OMG!!!! What was that Dipali Scene and those dialogues of Tumhare paas Tumhaari Zid, Par Mere Paas Ab Bhi Meri Maa Hai

Dips falling down, DHAAD!! I was remembering B&W movie Vamps where Bhabhi's , Jhethani's Devrani's keep eavesdropping like that...
🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

Wow!!!!

Seema Mishra
VD-DD-SD (combo)

I am going to watch the episode second time And I will see if I can write anything at all. It was just fultoo appealing drama. And I was really like Madhu, flummoxed, entertained and thinking how can I get away from there. It was just difficult as each second passed. Just like Madhu.

Vd_rocks,
Liked your question and answers. 😆 😆😆

I enjoyed the epi...things are starting to stabilize in RK-land somewhat...he's back to being as "normal" as he can be.

All the scenes were enjoyable...starting from the opening one with Radhaji...him talking about the two most important women in his life...one who gave life to him and one who's dying to take his life? LOL what interesting and crazy choice of words from RK as always.

He's understood the power of the knife now...Madhu basically gave him that power given her panicked reaction to his cutting his hand...so now he's using it as an easy method to manipulate her...

The scenes in the room were interesting...especially loved their, "Hum saans kyun lete hain? Same pinch" exchange...it was SO bang on what their relationship is...him saying he needs to hear that she loves only him the same way ppl need air to breathe and her calling his nonsense BAKWAAS😆

I like that Madhu is generally ignoring him and not responding to his nonsense much.

Regarding the scene where he says "aur bolo naa, achha lagta hai"...I think he's in some kind of trance...his only focus is having her in front of him, reinforcing that she loves him...he hasn't yet registered the rest of the pain he's caused her cuz again he can't deal with it.

The feeding scene was cutee...Mr. India references...aww...lol...yeah he's trying to cajole her like she's just a roothi hui biwi but I like that Madhu is giving him the silent treatment.

The scene with Dips...LMAO...I LOVED RK's smile on seeing Dips go SPLAT in front of him...lol...and the dialogues there...especially when he goes, "Ise kehte hain family bonding"...again makes me think that a guy who's lived in such a TOXIC atmosphere for most of his life...what else can he be BUT twisted? It's the only way he knows how to survive.

Loved the "Mere paas maa hai" dialogue too...I guess for now Radhaji is going to be a reluctant buffer b/w them since Madhu isn't leaving of her own free will.

Precap...Err I hope you're all right that Sultan hasn't shown up at the actual mansion itself cuz we really don't need RK going on another rampage so soon...wonder why they didn't show the handcuff scene in the precap :S

@ bold : that was bang on! just how cute kid fights are! also the speed of the dialogue was perfect!

@red: he is addicted to her...just mesmerised n RELIEVED THAT HE HAS LOTS OF TIME TO WIN HER TRUST BACK!

@blue:sultan cant enter rk mansion...not possible!

I continue to be fascinated by the dynamics of Rishabla and the CV's continue to deliver. Please note- morality has been left out the door for the cats to play with and that is how I'm going to view the show.
RK threatens to hurt/kill himself to keep Madhu with him- emotional blackmail at its finest. Poor Madhu, who is so emphatic that she bonded so heavily with a boy she had never met, would be completely crippled with guilt if something happened to RK- she admits it- the only reason she is at the mansion is that she is afraid of what RK will do to himself. Now imagine if Sultan was in someway, shape or form responsible if something happened to RK- what would Madhu do then?
Let's look at RK for a moment in this scene- for me, this is the moment Madhu's importance superseded his fathers. Why? Because he threatened to do what his father did- an event that emotionally destroyed his balance and never allowed him to recover. RK does not allow himself to think about how he would be like his father if he ever followed through. He is so far gone that if he cannot have Madhu, you better be sure he's going to brand and stamp her the same way he was branded and stamped.
Scene 2- in Rishabala's room- 1) Where did the dupatta come from- thought he had had it thrown away with all her stuff? Did he pluck it from the garbage?😆 2) Man, does this guy know how to spin- I couldn't get you, so I sufficed with what I had *whistles*- how does he twist what actually happened. I wonder if he believes it or if he's saying it to wear her down.
Its interesting how he keeps repeating things: asking over and over again if she loves only him. It brings to mind a little kid seeking reassurance. And look at how the power shifts in this case: Madhu, standing in front of him, cool, collected, unaffected, while RK practically pleads for reassurance. This is the dynamic I want to see in the future- an ever evolving ever changing Madhu, stronger and stronger, building herself and learning from her surroundings. And an slowly changing RK, reconstructing himself from the shattered derbies.
Then, as Madhu admits that RK has ruined her for anyone coming after him, the balance shifts again to RK's favor. Madhu surprise, shock, and yes, disgust, don't bother him. Why should they? he has a base to build their relationship again. And he tries to cajole her, feed her, and when that does not work, he calls his mother😆
How swiftly does Radha turn around- from disapproval, to silent complacency with her son. If we are to castigate people in this show, let us castigate the bystandards- RK cannot/will not change, and is not normal by any sense. But those with a fully functioning radar still do nothing- why then should all the blame fall on RK?

I'll be honest here- I think Sultan will play a part in getting Rishbala back together, because as the CV's have painted him, RK cannot do a solo act- Madhu won't forgive him. it'll be Sultan and his antics that will create a situation that will have concern and love trumpeting over doubt and broken trust.
Precap: Probably RK's dream showing that while he is reassured that Madhu loves only him, he is not reassured that there is nothing between Sultan and her.

I just realized...the ENTIRE epi was about him trying to get her to TALK to him...and the only time she did was when she burst out saying ki yes I love you only...that is why he was so mesmerized there...cuz he could finally CONNECT with her again even if she was so angry and disgusted with him.

Throughout the rest of the epi, He keeps going "Hai naa Biwi? Bolo Biwi"...be it in the Dips scene later on or the Mr. India feeding scene...he keeps trying to get her to TALK to him and she's IGNORING him😆😆

He's just desperately looking for a way to connect right now...that is what this is all about.

As much as I was disgusted and scared from RK yesterday, I felt that today our old wala RK was back🥳

Today, RK was ENTERTAINING in positive way😎 I loved all his dialogues👏

But the best scene has to be RK trying hard to make Madhu eat. I was literally awww-ing😆

They brought back their Mr. India and Seema ji ki reference❤️

And Dips' ki epic fall was🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Some of RK's dialogues. (Credit - Tanu)

Kamal hai Maa.. aaj aapne sabit kar diya ke aap RK ki maa hai.. aur main aapko kumbh ke mele se nahi utha laya..!

Biwi Tussi ja rahi ho.. tussi na jao!

Balihari hun Biwi tumhara... Maiyya diyo bataye!

Ye haddiyo ki plate.. is darwaze pe kya kar rahi hai?

Jaise tave pe Dosa FLAT hota hai.. waise..Dipali bhabhi yahan floor pe FLAT padi hai

Madhubala Rishabh Kundra.. Aaj tumhare paas.. gussa hai.. attitude hai.. aur mere paas? Mere paas aaj bhi MAA hai

Kya beet raha hai? AC to thik chal raha hai!

RK ko sirf RK ki maa chup kara sakti hai

Well, I am not sure what exactly CVs are trying to show and how exactly we are supposed to react to it.

But here is my overall reaction for most part of the episode.

🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

He was at peace to finally get that expected answer for his second question. For the very first time, RK was interested in listening to his biwi. 😲 He says, 'sunkar acha laga. kuch aur kaho na'. 😲 It might have sounded creepy to some, not to me. Does that make me insane? 🤔 I thought it conveyed the sense of relief that washed over him.

A couple of hitches, here and there. His quizzical smile when she says, she will never be able to love some one, coz there is nothing alive inside her to love someone else, and that she loves only him. Is he oblivious to her pain? I don't think so. I think he is well aware of it, but doesn't want to give it too much of a thought. Instead he wants to focus on mending what is broken.

RK to me came across like a small child, running away from his mistakes. Yet trying to fix them in his own ways. His attempt to feed his BIWI, was genuine. I thought he was really trying to make her smile and manaofy her Sadly, things are not so easy to mend. But, he will get there, slowly and surely.

Deepali bhabhi ki BBB was too good. 🤣 'Ek akhri wala hai. Bohot acha hai. sunti jao.' 🤣

I don't know whats in store for future. For now, this crazy man is entertaining me, and keeping me in splits. I am loving it. 😃

hoping for the best as well! but, i doubt it...more poison is gonna come out! the truth also is that RK is not self forgiving either...the moment he realises the whole truth he will go away n shut the doors for himself n others! dats the misery that madhu is trying to avoid i feel!

infact i think madhu staying in the house makes it difficult for things to happen faster...but, i hav strong feelings that actually madhu will forgive him even before he himself will forgive himself!

So apart from the RK - The Unhinging in process lament that I can make...I would rather Applaud his dialogue writer...He even made him quote GALIB!!!!

You have to give it to him when he tells his mother that she was truly his mother...and HE has not brought HER from some Kumbh mela...
That was RK style pure...Radha is RK's mother...she has to be known by that name...it is as if he refuted her earlier statement to the Servant...that had she wished, RK would not have been born...It was like he was saying..that SHE was born to be RK's mother...not the other way round...

And probably that is where his obsession stems from...The only woman who despite being made for HIM...doesnot seem to revolve around him...and she does claim that she loves him..then what is it that makes her strong without him...what is it that makes her survive and go on with life, head held high without him...
And it is there that I dont understand the Deepali influence...I totally understood that she was the one who showed him the mirror...and she was bang on...But it still doesnot make sense that her words should penetrate RK...it doesnot go with his character..dont know ..but it felt like that..and in that ...Deepali was right yesterday...she does have a powerful impact on him..which is totally inexplicable...

The Creepy RK...O God!! he did creep us out when he said "aur kaho na"...Lord!! there are times when we can feel t he chill in the spine...Madhu is so right to get frightened and disgusted when he does so...you have to HATE him then...when he practically forces her to admit that it is HE only only HE she loves, and when she breaks and admits...and says that it is because that she is dead inside...and not able to feel anything else...she CANNOT fall in love with anyone else...instead of feeling guilty that he is the reason for this whole thing, he says...he liked hearing it and she needs to say it some more!!
His fear of letting her go out of his power...of having her to admit actually just went away with this sentence..and so he goes on to his next act...he still doesnot understand Madhu's naarazgi does he??? he is blind towards the expressions of disgust that she is giving her...how one by one her illusions are breaking...how she is now completely revolted by him...Why cant he see that...!!!!

OFcourse the best scene...The heap of Bones landing right inside RK's room...Deepali ...you have to love RK for his taunts...and ofcourse his feeble attempts at making Madhu speak...by asking her whether he should kick her out or put on some dialogues..to insult Deepali...he behaves almost normal...or as normal as RK can get ...

RK calling his mother...and RK ko sirf RK ki ma chup kara sakti hai...I want to know what was he thinking when Radhaji was having that kind of eye talk with MAdhu...he seems to be losing it again...Why I wonder///

@ bold .Exactly...That was creepy as hell..but it was also something very novel,,,RK giving his stage to someone else...that was something he would never do...and he did ...shows how much he craves that exclusivity with her...and if her words are giving him that feeling..he is ready to hear them whole day...although it was callous to say the least that Madhu was saying that she is dead inside and he is saying that he wants to hear some more..no wonder Madhu was staring at him like she was seeing some monstrous creature ...
@red...🤣 Oh Deeps should have stayed..we would have gotten some more entertainment at her cost😆

My episode review-
I actually started watching RK-Madhu scenes from two episodes ago (when she enters the studio), for the sake of continuity.
A few general musings first-
1. Was he or was he not suicidal?
In response to her 'kaat ke rakh diya' line, he picked up a knife and asked her to kill him. He went so far as to direct it towards his throat.
But then when he took back the knife, he cut his hand which was masochist but not suicidal.
Also, on re-watching I found it very strange that what he said was akin to, 'Answer two questions or I'll kill myself'. Who says that? I mean, if its a life hanging in the balance, isn't it over one question?
Because otherwise, what happens if only one question is answered? There is no such thing as half-dying!
Sorry if I'm rambling/harping on this, its because I actually happen to have a little personal experience. A friend of mine had a boyfriend who used to resort to suicide threats whenever she tried to break up with him. The relationship was long over but he couldn't let go.
So I've seen how traumatic an experience it was for her and to this day, I admire the way she handled it.
She stayed with him for years, helping him find himself. (She supported him through rehab and therapy, helped him discover his hobbies and interests and basically 'fixed' him)
And only after she was sure he was strong enough, she ended the relationship and both are happy in their respective lives today.
The two situations are not comparable and not everyone can have such endurance but given that MB is shown to be so strong, I wonder if they'll take it this way.
Of course, in this situation it'll end up looking like MB's revenge as opposed to the letting go/breaking free it was in my friend's case.

2. Love v/s kindness-
I'm not a soap opera nut but even in the few shows I watch, I've noticed that these two very distinct emotions are often confused. (I hope that it's only a creative liberty and not a real misconception)
It makes me sad because its like saying one can't expect/ give kindness out of basic humanity, its always misconstrued as affection/love.
Whether its the Sulbala angle or even the knife incident...what does love have to do with not wanting to see someone cut their hand and bleed out? Any passerby would try to put a stop to it, would say anything to end the person's delirious state.
How can RK conclude that she wouldn't have stayed back if she didn't love him/ loved another?

Coming to today's episode-
Hurray! She finally asked 'Kyun?' and the last thing I had expected to do was laugh but his 'Same pinch' had me in splits.
Actually the whole episode felt like RK was telling us (MB+viewers) 'Be as morally outraged as you want but I'll continue to be witty and entertaining' or rather, 'Let's see how long you'll be morally outraged while I unleash some of my best dialogues and expressions'
1. Hats off to Radhaji for saying and doing what she did. I think it would have made for an interesting scenario if Madhu had taken her word and gone away, leaving Radhaji to handle her son. And again in the last scene, it appears as if both mother and son are slowly easing back into their respective roles (after a long hiatus). Yes, Radhaji, as RK's mother you have the unique power to shut him up :)

2. I loved that MB asked, 'Jawaab sunne me darr lag raha hai?' and I wish she had pushed him a little more to answer that. But sigh, her patience just snapped and understandably so.

3. RK as usual was listening but not hearing and only chose to hear the words that held matlab for him. This is reinforcing my theory that all he cares about is her love for him, nothing else.
If Madhu says 'I love you' and 'Only you' a dozen times and perhaps even writes it and hands it to him on a piece of paper, I wonder if he'll let her go?!

4. Other- Did anyone else find it strange that she randomly opened the cupboard?
Dipali bhabhi's spectacular fall and the dialogues after were hilarious. I was hoping there would be a shot of MB giving in to a small smile in spite of herself and in spite of the circumstances. (Just to remind us that she hasn't really died on the inside as she thinks) But that's just being optimistic to the point of foolishness!

5. Mr. India references are too much too soon. I know I keep saying RK doesn't think ahead but if he's really changed his mind about her, I wonder what he thinks will be their future.
Because at the point when he left her, they were just about to leave their families and go away together. What is the new plan now? After all, har roz toh Mr. India ki DVD nahi dekh sakthe na!

Lastly, I know I've strayed a little with my review today but hope its still within the acceptable ranting/preaching limits!
As always, looking forward to everyone's opinions.

P.S. Can someone please tell me what RRR and BBB mean? I've tried to figure it out but only got so far as 'Realization, redemption, something' and maybe one of the B's is bhashan??
