Many years ago,we made a tryst with destiny and at the stroke of midnight India woke up to new life and freedom.Being a true patriot,I celebrate this day with great enthusiasm.Its a moment of pride and glory for me.I was fortunate in school to learn patriotic songs in all languages and remember and hum them very often.I will attend the flag hoisting and other functions in my area.I love to see kids dancing on patriotic songs;we sing and dance to celebrate our freedom.
