My support or not support does not come into picture in this discussions . The woman abuse posts were made by many of you during rk times , so same should apply here . Chanting abuse mantra at one time and changing it to suit your fav is what is disgusting . Many of you who were shouting abuse abuse then are now actually enjoying the acts which is very evident by the support you guys give to such posts now

I don't watch sultan scenes ... So you wont find my posts shouting abuse on him

Justifying your stance because of what rk did Or what rk fans did does not work .you guys were very vocal about abuse , so why muted voices now .

Anyway I made my point , nothing more for me to add other than what I said in thre of my posts here . So enjoy discussing how justified you are for supporting sultans actions now

I refuse to believe that NOW of all times, he suddenly realizes he wants her in his life.

That said, yes there is still a part of me that thinks, or maybe hopes, that whatever Sultan is doing right now has some whole other story to it. I could be wrong, and I am prepared for that, but I for one am having a hard time believing that someone like Sultan, who put his family and respect for women above everything else, could change so drastically in just one night. A journey that started off about getting justice for his Mother suddenly turned into getting Madhu, it's really weird.

To me it's not that he's doing this to a married woman. Were she not married, only single, and not linked to any other man, it still would be wrong. Marriage, that doesn't make her any less of an independent woman, or rather it shouldn't. Married or not, that's the least of my concerns. The question is whether the woman is receptive or repulsed, whether she welcomes or rejects. If Madhu were single, even then this 'junoon' of Sultan would not be acceptable.

That is exactly what most of my comment meant. I guess I should have worded it correctly 😆 . But anyway, you're absolutely right, married or not, no woman should be treated this way. And that too in the name of "Junoon" . I don't understand what sort of misogynists the CVs of this show are. What kind of pleasure do they get in making a woman a doormat of her husband and a ping pong ball between two brothers? And since when is obsession healthy in any relationship? I didn't like RK's obsession, and I am not liking Sultan's obsession. Whether there's more to it or not is a completely different story. But for now, I will only believe on what is being shown instead of preconceiving the future. Right now Sultan is wrong. Period. Even though Madhu has turned out to be a complete hypocrite, it still wouldn't justify Sultan's actions presently.

@red i know right! its not even possible to change so drastically in such a short amount of time. there was no signs indicating that sultan was becoming more antagonistic, this shocked everyone. thats why i cant digest it and still have hope that hes only frontin' (putting up a facade) coz it just doesnt make any sense at all

That's the part where I blame the CVs. Eventually, they butcher each and every character. Be it RK, Madhu, Padmini, Radha or Sultan now. They seriously need better writers on their team!

This show turned out to be everything about an arrogant Superstar. And that image of a strong woman got overshadowed by his antics gradually. Even with the revenge plan she made, I was really happy to see some shades of grey in her as that was something never seen before on Indian television. But again, I hoped for too much. Madhu as a character has turned out to be very disappointing. Either she doesn't speak up for herself, or she doesn't do it at the right time. Which is no less than not speaking at all. The idea of being in love has completely turned off her brain switch.
