Episode 321 Discussion: 11th July 2013

Welcome to the Episode discussion thread which we call as Viewer's and Reader's Respite. That's very apt, don't you think ? 😉. And that proves our objective.

Objective behind the thread is

It helps in keeping the forum clean without much litter. People just need to fall in a habit.
We can have it like breathers at first followed by analysis.
It also helps like-minded souls and pals bond and gel together to drop in their thoughts for themselves as breathers and for their friends as a peep into the episode and for others to post their reviews.
And those from different time-zones, who do not get to watch the episode at this time of telecast (Indian 8:30 PM), without any worry to trace or keep track of all their buddy's posts, they can come here, read with leisure and later post their analysis after watching it from their Time zones.

Extremist thoughts and moralizing thoughts are not welcome over this thread. It is entertainment show we are watching. The channel calls their programs as entertainment and we are watching the show. Discussions are welcome in light hearted and in realistic manner. Moral policing is not appreciated. We do not want to feel stifled into that kind of atmosphere here.

There are several other social welfare sites that are there to discuss the genuine issues. If for some reason, it is felt that social concerns have to be addressed and ethical and moral responsibility needs to be exercised for watching entertainment, then; certainly the forum is an open place to create separate ATs and build up that kind of propaganda.

Please heed to this as direct request and conditional requirement to participate in this thread. Strong words such as psychopaths unless used in show, need not be used to instigate riotous atmosphere or start sermonizing.

POINTERS for Writing/Posting of your reviews and thoughts over this EDT

Do not litter the thread with chit-chat conversations. A little is permitted to have the friendly atmosphere, but when you feel like chatting more, it is desired you take your conversation with your buddies to alternate venues like chat clubs, pm mode etc.
Quoting Policy: It is desired that people refrain from single, double, triple and multiple quoting of posts on a repetitive basis. They can pick out the parts that they like to quote as opposed to quoting the entire post. It is often seen that we have to scroll through the pages when all they have done is quoting and more quoting with one line response to the actual post. IF has a rule that more than three times quoting is not allowed. But nowadays as people read IF posts over phone, it is preferred that people do not quote longer posts and just extract the portions of the post that they like to respond to and if they still find it relevant to their thought process then get the entire quoted text.
Regulate the font size. Keep remembering that. It is really not pleasing to see big bolded letters for no special reason.
The thread becomes a mess when you give your review and do not REST for sometime until others have posted. Please understand, respites or reviews; once or twice are good for few pages...don't make a regular chat thread with your reiterating/whining/complaining on the same point. For the online readers, the thread becomes unpleasant read. There is a separate Complaints thread in Main Forum.
When episodic content is emotional, take a deep breath, give a good lengthy review; that acts as your vent in one single post...and make an exit to calm down your nerves if you still are possessed by only what you've seen.

ab special Rk review..

Rk is in shock after hearing the truth about MK, his dad. He is hurt . But, more than that he is angry and hates his dad. He doesn't want to suicide because he is hurt. He wants to end everything related to MK...unfortunately he is a part of MK...this is why he hates himself being alive and that's why he is suicidal...He HATES himself...something that he never did before...

That's why earlier he wasnt suicidal but, egoistic n strong...he had this urge to prove himself to the world...today his ego (that's his identity) is shattered...all that he was ever proud of was a lie...he is left with no memory at all that he would like to recollect and console himself...he has nothing to console him to get his confidence back...earlier, he ran towards success coz his dad had given him the confidence to be a winner always...today that very belief stands shattered...he has lost confidence on himself and about his own life...his path ahead is blurred...plus the guilt that he didn't speak to his mom for 17 years coz of his dad...

madhu's task will be to make rk realise his strengths and make him feel that he is required and needed...

kaisa lagta hai ye jaankar ke Sultan is now Sultan Mohan Kundra, for all that we care, keep the disgusting surname and tharkey papa Kundra to yourself , Rishabh doesn't need him or his name 😆

Madhu all set to reply to Sultan 😲 hurray 🥳 she wud have slapped him if he was there..

Radha revealing the truth..it's debatable whether she should have told him the truth earlier..I believe she couldn't have ..as a mother, she wanted to shield her child from every problem...

Is Sultan's aim to make RK feel he is nothing infront of him? I don't think it is about getting his mom her rights as MK's wife, but rather like to prove to RK that you got the woman i have fallen in love just overnight but still you are nothing infront of me? A superstar who is loved by many is nothing compared to our GHG...oh no sorry PHG who should be hated by everyone. 🤢

What an episode after a long time 👏

Everyone's reactions were as expected. RK not able to accept the fact, Rji's angst at seeing her son broken even after she sacrificed her own son's love and care for 17 years, the son questioning her why she didn't tell him even when he behaved in the most cruel way, everything was portrayed perfectly.

Though i shouldn't be happy after seeing such a heart wrenching scene, cant help it. Today i saw a ray of hope that this serial is back on track, my greatest joy being Madhu's reaction. Bhai openly acknowledged that he hates RK and he lost Madhu to him and he defeated him this time. I see a ray of hope in Madhu now that she will care only for her husband and not for reuniting the brothers. She has a lot to endure in coming days with RK being in such a broken state.

Needless to say, VD was the star of the show today 😛

Watchd todays episode after two weeks n i m nt regrettng it coz vivian dsena's performance. Hats off man. Too good.
Luks like rk is still guilty for what he did to madhu even after public apology thats a big trait man accepting ur faults.
So, mr action n reaction u should take note that how acting is done. Last 3 minutes all d members of rk mansion gave expressions whle luking at telephne n evn then they lukd better than sadakchap.
So,sultan accepted what he lost. Did madhu realisd that or not? Or she wl realise when he wl propose her aftr ruining her husbnd.
I m happy madhu ko gussa aya. But still in doubt what she s gng to give sultan? Lecture or slap.

superb and brilliant acting by VD 👏 hats off to him after 2 weeks i watch the episode only for him and im glad that he dint disappoint me .👍🏼, and RK is now only rishbah but then how does that matters his father has never made his career he was also independent and made his life on his own Mk dies when he was 13. and congo to bhai for his new name sultan mohan kundra🥳he truly deserves and what to say frankly im happy that he call out Rk to mock at him but doing that he himself showed his true color by admiting in front of everyone that he has lost madhu and was eyeeing married women that means he proves RK right. now by blaming him for that.

Hope after this call atleast madhu got a get up call and realise bhai bad intention towards her and how wrong she was when she was convincing radha to give him rights

RK's world turned upside down...The man whom he worshiped and who meant the world to him turned out to be a big lie...
First and foremost VD, wht a phenomenal performer...must watch for VD's performance...speechless...He displayed a wide range of emotions today...The so called central character should take acting lessons from him...

Radhaji revealing that she had spent her entire married life in the shadow of this truth...
Sultan tries to rub salt into RK's wounds...so the PHG's motive was not his mom's maan,samaan,abhimaan but was only for RK's apmaan...

Madhu is all set to reply bhai...hope the much awaited BBB or slap is just around the corner...hope she does it...if not for the viewer's sake then at least for TRP's sake...

The CV's r truly gone bonkers...hw come RK be called najaayaz when MK and Radhaji were legally married and had social acceptance...whereas MK and Meera were secretly married and had only one witness Rashid...

All in all worth watching only for VD's power packed performance...

Finally an episode that was gripping, not because of any twist, mainly because of the superb performance by VD👏. Could'nt take my eyes off him... (and not for the most obvious reasons😆)

RK finally gets the truth out of his mother. TO be fair to her, he stopped talking to her once she remarried, so how could she ever have told him? And also, one always does try to protect the child from any feeling of disappointment. All granted!

I loved:

RK's breakdown: Tomorrow will be the continuation but today was fantastic. The shock of knowing that Mk was not the pure heart he was, knowing that his mother knew and hid the truth, in fact always compared him unfavourably with his father (Rji: that was a bummer, not done)
RK putting the gun to his head, and only Madhu moves to stop him. And that chair, I never liked the big flowers on it, 😆, swahaa..
Madhu finally sees Sultan for what he is. She is visibly shocked at his call, goes to cut it off, but RK stops her. And good, because she also hears him say that he lost something to RK, and RK knew what it was. Kitna kaha RK ne, Madhu, kitni baar, you had more faith in your friendship than in your love?
Sultan ...did i understand right, he has changed his tune once more, yesterday he looked after Rji, today he called her marriage null and void, and her son illegitimate. And finally he admits that he lost madhu to RK.. says that fate has taken revenge on RK for the same. So who are you, Sultan? Can we see you for the person you really are, apart from neeli neeli aankhen?? Can this track finally move ahead??
BTW, 30 years later if the first wife surfaces, that too after a gandharva vivaah, the second marriage does not automatically become invalid, and the child illegitimate. There are legalities here which need to be explored. Moreover, what is the proof that Sultan is MK's child? His mother is in no mental state to verify his claim. So Sultan's entire premise can be blown away. WHat is he so happy about???

random musings..

although RK's anger was justified, few things which he said didn't make sense to me..or he said it bec. he was angry..

He said I inherited my father's legacy..bec. MK was a kameena, he's a kameena...this thinking is wrong..that's the reason i never liked it when Radha gave the example of MK whenever RK did something wrong...means RK doing all that is justified now? achai ya burai legacy mein nahi milti, a person's own karma shapes up his destiny...him telling Madhu to not touch him bec. he's a bura aadmi ? 🤔 more than his dialogues today, war_is_peace 's opinion on RK's hurt was better..

Sultan mocking RK, for once, I loved Dips to keep the phone on speaker mode..everyone , saw his true face, n Madhu , i have high hopes from you ..plz dun let us down this time...

Kundra surname is really effective..the moment "K" was out of R+K, and chipkofied to Sultan K, he turned into a kameena 😆
