Episode 233 Discussion: 30th March 2013

Welcome to the Episode discussion thread which we call as Viewer's and Reader's Respite. That's very apt, don't you think ? 😉. And that proves our objective.

Objective behind the thread is

It helps in keeping the forum clean without much litter. People just need to fall in a habit.
We can have it like breathers at first followed by analysis.
It also helps like-minded souls and pals bond and gel together to drop in their thoughts for themselves as breathers and for their friends as a peep into the episode and for others to post their reviews.
And those from different time-zones, who do not get to watch the episode at this time of telecast (Indian 8:30 PM), without any worry to trace or keep track of all their buddy's posts, they can come here, read with leisure and later post their analysis after watching it from their Time zones.
Do not litter the thread with chit-chat conversations. A little is permitted to have the friendly atmosphere, but when you feel like chatting more, it is desired you take your conversation with your buddies to alternate venues like chat clubs, pm mode etc.
Quoting Policy: It is desired that people refrain from single, double, triple and multiple quoting of posts on a repetitive basis. They can pick out the parts that they like to quote as opposed to quoting the entire post. It is often seen that we have to scroll through the pages when all they have done is quoting and more quoting with one line response to the actual post. IF has a rule that more than three times quoting is not allowed. But nowadays as people read IF posts over phone, it is preferred that people do not quote longer posts and just extract the portions of the post that they like to respond to and if they still find it relevant to their thought process then get the entire quoted text.

Episode 233 Discussion - EOD Summary

Sultan's Goondagiri on Sets, Realization of losing Madhu and Possessiveness for her in Full Swing for Rishabh Kundra

Events of the Episode

Aryan has an accident, breaks the light and is moaning in pain. Madhu runs to Aryan's assistance and helps him get up. The Crew comes running to the spot. The Prod-in-charge scolds Madhu for getting the boy there, leaving him unattended. In anger he calls Aryan as the "Handicap" in contempt. Next second we see Sultan man-handling the man, hanging him upside-down through a rope, threatens him that he will lose life next time if he makes the mistake of calling his son as Handicapped. Sultan takes away Aryan from there.
The Producer scolds Madhu for turning the place a bar and bringing goons like that. Bittuji tries to defend Madhu, but producer silences him. Other crew members also tell the producer that this man was the same as the one who broke RK's car windscreen. The producer asks her to repay the damages for the loss of equipment. Dipali has watched all of this.
Sultan attends to Aryan's leg cut. Madhu comes back to Chawl, overhears Sultan chiding Aryan for leaving the premises without taking his permission. Madhu enters and apologizes to him and assures him that she never repeat that mistake again. Sultan offers her money for equipment damages asking her to accept money by not show her self-respect crap. Aryan asks sorry to Madhu for causing the disrpution and Kaaka reminds Madhu, that money can be returned to producer as recompensation for whatever SUltan did...re the broken equipment.
RK alone in America...painting Madhu's pic as he remembers from the night of unwedding drama. Realization is going on in full swing for him that she has become his conscience, that her reproachful or indifferent eyes both hurt him to the core, that he cannot be indifferent to the fact that Madhu moved on. Instead of letting it be, absorbing how weak he feels, how lifeless he feels, he tried to bounce back by being meaner than before to her. He expresses his possessiveness for her, body and soul and shows off his jealous and insecure feelings about her proximity to Sultan inspite of her saying that nothing is going on between her and Sultan. He laments the fact the she is not close to him in terms of proximity to not feel the insecurity of losing her to other people or Sultan.

At the same time Hero turns to wind and travels...where ever he is...and he...despite having a tight grip...cannot resist that she slip through his hands...now giving the wind power to shift the sands...

(the wind in the last scene with Rk and Madhu drew my attention)

Syl: rk has lost his grasp of her and reality...minor details will turn to major situations in his mind...its the same way a papercut feels like a stab...Madhu has now become his conscience...she managed to penetrate a place only his mother was able to access...she is becoming the "voice" in his head...though she doesn't say a word...

But she was right. One way or the other, Madhu always manages to create drama around her.

Again, Madhu is the cause for "Pack Up!" I agreed with the man yelling at Madhu until he decided to bring up Aryan's disability. And Sultan's reactions .. nautanki bahut acche se karta hai. But then it was obvious from the very beginning that when it come to Aryan he looses his sanity, and turns mad.. He acted rather softly with Aryan though, when dealing with his son's evasiveness. And once cool, he realized that he should probably pay for the damages caused. I really liked him today. 👍🏼 Madhu too was bearable. She took the money without fuzz. My only problem was, she looked shocked when one else bothered about the man yelling at Aryan. Honestly, there are simple sane methods to handle this. And Sultan's was not it.

RK is still unable to drink. He is still obsessed about Sultan and his relation with Madhu. 🤢 He is working his way through it and taking his own sweet time. That background tune which was used makes me think of reflection, revelation, understanding. Not that it seems to be happening. I still wonder how much money do the producers use just paying for the wreckage RK causes by way of breaking bottles, glasses, tables, chairs, etc. Atleast he is painting again. 🤔

Next week, the police enters. Finally. And Madhu looks set to help Sultan & Co..

I had advised you all how it is important to watch the last three episode of month end.

LIkewise let me tell you all, the first 5-6 days of next month are also important to know the developments based on last three days of previous month.

So what happened on

28th March - Madhu wants to become mother of Aryan
29th March - Indications of Sandwich situation for Madhu and she can accept Sultan for sake of Aryan - Package deal.
30th March - Realization of reality-check and Possessiveness for Madhu in Full Swing for Rishabh Kundra

This is good enough indication, if you want to see the upcoming twists in next 5-6 days...Yes the Month's beginning week is set for Twist in the Plot of Previous Month.

Now coming to today's Episode Review.

I am quite saturated at this moment. The Episode was loaded in terms of imagery. I need to watch it slowly and then get the underlying meanings behind Rishabh Kundra's monologues. Yes, they showed us ...him painting Madhu...The image that he chose is important here...and thus we need to understand the context, the song and many things.

And do read by EOD Summary and the Roxette song/Lyrics that I posted in last EDT. Its a build-up too for your understanding...as this catharsis even for the viewer. Here are the links.

I didn't see the full epi. Saw from middle of RK's scene so can't judge the episode. But have one question. When RK said aide mat dekho Kuching chubta hain wat did he mean? Pyar se mat dekho ya aide indifference se mat dekho? Bcos I felt the expression on madhu's face was indifference.

Anyway so precap neon police come. Suppose they arrest sultan for whatever reason wil madhu fight to bail him out kyunki isle Aryan ki koi galati Nahum hai?

In your excitement, please stop speculating over precap. Intelligent and sensitive discussions are welcome. Just don't turn the thread into excitable rant and rampant with speculation and expressions of confusion.

Just express what you felt...using right choices of words...state that you feel this and tempted to speculate. That way...no one starts taking sides over nothing.

he feels guilty Minu when she looks at him..she's reminding him of his failure..that he is still holding on to her..chod kar bhi nahi chod paaye..that his revenge drama boomeranged on him..

i have yet to write my review but i dun think i'll be able to find the right words for RK's scene..i'll wait for your take Shri, you're the best one to analyze RK's monologue..

@Shri, i read the EOD summary, it was fab..i make it a point to read it everyday, although i press "like" before reading it 😆
