I don't know about Hindavi. But showing Urdu words spoken would be anachronistic - one might as well show them speaking English if one went that route.

Maybe one solution they could do - show each character speak the language of the actual region he ruled. Like show Krishna talking in Braj bhasha & Gujrati, Rukmi speaking Marathi, Rukmini speaking Marathi & Gujrati, Karna speaking Bengali, the Kurus speaking Hindi, Virata speaking Rajasthani, Bhagadatta Assamese, Shakuni & Gandhari Pashto and so on. And have subtitles that can be selected in any language, including English. That should be entertaining 😈😆

🤣This is very much needed to float on their irritating narrations!I want this asap.😈

Can somebody do Hidimb & Hidimbi conversations in Pahari - the language spoken in Himachal Pradesh? Medha or anybody know?

Cherry, you missed the translated dialogs throughout the other thread - Krishna-Arjun-Hanuman/ Karna-Shalya Funny One Shot.? 😆

Hey Mridula! I had tweeted the mistake to Shaheer on Twitter ever since I saw the promo.. It's actually the dialogue writer's and Director's job to rectify such things! Hope they are careful...

Not a blooper this Mahabharat is a willful distortion by the creatives as they say 'To cater to the mindset of today's youth'. I wonder what they think today's youth is.

I actually appreciate the way SP takes up a feminine perspective in the portrayal of the epic which is much needed.. But that can be done without distorting the original story! Or if they plan to change the story, as they are already doing they should come up with a disclaimer!
