Correct!

40. Who was addressed as Devakīmātar?

Kṛṣṇa Vāsudeva, of course! Arjuna calls him this once in Droṇaparvan and once in Āśvamedhikaparvan.

39. Who was addressed as Gāndhāre! - vocative declension of Gāndhāri? Note the short i instead of long ī at the end.

Her eldest son Duryodhana is addressed this way by many characters.

41. Which characters were addressed as Kuntīmātar?

That would be 3 elder Pandavas Yudhisthir, Bheem, Arjuna

Correct! However, no one calls Yudhiṣṭhira by this name in the text.

Bhīma is called Kuntīmātar by Yudhiṣṭhira when he is being squeezed by the boa constrictor.

Arjuna is called Kuntīmātar by Kṛṣṇa, Bhagadatta, and Indra.

42. Who was addressed as Prabhañjanasutānuja?

Any of the Pandavas can be called this? Bheem being Hanuman's younger brother or other Pandavas being Bheem's brothers.

Correct!

Kṛṣṇa addresses Arjuna as Prabhañjanasutānuja while instructing him to shoot Jayadratha's head into Vṛddhakṣatra's lap.

Someone with golden colored horses?

No, reddish-brown (bay) horses. The word śoṇa meaning reddish-brown is different from suvarṇa meaning gold, which is vernacularized as sona.
