Days passed by, everyone had completed their studies and madhuri and RK informed their parents about their love and they showed green signal but with a condition that they wil let them get married after they settle in life, for which RK and madhuri had agreed. Madhuri wanted to tel this to MB, she knew MB was hiding something from her, but she was sure, she wil reveal it herself at the right time.MB was now in Delhi with her dad, as she compelled everyone that she wanted to do her higher studies at a famous universtiy from Delhi, and since Malik was there, it was not that difficult for her to shift. Madhuri missed MB the most, and RK was happy that MB was away from Madhuri, MB greeted her and said everything wil go well, on hearing this news from Madhuri.
She cut the call and looked above watching Malik staring at her, she just smiled at him and was about to leave, when he asked " What are u doing to urself Madhu?" She gave a confused look and said "Papa?" Malik put a hand on her shoulder saying " You and Madhuri are always the same for u, how can i give a happy life for one daughter at the cost of happiness of other daughter?" MB faked a smile and replied "Papa, you are making things complicated, i have just moved on, i never ever thought about RK now, and for now he is going to be my Jeez, and am planning to make him run around on the day of marriage, as am going to be his saali"
But Malik being a protective father could sense the pain behind her fake smile and said "You can never act to me Madhu, i know u are stil struck and thats why stil u murmur I didn't do that wantedly RK, forgive me, and all.." MB was shocked, that was the only thought in her mind, but what she doesn't know was,she started to speak in sleep, that too about her top most secret, she worried what if padmini or Madhuri had heard this, she lowered her eyes, while Malik said "No Madhu, we need to end it here, lets tel Madhuri everything, she wil never choose RK over you."
MB said "Yes, she wil never choose anyone over me, but she wil not do that with happiness,and i don't want her to do that for me, she deserrve to be happy papa, why can't u understand that". But Malik raised his voice over her saying "Don't u deserve to be happy madhu, i can't leave u like this madhu, now the decision is yours, if u want madhuri to get married to RK, you also have to get married soon, might be few months later or before hers, else, we wil tel madhuri everything, and i will look for two grooms for my brides." And malik left for his work.
Madhu sat there defeated, she was left with no choice, she could see how her one decision can destroy everyone's happiness, she was in no mood to take any decision, she can't give his place to any other guy, but then she don't want to be hindrance in her sister life, she was thinking of all possible ways, but she had no clue. Malik reached home and asked MB what she had decided, for which MB remained silent, so Malik told her, that he is getting her married to his friend's son Akash. MB was literally shocked, but she has no other choice than being silent,but malik mistook her silence as a positive reply.
A week later,
Madhubala was still not out of the shock that her father gave, that both his daughters would be married on the same day, MB had thought she could come out of this marriage topic giving some lame excuses, but Malik was so right on his path, that he had bough Akash and his family to home to meet MB and to start all formalities regarding engagement, everyone around her was happy, happy for her, but she is not happy, she decided to speak to Akash before doing anything, they all have known each from childhood, and recently these kids have lost in touch, and Akash was a nice guy thats why Malik chose him for MB.
All elders were speaking about the engagement and Muhurth for it, when she heard Akash saying that he would like to speak to MB alone, and there was silence all around, Madhu heart beat raised, she was scared, how could she tel the truth on his face that she was in love with her sister's would-be.
She came to reality here laughter around her, and she found that everyone was kidding them, then she saw Akash passing her, and she followed him to the terrace, there they had formal talk first, after which Akash dropped in the bomb that he was not willing to marry her. MB was so happy and sad, happy that she would escape from this marriage and sad that her parents wil be heart-broken.
