No you didn't get your answer. Sexual harassment and sexual assault are two different things. A lot of what's shown in Indian films and perhaps even serials are examples of sexual harassment, which is 'romanticized.'

And ahh you edited. Let me address that too.

I agree that what Sultan is doing right now would also be termed as sexual harassment. What, you think I didn't know this point would come up? 😆😆😆 😉 I was very well aware, and that's why I made sure to include it about RK.😉

I did say that the the people that raised concerns when RK was doing his junoon are not the same people appreciating Sultan's junoon so the opposition camp should take note of it and stop bringing that argument to Sultan fans threads because it's two separate type of fans.

Here is what I said and when.

MORAL POLICING is not allowed on this forum we know that we shouldn't be doing it, we should just appreciate the passion Sultan is bringing to the screen like we did with RK. That's way I stand, you know that and both camps know that too. This is a fictional drama to entertain us.

By your post it seems your camp has decided because the other camp bashed RK when he brought Madhu back into his life you have decided now Sultan is showing junoon for Madhu you will also bash. But that doesn't lead to a pleasant and peaceful forum and also your camp now by criticising Sultan is ignoring the times RK was also handcuffing Madhu and forcing her to be with him, therefore the moral policing argument against Sultan doesn't hold water because there is evidence from the show when RK did the same.

Is it not possible for us to agree that both times RK before and now Sultan is showing junoon (passion and obsession) and just enjoy it together. If it's not possible at least your camp can realise their arguments don't hold because it's hypocrisy on your camps part. Something I've got to tell you is that the Sultan camp the people that raised concerns about RK's mishandling of Madhu at that time are not happy with Sultan's change either. So it's not hypocrisy by the Sultan fans because the people now that are appreciating Sultan's junoon are not the same people that raised those concerns during the time RK was doing it.

Yes... definitely.😆 And come next week, I just may make my post washing my hands of Sultan and Sulbala, because of what CVs have done. 😉

I too am in the same boat as you

What makes us enjoy this Sultan are two things: that this is an act by him, and also that he keeps 'winning' over RK and Madhu's 'eternal, everlasting, love'.😆

1) its an act. Sultan is definitely acting. first i was in doubt and i thought oh shit has he actually changed and is this really him but now i know hes definitely acting, especially after yesterdays episode. he doesnt 'want' madhu at all. For him this is about destroying RK and he even said to madhu in their phone conversation that it hurts him that he has to use her in his plans. If he wanted Madhu he could have kidnapped her a long time back and no1 would even know.

If Sultan were doing this simply to get Madhu, without any reason, he could've truly fallen to RK's level and kidnapped her and tied her to his bed a la RK.

2)😈that i am enjoying. I have never enjoyed and respected their anokha pyaar so I'm lovin that Sultan is winning (so far) 😉

Does this mean we all think that Sultan has the right to harass and intimidate her just because he is only pretending? No, plenty of us do not believe he has that right. Nor are many of us dreaming about some sort of blackmail marriage carried out through 'zabardasti' so to speak. That was RK-Bala, and I was one of those who found it demeaning and insulting from the START. So why would I support a similar type of set up for Sultan-Madhu?

you are right. this in fact peeves me off. when i look at madhus face and see her disgust i too feel very uncomfortable and then i have to remind myself "just enjoy AR-DD's acting" :/

So why are some of us still watching and sticking with the show? Because we want to see what the CVs are going to throw at us next week. Because one thing we know, Sultan is doing all of this for some reason. What that reason is will be revealed next week, we will hope. And perhaps, just perhaps, it will turn out that his reasons are valid and his methods are understandable.

thats exactly why I am still here. To find out why Sultan is doing this. I know there is a greater secret behind this so I'm still hangin on to this show. @blue👍🏼 im hoping so

Next week we will hopefully get our answers and if the cvs show that Sultan is doing this because he actually just wants madhu and not for something else then ..

One thing though, AR IS doing a fantastic job portraying this different side of Sultan and even some of his character's hater's have acknowledged it too.

So if i end up totally going against his character next week then I can only just watch the show to support AR n enjoy his performances.

I hope it doesnt get to that & we get some valid explanations next week.

Do u support RK? If so can u state what are the reasons u support him even after he mistreating his own Mom? Iam sure ur answer would include "u know he got betrayed when he was kid, his mom married to someone else soon after his dad's death and so he felt rejected" ...isnt it? or u have some other reason? If this is what ur reason is, well and good, not an issue with me. Just like many here love RK inspite of what all he did to his own Mom, owing to his bad past... we will also support Sultan if he has valid reason. Thats exactly the topic maker is trying to say.

And dont even get started on double faces, we very well know how double faced this whole forum is. Atleast we have the audacity to accept Sultan is currently wrong and we wont be supporting him if he has no valid reason. Unlike many here , who no matter what the superstar does, say he cannot be wrong.

Thank you, Nafs for pointing this out. There are those of us who are neither enjoying this 'junoon' nor are we supporting Sultan's methods blindly. Come next week, it may be make or break for many of us.

As for the rest of your post, I hadn't read that earlier. I just went to it and 'liked' your original post as well.

Whatever reason may be Sultan's actions are not acceptable. If RK behaved badly to her in the past it doesn't mean Sultan can haress her.

Any married women would not tolerate a man telling her to divorce her Husband and come him.

Excellent post.. I agree with you! I believe there's a reason behind his junoon, as well! So I will keep ignoring what all is NOT going the pankhi way!!

Also, I look at the other options available for MEIEJ.. Continue Rishbala Romance like before (ohh I m gonna throw up).. OR end the show? Nope.. I'll take an obsessive Sultan any day!!

I REALLY don't care about the "majority" on here!! Their opinions DO NOT matter to me!! What they think about Sultanians or what ANYONE else thinks about us- I don't give a rat's a** about it!! I AM here to EXPRESS my views on the show and THAT'S exactly what I am gonna do!
