Came here after which feels like an eternity to actually find a story to read!! Saw this and my mind just shot back to a year or two when u had newly started this story, therefore remembered some part of the plot in the beginning and immediately got excited to read this!! U knw when the show was still on during the golden era (2012) i always kind of believed that if the makers needed to hit the refresh button by taking a leap then they could kill them two off and have them reincarnate because hey, the whole show was supposed to be filmy right? So i had never kind of worried of Rishbala dying...until it actually happened and some shitty daughter story came in to ruin the whole show.😔😭 So yes, reading ur story is fulfilling that 'prediction' or 'imagination' i used to have...

Yes... actually thats what I wanted as well.. it would have suited RishBala. That's how this idea came to me in the first place... but oh well...

Anyway to the story now! Rudra and Maya☺️ I love these new personalities of theirs!! Rishaan is very much like the old RK, the one prior the wedding or in the first month of the wedding, so I love him too!! That attitude is kick ass!! Rudra however reminds me a lot of Maan from Geet, that business tycoon with angry young man attitude. But that gives his character depth! And i like this alcoholic Madhu (Maya)...even though she's not that alcoholic..like yes she drinks...during the shoot a lot..but afterwards she calmed it down and was able to control. Alcoholics struggle in that aspect.

Glad that you love all three characters... about Rishaan... yeah I can see why you might think he is like RK... he has some similarities... especially because he tries to be like him. But he is different. Now I never watched Geet really so can't say about similarities between Rudra and Maan. There might be. But Rudra... is complex... that's all I can say at the moment. Yes, Maya is not an alcoholic really because she stopped herself before she could become one, however, her drinking habits are still unhealthy.

And btw i love the fact that they aren't called Madhu and Rishabh again...different names just makes u connect to their new lives and well new births. However at times m mind is blown that Rudra has the information and content of two life's in his brain and that he is practically living two lives. And i love the fact ur not rushing the story...please don't do that...it just ruins the characters...let it all go with the flow, even the Meera and Rishaan story line. I am waiting for it to kick start but then u cannot just make Rishaan suddenly feel something obviously and the same goes for Maya and Rudra...Maya has no idea of her past life so the story or u as a writer cannot just force her into getting to know Rudra...it will happen but with time.

Exactly! This story is more about Rudra, Maya and even Rishaan than RishBala... in many ways... I mean I know its a RishBala fanfic and all.. but thats the way it is. The stories and journeys of these three characters...is what makes this story what it is.

Rudra's head is a mess, yes! 😆 ... Don't worry, I am not going to rush the story... I believe in gradual character development and character driven plots. And exactly, I won't force any character to fall for anyone or do anything... they will do what they want to do and when they want to do so... 😆

Keep up the great work! I'll comment about the plot with the next update or so...because this comment is already quite long and i am not even half finished 😆 Can't wait for the next chapter now 😃

Now this chapter is a blockbuster, I know it's just a drop of what you will show after, it gives insight into the complicated human nature, but I must admit it's very disturbing!

I don't even know where to start, this chapter has a lot of things that I find myself now unable of expressing anything!

I'll try though!

Meera and Maya, what I understood is that Maya was explaining to Meera that she doesn't have any romantic relationship with Rishaan but she also tried to make her see Viraj's value, and the value of his love, but without trying to pressurize her!

Reactions in the scene where it was announced that Rishaan is kidnapped were expected, Meera panicked and Maya not only is afraid but she also feels guilty as she thinks she is responsible too for what's happening to Rishaan


Now the highlights for me in this chapter in order are Shaurya/Rishaan's scenes, Rudra's scenes and a mention to the phone conversation for obvious reasons!


Shaurya/Rishaan's scenes

Obviously we expected that it will only be about torture sessions in these, it's not like Shaurya was really going to have any kind of sane conversation with Rishaan!! his facade is destroyed and now he wants to torture him for that and for other reasons too, it's very complicated actually, first he talked about the brothers spoiling his plans and ruining it all, so he started his torture that way then it became about his revenge and jealousy of RK, Rishaan was astonished to hear Shaurya's dialogues who was taking him as the real RK and the last session of torture actually was quite a twisted one and was very difficult to completely grasp, Shaurya was trying to bring Rishaan's truth to surface, but I doubt that what Shaurya thinks is real, I mean Shaurya thinks that he has similarities with Rishaan, yes both are two twisted souls but difference is that Rishaan is a victim and he went the self destructive mode and Shaurya is a creep even if he might have his reasons for what he is but he took the destructive mode (destroying and making others lifes a hell!!)!

I can't pretend that I get it all, I need more clues maybe, but I have some ideas but still I need to put order in my thoughts and assumptions before sharing them


Ok some few things to mention here, I liked how Rishaan is trying to resist and control the huge pain he feels, I liked that kick he gave to Shaurya despite being in such a poor state, yes he was in disadvantageous situation but he tried as hard as he could to stand his ground, I liked his witty replies. But was shocked to discover the tormented and especially the damanged soul he is, this man is completely destroyed, he was destroyed during his childhood itself and to such a point that he was made thinking that he deserves it all!! and nothing of his thoughts have changed even now! I thought Maya is the most shattered one but seems Rishaan's case is even worse!!!


Rudra scenes

He was suffering all the way, he was angry, guilty and ready to burn the world to find his brother, we can see how much enraged and frustrated he was when he was beating the corrupt officer, his fear for his brother was such that he could go to any extent, It was intense and his dioalogues were so good, the strong facade he has is commendable : the way he threatned Agnihotri to inform the fans about her and her officer's responsibility of this whole mess!

But another scene of him which showed his guilt and saddness is the one where he cried in the office when he was with Judge Prakash, his father figure! I love the bonding between the two


Rudra-Maya's phone conversation

So Maya actually couldn't take the guilt and wanted it all to stop and she was actually about to commit a suicide if it wasn't for her soul mate!! the timing was good!

What I liked is how they saved and comforted each other, how they could feel each other and forget their pain when they thought about one another

I know my comment isn't very elaborated as my thoughts are confused now but rest assured, the chapter is very good and it's full of emotions and complicated things that it became complicated for me too to talk about all the shades, nuances it has!!!


Once again I say I love your dialogues! it goes without seeing how deep and crisp writing you do (content wise)!
