when pandavas were in exile kaurava's had come to the place where they were staying with the intention to capture the pandavas and kill them. the kaurava's had a fight wit gandharvas on their way. arjun and bheem on the biding of yudishtir came and rescued duryodhan and other kauravas. duryodhana being a khastriya had to grant a boon to arjun for rescuing him . arjun said he will ask for it later.

when did arjun asked the boon? what did he asked and by whose bidding he asked for the boon?

Nope,It was Shikhandi...So it is said that Shikhandi,the Senapati of Pandavas came in front of Bheesma and so he couldnt attack on Arjun and Arjun then threw the multiple arrows-trap...😊

Next- By whom was Dwarika designed and created?

Well as far as i remember Abhishek Dritdyumb was senapati of pandavas I am not sure of the day when bheeshma was traped by arjuna I only know that shikhadi went on arjuns rath on arjun n krishna request

No, it was Dhrishtadyumna only. Shikhandi was in Arjun's chariot to make it difficult for Bheeshma to counter attack Arjun, since he'd have to avoid attacking Shikhandi. Also, Dhrishtadyumna always put Arjun on the front of the army, since that was the best arrangement, but that neither made Arjun the senapati, nor did it change who the senapati was on any given day.

The Pandavas had only 1 senapati throughout the war - Dhrishtadyumna. After he was killed & his army massacred by Ashwatthama, Kripacharya & Kritavarma, the Pandavas didn't name a successor, unlike Duryodhan naming Ashwatthama.
