Jarasandh was killed by Bhim. His body was torn into two fragments and thrown in opposite directions.

My Question:- Who was the oldest warrior (in terms of age) who fought in the MB war?

The oldest warrior was Bahalika who was Bheeshma's uncle. He was killed by Bhima on the 14th night.

Kripacharya had a grandfather Satyadhruti, who in the war, fought on the Pandava side: he would probably have been the oldest. Also, Bahlika, Santanu's older brother, was clearly older than Bheeshma. Besides that, Kuntibhoj, Kunti's father, would have rivalled Bheeshma in age

Something else I read was that he made the dice from bones of those that Bhima had killed - Hidimba, Bakasura & Jarasandha.

Shakuni didn't mix any liquid in it😊 Once when both the Pandavas and the Kauravas were still children, they had a tussle between them. The Kauravas teased the Pandavas that their mother was a wh**e. Pat came the Pandavas' reply.'Your mother's a widow'. The Kauravas were surprised. Their mother was no widow. They went crying to Bheeshma and narrated the whole story. Bheeshma was surprised and sent spies to Gandhara. The spies returned with amazing news. When Gandhari was born the astrologers had foretold that her first husband would die an early death, while her second husband would enjoy a long life. Hence to ward off this astrological effect, Suvala, the king of Gandhara and father of Gandhari, married off Gandhari to a goat when she attained marriageable age. After the marriage, immediately the goat was sacrificed. Shortly thereafter Gandhari took the nuptial vows with Dhritarashtra.
Hearing this all, Bheeshma was furious. He had technically brought a 'widow' for Dhritarashtra. He immediately had Suvala and his sons captured and brought to Hastinapura. There he imprisoned all of them in a dungeon. In order to 'punish' them Bheeshma gave all of them just one fistful of rice everyday. It was obviously not enough for them. Suvala said to his sons,' Bheeshma wants to kill us without disobeying dharma. So he feeds us, but he gives just enough so as to not starve us. And we cannot ask for more food as it is adharma to do so. We can't even run away and escape as it is adharma to run from a daughter's house when food is still being served. We are doomed'.
As the says went by, the situation got worse. All the brothers started fighting over the food. But due to the wise counsel of Suvala, they all decied to save the daily offered food and give it to Shakuni, the youngest and wisest among them all. A dying Suvala hit Shakuni's ankle with his danda (staff) and said,' Now this crack on your ankle will make you limp and remember the misdeeds of Kauravas everytime you limp. After I die take my finger bones and convert them into dice. They will move as and how you want them to.'

This is the story of Shakuni's dice.😉
