another drag of an episode..the last 5 mins. had some good action..

I am amazed , suddenly sultan turns from a person who did no give two hoots about Radha fainting now is Doing pati to her and spouting two maa dialogues ..
It make me angry at be cvs more and does not help even a bit in making him acceptable .

And mahaan mAdhu , she is scared of seeing gun in rk's hand but appear so calm when she see him in sultan or goons hands great going cvs ...

This is what I hate , they will make rk look all wrong and and platinum plate both mAdhu and sultan ..yuck

Madhu and RK patch up via songs (most therapists recommend effective communication CV's) and on the other side of the coin, Sultan dons his maha avatar and tends to his "other mother". Then the pics are published, and RK goes on a rampage. Madhu does not want him to sink as low as Sultan (this is my interpretation and no amount of logic is going to budge me from this position) wants him to stop.
The entire epi I was laughing at Dips/Sikky antics. In a way it makes sense. Chaos=no one paying attention to them, which means no threats of being thrown out of the house. Plus Dips just likes it when thinks are chaotic- the sadist in her enjoys watching other people's pain. Ahh, Dips, at least you are somewhat consistent.
Other than that, not much to say. Another hum drum epi. Par the course with MEIEJ these days.

@AA- My question to u. Has madhu ever considered sultan's act of lower level. I thnk she has always supported him by helping him. So why you are thinking that madhu doesnt want rk to stoop to sultan's level its coz of her he is depicted as goldie.

Feeling like we're sitting by for an inevitable trainwreck when it comes to the characterizations.
The last time I felt like this was when they were showing Madhu's 'sweet bonding' moments with that kid, and it was increasingly obvious that no matter how extremely RK reacted to get her back to his home and his life, the conservative mass TRP audience would feel that Madhu's behaviour had however unknowingly precipitated things and would condone her husband's reactions. The plan may have been to make the other guy look better than RK, and Madhu look good, and RK look bad. Instead it colossally backfired.
If Madhu supports another man's child or mother or whatever assorted relations out of humanity, nobility and other such elevated emotions, the only thing that's going to come through is that she's caring too much for whatever reason for some other man's kin.
Do the track-decisionmakers go into a bubble that they have no idea which country, which culture and which mass group forms the overwhelming majority of the TRP audience (which is every channel's huge and unoptional source of revenue recouping), and how that audience will react if the female lead is shown doing this sort of thing?
She can support justice against a member of her sasuraal. But she must support her husband against justice, at cost of truth if need be.
And here, they are showing her dithering about persuading her husband against his own interests, in order to make amends to a woman whose son's feelings towards Madhu may be unknown to Madhu herself but are repugnantly known to the TRP audience.
If RK's reactions get far worse than ever before in such a scenario, his feelings and reasoning will not be considered hard to understand or sympathize with.
The other guy has never had the TRP audience's empathy, sympathy or even the barest tolerance for his existence - whether they show him as a doting father, a bashful suitor, a wronged son or whatever gamut of relationships may yet be covered in track after track in these coming weeks.
But Madhu is the one whose loved character gets mass disapproval everytime this sort of ploy is used.
I minded not a whit when the attempt to have the child character speak ill of RK to influence mass audience by his 'childish innocence' instead made that character disliked on a proportionate scale.
But Madhu is half of the frigging reason I'm still stuck to this show's updates, and it's infuriating that they are trying for such a track at her expense in audience-perception.
Her behaviour does not fit into her own characterization, and she's still going to be the one being viewed disapprovingly for it by the conservative mass audience.
This has to be the only show which tries and fails to make the mass audience disapprove of their male lead, doesn't even try but succeeds in making the mass audience disapprove of their female lead, and tries and fails repeatedly to make the mass audience approve of a character that it proves completely disinterested in every shade of.
Really sorry for the intemperateness of this rant, but even DD's performances in her other show are not proving adequate endurance-solace for this track that has clunk spring up overnight larger than Jack's magic beanstalk.
