creatives are somehow bringing this track to a logical end as there is some what social responsibility left in them. Gay guys better keep their so called new innovations to themselves. Why pollute the young minds who are already confused with their adolescence and goals of their lives to be achieved by focussed minds ?

So you are okay with relationships like dev and brama where there is no faithfulness or love and respect but you are against two people who love each other and respected dearly. Instead of having a disgusting relationship between men and woman like dev and brama i would support gay relationships any day. And the rates of gay couples cheating on each other is way lower that heterosexuals so that shows how loving and committed they are and that they value relationships. That is what young minds need to learn.

I am so glad you broke out of the box, everybody is entitled to speak out their opinion, you are gay, you should be proud of that. I respect you and the fact that the show took such an incentive's to bring about the track of gay men.

I salute to you and really proud to have people like you around, who are not shy or embarrassed to speak of they are or like.

First point is I am educated enough that too in Biology to understand natural relationships between Man and woman.
Second point who is supporting Brahma's extra marital affair or his strained relationship with his wife?
Every normal person is opposing that character and expressing their disgust against Uttara.
That means natural and normal relations are always respected irrespective of any cultural background.
Gay people may have their own point of view and associations who support them but don't compell the society to accept them.
It is only a mental issue not biological.
