January 26th Written Update

Rastogi telling Uttara that he bought her for night, he even gave an advance for her. Uttara asks him how he can even say that, and yells out that that's not the truth, it can't even possibly be the truth. Rishabh is my husband, he would never do this to me and this is just a scheme of yours to get closer to me. Rastogi smirks, and Uttara just walks away back to where everyone is dancing and is really dull. Devyani notices and tells her to dance and she begins to do so, but not as excited.

Even Aditya gets down from his horse and dances with everyone. Gaurav and everyone else yells at Aditya for getting off the horse and he complains that he was getting bored [hehehe how cute] and Dadaji tells everyone that there should be dance competition! And calls out to SSP to come and join the fun, who obviously has to be dragged there. And so now there's more dancing! LOLOL you have to see SSP dancing 🤣

Priya sitting on her bed, all nervous [but she looks like a princess! So pretty!] Chinnu comes running into the room, and Priya asks if the baraat isn't there yet. And Chinnu laughs at her and tells her to relax, saying that Aditya is more excited than she is. They both share another moment about her having to leave the house and leave her dad and her brother.

Uttara eyeing Rishabh as he is dancing and completely tense. Rastogi goes and congratulates Devyani on Aditya's wedding. And Uttara is just getting angry seeing him there. Imli grabs Gaurav and Vidya and tells them to dance together, saying that there's so far away from each other, and says that they should lessen the distance between each other. Gaurav begins dancing, but Vidya just walks away and he's stunned. Rastogi comes over to Uttara and talks dirty to Uttara who tells him she's going to break his mouth, and she won't tolerate another word against her husband. He says that her husband will come and bring her to him himself, and that if she wants she can stay back with him forever. Uttara is just astonished.

Devyani tells Aditya to go and sit on the horse, and Aditya reluctantly does so. But finally, the baraat actually begins to move forward, and you see SSP and his little dupe all disturbed. SSP tells him not to go too far away from him.

Priya's dad comes into the room and Priya and him have another emotional moment, where he's holding back his tears, and tells her that he's going to have a lot of fun, dance a lot, and today is the biggest day for him. Mrs. Bindra comes inside the room and pushes Priya's dad out, saying that the baraat is there, and then compliments Priya "Aditya to gaya kaam se" 🤣 And poor Priya is left there, crying =/

Bua doing arti for Aditya while everyone else is standing there. Priya's dad garlands all the menfolk in Aditya's family. And finnallllyy his family goes inside for the wedding! 🥳

Vidya standing near the mandap thinks back to her own wedding, and how detached Gaurav seemed back then. She looks over at Aditya and his excited and smiling face. And she has tears in her eyes, as she realizes how different the two brothers are. Gaurav catches her eye and sees her walking away. Uttara is standing angrily, as she watches Rishabh, and goes to talk to him. She sees Rastogi standing right there. Mrs. Bindra comes and takes her away for some work.

Devyani goes to bring Priya to the mandap. And she tells her that she looks beautiful, and says that the glow on a girl's before her wedding is something different altogether. She tells her that after her wedding, a girl has to forget everything and leave it all behind, including her shadow. I came to take away the girl that has fallen in love with my son, the one who'll bring happiness to my house. And she tells her that she expects Priya herself to be happy, because as long as she is happy, everyone else in the family will be happy.
