Episode ~256

Seema's adda
Seema/ Chanda walks down the corridor ,past many rooms...she stops as she comes across a tube of antiseptic on the floor. She walks past the bandaged Dutta's window and then pushes open the doors to that room.. to find this wounded person on the bed. Both the pits of eyes are covered with bits cotton wool. She of course recognizes him, he groans Aye Sahib.. Baji.. Seema just looks at him and recalls, Naku's words.. "your prayer is granted if asked with a contrite heart...hope god grants your heartfelt desire.." Seema looks down at the blinded Dutta with tenderness..
Investigations
Naku , supported by her posse of Baji, BG , and villages .. casts her eyes cross the lake side, water .. Baji does remind her, told you there's nothing to find over here..the impact of the blast was so massive that the huge vehicle blew up. Bhau's complete being is non existent now! Naku asks, this stream is only half a kilometre from the place the accident took place, isn't that so Baji ?.. he replies ,yes.and she casts her eye across the lakeside.
Seema's adda
She looks at Dutta's head and has a FB ,how the young Dutta had found her with govind .. how she had mocked him, that she would never marry a penniless pauper like him! how he had asked her , did she ever love him?.. and now she calls out to him in recognition..dutta.. her uncle comes by and stands behind her in the doorway, and says, you've returned after visiting the temple.. yes found this man on the Ratnigiri highway! I couldn't leave him , so brought him here instead! He's fortune ,he found me, I called the doctor and got him sorted, I hope I didn't do wrong? she says , no you did the right thing uncle.. surely to save someone's life cannot be a mistake? if god has saved him and sent him to our home, then in that too there must be god's will, isn't that so?.. her uncle bids her to freshen herself up.But her eyes are fixed on Dutta.
Riverside
Naku , asks Baji.. it may be that when the blasted happened, Saab jumped out into this lake? .. but the BG says, we combed the area, but found no traces of him or anything related to him. Naku replies, how could you? his enemies were after him, so it's understandable he was not going to leave clues behind him .. he must have figured out that if we can trace them.. so could enemies as well... I think, in order to save his life, he must have gone to the highway.. Baji agrees and divides the search party in two parties to search for Bhau.. one to the banks of the riverside and highway... and the others, to check all the lanes ,every single house! the villagers assure her that don't worry, her faith will come true one day! and they will carry on the intensive search for Bhau.
Patil Nivas
Kala is in a a huff.. and suds tells her Naku has gone to search for her Saab, as if he'll drop from the sky! Sudarshan winds her up, see told you to get her killed.. all was fine, Dutta killed.. but now it looks like the whole village wants to put her in his place! your plan has backfired. If she becomes the mistress of this house what will become of us? Chaskar phones Kala ,and suds feel under pressure by Chaskar's constant phone calls too. He warns , Kala that she'd better come up with a plan soon, for if Naku continues to be supported by the villagers than their conspiracy will be overturned upon them.
Seema's adda
She sits vigil by Dutta's bedside, looking at him.. is reminded of the harmonica he used to play.. has a FB.. of the times she had with him.. she goes to a cabinet and pulls out his harmonica ,that she kept safe all these years..she calls her self Chanda, the name he made her jealous with... she looks at him.. Dutta recalls.. face revelation of Naku, the last arti she performs on him, her tying the red sacred thread around his wrist... his fingers stir.. he recalls the accident.. the temple against the horizon on the hill, the crash...his head moves and agitated he yells arghhh!! and sits up with a start! throws his blanket to the side, and shuffles to find his feet..but struggles as Seema contains him.. he groans as he feels the bandages around his face.. she holds him against the bed..uncle comes running in hearing Dutta roars.. and they help Dutta back on the bed.. uncle asks, what happened? did he come around? She said yes, he got up suddenly.. the uncle suggests, if he stirs again we need to find out who is? , so we can inform his family.. his mother, wife ,brother must be worried about his where abouts? or about what's become of him?
Patil Nivas
Roops phones Baji about the progress of the search. Both , Leela and her are concerned about Dutta's accident. Kala and Sudarshan are worried about losing their support from these two.. Kala grabs Roops phone in anger. Baji assures Naku don't worry ,our men are looking , we'll get some news shortly..
Kala moans at , Roops and Leela.. try to think about your mother, who is worrying about her son, she is going mad, instead of looking after her! you two are latching on to Naku's misleading lie! Leela argues, Tai whats wrong in believing Nakusha? if Bhau returns home, won't that be wonderful! Kala sneers, yes it will be wonderful, but I have that much sense to know that if the car falls from such a height, survival is impossible, hence I am not deluded ,nor do I desire to make other's mad!like Nakusha. I have got enough strength to withstand this incident, and also to give strength to others, says Kala. Leela says, Tai whoever has done this terrible act, may god never forgive this person! and Kala and Sudarshan look miserable, while Leela and Roops leave to tend to their mother.
Chaskar
He arrives to offer his support to the family, hearing about the blast. Kala hides her faces.. but Chaskar realizes that Kala is Dutta's sister.. he offers his condolences.. and recalls her conversations and deals with her. He knows now that she is one who wanted her own brother dead. He thinks he knows all about her now.. and now he'll get what he wants..
Baji and Naku return home, they see Chaskar with Kala, suds, Leela and Roops.. Naku says ,she's seen him before and Baji says , yes he is one who called Bhau for the meeting! Baji loses his cool
Pulls his gun ,yells ,hey Chaskar! and walks to him militantly.. as Kala , Sudarshan watch.. episode ends , Hamlet53 25. 8.14
Of course Seema will recognise Dutta.. as long as her guilt of messing around with the sincere emotions of a hardworking mechanic remains within her..

Patil Nivas
Chaskar and suds turn from Kala and look at Baji ! who literally charges at Chaskar with Naku by his side. where the hell were you? dead somewhere? Chaskar replies, it's true I called Bhau for a meeting..so people will obviously suspect me! but I didn't do anything, since we made a pact, I respected him a lot, Bhau thought of me as his younger brother.. so why would I do such a thing Bhau gave my business a new lease of life. Baji shuts him up by pulling his gun at him , tell me the truth before I empty my gun in your head! Chaskar turns his head to Kala.. and Baji presses his gun at Chaskar's temple and says to Naku.. he is the one.. and gives the gun to Naku to kill Chaskar. Chaskar says you Dutta's wife? I swear I could never even think about killing Bhau.. I tell you it's someone close to Bhau and he looks at Kala and says, isn't that so Kala bia.. this is someone who has inside information about Bhau. Then he turns to Naku, vahini I think it's an insider's job! I have heard a lot about you vahini! you have a lot of clout in Patil Wadi .. heard you stopped people from burning down the station.. there is surely something special in you.. don't involve the police, when Chaskar is here to help you! I'll put every man I have to search for Bhau .. just give me twenty four hours. I'll bring that traitor before you in 24 hours time! other wise my name isn't Chaskar! Kala supresses a mocking smirk.. but Baji grabs his collar. That's's enough of your theatrics now get out of here! and Chaskar smiles and walks away scott free from under the noses of Baji and Naku ..on his way out he sends a message to Kala. Then turns and says to Kala , phone me.. otherwise Sudarshan too has my number.. see if I find news about Bhau then I need to phone someone and he leaves.. as Kala and suds are anxious.
Seems 's adda
Seema prays before her god. ..deva, you have brought an injured Dutta back in my life..may be you have granted me the opportunity to seek repentance? or may be if he grants me forgiveness, you will, that both of us can restart are life together as one..? give me courage and strength to fill all those wounds that I have inflicted on Dutta.. and this time can fill his life with joys and love !give me strength..
Investigations
Dutta coordinates the search for Dutta with various connections over the phone..she wants to know what Baji has found out.. she insists ,she will see her Saab in which ever condition..
Kala & suds
Kala recalls Chaskar, feigned act, before the family.. earlier. How he mocked her.. almost gave her away, said it was an insider's job, glorified Naku! suds too mocks her it was her idea to include him in the plan.. she then in return blames, suds for his incompetence, of not getting the bomb planted securely and in time! he accepts ,but reminds her of the deadline Chaskar has given Naku of finding Dutta's killer.. if any one finds out we are behind this, then we'll be blown to bits by the people of Patil Wadi. .. Tai he dreams of becoming Bhau.. don't you make him one just give him what he wants to shut him up! suggests Sudarshan. But Kala replies, she is not interested in what Chaskar wants, because I know about whom Dutta wanted to be his successor! He told me before he left. Sudarshan is shocked, what? he told you and you never told me .. Kala replies, yes ! and you believe me.. now in exactly the same manner you need to convince all the people of Patil Wadi.. who should be the rightful successor of his empire! Sudarshan lauds her on her super plan, brilliant idea! to win a losing battle has to be your forte! Kala dreams of acquiring power as Dutta's successor.. his sister!
Investigations
BG head for finding evidence linked to Dutta.. but it seems a false alarm... Baji coordinates.. Naku wants water. The jeeps is stopped.. a cyclist talks to Baji.. and spots Naku..calls for the rest of the villagers.. to welcome Naku.. all run to greet her and invite her to join them ,they rally around her warmly.. and welcome her in their village. One old man tells her, Dutta Bhau did loads for our village, opened a school for the children! Made a hospital.. he changed the face of our village! They seat her ,offer her water, and she looks around the crowd of people.. they want her to have milk.. she looks helplessly at Baji.. who whispers to her, we can't move from here straightaway .. you are Bhaus wife they will fuss over you! one woman.. came to wash her feet.. and says, you are our saviour's wife.. due to him we had a bounteous crop... Naku says.. how can I say it.. I am like you , younger to you, don't embarrass me by touching my feet!
Tasha scene
Naku feels a warm touch over her shoulder! she sighs and calls.. Saab? and then turns slowly to face Dutta! standing before her in a black pathiani.. with his arm stretched and his hand on her shoulder! she calls out Saab? in disbelief.. Dutta says , gently.. don't break their hearts Naku, give them what they want! don't refrain from giving.. for the one who gives, is the one who receives in this life.. give them the same love you served me with.. she smiles.. and he studies her face, looking for courage.. he raises his arms ,grips both her shoulders and says, you are my wife! and these are my people! so give them love Nakusha! and, don't let them feel my absence.. he feels the side of her jaw with his finger tips ..and raises her sad face ,by her chin ..then he let's go of her face.. and moves his face to the side ,to indicate he'd better go..
Naku! Baji calls her.. and sadly she tears her face from Dutta and looks back at a perplexed face Baji.. then sadly she allows the older lady to wash her feet.. she is humbled by the serving act of theirs.. she feels Dutta watches ,well pleased from behind her.. the villagers are delighted.. as arti is performed..for her.. she hears his words, "you are my wife, and these are my people.. give them love Nakusha! and give them the same love you gave me...episode ends Hamlet53 25.8.14
Chaskar enjoys keeping Kala on tether hooks now!
Seema seizes the moment of repentance for herself as a boon from the gods.. she dreams of being granted forgiveness after which she will replenish Dutta's life with the same love that they shared before.
Kala , Sudarshan squabbling .. shows the cracks in Kala's iron faced front.. panic begins to set in..
Kala dreams about finally getting what she wants, by proclaiming herself as the rightful their to
Dutta's gaddi..
The last tasha scene of Naku hallucinating about Dutta .. amongst his own people of Patil Wadi.. more or less confirms Dutta's successor.. one chosen not by Dutta alone .. but by his people.. his subjects.. as she imagines ,he calls them.
LTL Written Update

Tasha scene
Dutta watches Naku during the arti. The older woman bends to touch Naku's feet and she is reminded of his words give them love Nakusha.. as much as you gave me.. she blesses all the women one by one as they bend, and rise to their feet. Naku turns and hopes to see him behind her ,but he had gone! Saaab! she cries ,disappointed and frantically looks around to seek him..then she sees him between a row of people .. moving slowly and looking across at Naku above heads of women. She cries out sadly.. Saab!.. and from above people's heads , Dutta replies, I'll return Nakusha.. I'll return...and slowly ,his frame sides off and he vanishes... and she finds only his people around her..
Naku 's brow twists as she imagines ,seeing him and her heart reminds her, Saab will return! Saab! she cries, and Baji comes to her side, Naku what's the matter? and she lies, nothing Baji ..and he tells her to get ready to leave. The people stand around her all stand with a glass of milk in their hands.. the old man invites her.. have some milk daughter, it's an offering brought to you from every house! they all chant , vahini Saab!vahini Saab ! long live vahini Saab! .. Naku raises her arms in Dutta'style and says, how shall I say it? I am a simple girl.. all of you have brought for me a glass of milk ,with so much love.. I won't be able to drink from , every single glass! I'll drink a glass of milk from one household whichwill represent and honour every household.. and they all accept smilingly.. Naku drinks the milk,and then with a smile says, I received so much love and blessings from you all.. with that I am sure I will .. I am looking for your Bhau with Baji's help! They all cheer and offer her their allegiance. the old man says,we just request you for one thing.. till Bhau doesn't return ,can we bring all our troubles to you.. ? like Dutta Bhau looked out for us , we request that if you too can give us your support? Naku smiles. ..and Baji speaks out on her behalf.. up until Bhau's return, vahini Sahib will over see you all! any one in need can come to Bhau's house , and hope to get the same justice done for them.. as done in Bhau's days.. Naku too promises.. there is great cheering and people see her off up to Dutta's black jeep.. she stands before the passenger seat inside the jeep and acknowledges their good byes.. then she turns her head and visualizes Dutta sitting in the driver's seat .. holding on to the steering wheel.. she calls to him .. saab! he looks up to her with a content smile.. and she holds the windscreen of the jeep and looks down into his upturned face and smiles back at him..
Naku! Naku! calls Baji from the driver's seat.. think today that ,sincere ,simple people have given you a present.. a sign by showing you're their love and support. Naku says ,over whelmed.. my heart wants to go the temple.. and amid cheers Baji and Naku driveout of the village..
Patil Nivas
Kala's phone rings..she looks and rolls her eyes.. and the phone rings again. Sudarshan turns up and says, the job I olke will yo ne! like you wante d..exactly that.. I spread the news about Bhau's successor .. now when you feel up to it tell the name of that person...but what of Chaskar.. do something about him Chaskar!..he bothers me by texts, he has said, he will drop the bomb ,about us if you don't do what he's asked for! do something Tai time is ticking away..if you don't act than I will! warns Sudarshan..kala replies, you don't have to do anything! she replies, I know very well fow to shut Chaskar she calls Chaskar.. Sudarshan wonders..
Kala & Chaskar
Kala drives to Chaskar.. he lies on his bike in wait to nameless baji's arrival.. Phatu! Calls him Chaskar Bhau! he loves the sound and wants him to repeat it! he says, I love the sound of this name.. Phatu warns him ,this Kalavati will stitch us up, besides your are Chaskar Bhau you shouldn't wait for her.. Chaskar , reminds his Baji caricature.. look Phatu remember, one thing always respect the ladies.. no issue if she is a bit late, but this I can tell you she will turn up. But this I will give here piece of my mind!
Kala' car turns and screeches to a haul.. Phatu wants greet her but Chaskar, says watch she'll come herself.. Chaskar greets he and calls her nameless bai , however, I do know your real name as well... he says, if you give the right price ,then your name stays as the nameless woman! Kala glares at him and hands over the brief case with money he teases, I hope the money's , all there ? thing is one can't trust the world nowadays! such a world that hires a contract killer to get her brother murdered!. Kala snaps he was not my brother! my name is Kalavati shree ram patil and his name was Dutta damodar patil .. despite that he lived in my house! ruled my house! and the whole of Patil Wadi.. still let it be.. why should you be concerned? this brief case has double the amount you asked for.. now keep your mouth shut! and Chaskar goes, sure I will! but only till this money is spent. .what to do, I have changed my style now.. my expenses too are on the increase.. hold on I'll be back! and he checks the money in the brief case.. he says , perfect.. you have shown honesty.. so I apologise. I made a mistake, thing is Chaskar is the would be don of this area! I don't have anything to lose.. but what is this woman going to gain?
and Kala throws in her grenade at him , yes sure , if people in this area find out that you murdered Bhau! and Chaskar challenges her, so? what? and I will open my mouth before the whole world and expose you as the sister who gave orders for a contract killing..and that sister is you Kalavati.. and Kala smiles at him,and says,and you think people will belive you?.. Chaskar backs off a bit and says, I can't undertand while we are turning against each other we are in the field, so no fighting! He laughs! we work and play together! Kala looks smug, as he has eventually agreed to keep mumb.
Chaskar takes the briefcase ,and leaves giving Kala a big smile.. goodbye nameless bia! till we meet again. Kala watches him leave on his bike, and muses, you can't distinguish good from bad, how can you understand Kalavati?
Naku& Seema
Baji brings Naku to the local temple. Naku saysto him , Baji I know Saab is around here.. nothing has happened to him. I had prayed to god ,if I get any news about Saab ,I shall come here and worship... are you not going to worship? Baji says he will.. but is stopped by a phone call, he tells Naku to go ahead he'll follow soon.[ how could he, Seema meant to be there]
Seema worships in side.. as Naku follows and worships , alongside her, unaware of her presence. Naku prays ,oh goddess , last time I prayed here before you.. you showed me a miracle.. Seems prays, that day I saw Dutta after years. Naku prays, Saab's heart softened towards me. Seema prays, I don't ask for anything except that you protect him, heal him soon. Naku prays, let nothing untoward happen to them. Both women bow down before the goddess together. Then they rise together.Naku is the first to notice her and says, hey it's you again? when ever the goddess will's that I meet you, then something good happens in my life. Seema replies with a smile, I too feel similarly, in fact I feel we must be related in a previous life. Naku reminds her, remember you gave me this thread the last time we met..since then, my husband's attitude changed towards me. Seema says, and do you kno, I met my one after many years! that person that I love a lot! today out of the blue ,he turned up at my house...and I came here, and look I met you again! Naku looks enviously sad, and Seema notices,hey! you just told me your husband has begun to love you! then why do you look so sad? Naku replies sadly, you found your love.. but I lost mine ,my husband has left me.. I don't know where he has gone? I only came here to pray for his welfare. Seema consoles her, don't lose faith ,you will find your husband shortly! your prayers granted my desire.. you know they say ,requests asked for with a sincere heart, are surely granted by god.. so I have prayed with my whole heart that your desire be fulfilled to! and now you, watch all will be well. Baji still on the phone ,heads to the entrance of the temple.. as Seema says,come let's do the offertory ..you pray for the healing of the one I love ! and I shall pray for your husband...and both women exit from the temple!
Baji arrives, and stops at the temple door and pays homage to the goddess through the door.
Outside as Seema and Naku walk together.. Naku clarifies, you have asked me to pray for his healing.. what's wrong with him? Seema replies, he's had an accident! I found him in the state of unconsciousness.. I think, god has given me the chance to serve him!.. Naku listens to Seema.. and Baji , at the temple asks the pandit, did vahini come here? the pandit says ,she did ,she's doing circumambulations now. Baji looks around for Naku..
Seema asks Naku about her husband.. what happened with your husband? Naku replies, it's a strange coincidence! my husband too, fell victim to an accident in the forest! god knows where he's disappeared! Seema says, one accident, makes me find my love.. and a similar accident has separated you from your husband! but don't you worry, at the temple all prayers are granted by the goddess ,yours too will be fulfilled here! Seema encourages Naku.. who looks puzzled. Baji continues to look for Naku.. episode ends Hamlet53~ 25.8.14.
Naku is accepted as Dutta's replacement in the hearts and minds of Dutta's people.
Kala attempts to shut Chaskar up, and also redeems her image of an evil sister.. both Kala and Chaskar try to out do each other..but Kala has lots to worry about..
Seema~ Naku meeting.."a little knowledge is a dangerous thing".. little snippets of personal lives shared.. not once they thought of finding out more about this man injured in an accident.. are they minding their own business? ended up as an annoying scene.. saved though by the sacred tone and references..
Good bit.. Naku's imaginary scene with Dutta beside her..she finds her strength!
