Someone gets a call….
Caller: Hello..kaam ho gaya ?
Callee: Baas ho jayega, aap chinta maat kijiye..
Caller: Theek se karna, bahut kuch daaw par laga hai. Tumhein tumhara paisa kaam ke baad mil jayega.
Callee: Pura taiyar rakhna..
Caller: Pahle kaam to khatam karo..

And the caller cuts the call..the callee, resumes his position and positions it towards the lit window…he watches her turn and takes an aim…

In SN the next morning, Tripti is comes down from her room..she meets Mohini on her way..
M: arey tripti, aj kal to tum dikti hi nahi ho? Kya baat hai??
T: Yehi sooch lo, ki mere haat hira lagne ki der hai..
M: Acchhhaa?Aisa kya kar rahi ho?
T: Tum bas dkhati jao..
And she walks away, leaving a surprised and contemplating Mohini behind…

Tripti reaches some place..
Rishabh walks from behind and surprises her…
T: Uuff, tumne to mujhe dara hi diya..
R: Darna to ab SNwaloin ko hai…
T: Hain, par ab jo bhi karna hai, jaldi karo..tum ja kab rahe ho?
R: Kal shaam ko, pahle yahain se hum mahabaleshawar jayenge, aur phir lonavala..Waise, Saahil akele hi ja raha hai na??
T: Hum??? Mein nehi ja sakti tumhare saath.. ghar mein sabhi ko shak ho jayega..jab tak deal seal na ho jaye..tab tak..hamein aise hi milna padega.. aur rahi baat Saahil ki, to hain, jahain tak mein janti huin, who akele hi ja raha hai….
Rishabh grabs her hand, and brings her closer to him, and speaks..
R: dhyaan se suno Tripti…bahut badi deal ki baat hai, itna sa bhi gadbad nehi hona chahiye..saahil ko kuch bhi shak nehi hona chahiye..

Tripti tries to get rid of his arm,and groans in pain…and looks surprisingly at Rishabh..
T: Tum mujhe hurt kar rahe ho Rishabh, chodo mujhe..
Rishabh leaves her hand..and Tripti mumbles something..
R: I am sorry sweetheart..you know mein kaisa huin..aab tum to nehi chati na ki ham yeh deal loose kar jaein, (and then his soft tone, changes and he sternly looks at tripti) and mujhe yeh bilkul pasand nehi hoga ki hum isse tumhari kisi bhi bewakufi ke karan haar jayein…
T: Tum chinta mat karo rishabh, mein poora pata lagati huin, ki saahil, deal ke bare mein kya sochta tha hai..
And with that she hurriedly leaves from there, rubbing her wrist, as she walked away..


In Ganga's office..her manager enters her cabin with some files …
G: Arey sharma ji, ayiye..kuch pata chala us doosre company ka?
S: Mam, ajeeb baat to yeh hai, ki is company ka, India mein koi branch nehi hai, aur jahan tak mujhe maloom chala hai, abroad mein bhi yeh , koi badi company nehi hai..
G: Accha? To phir unhoin ne yeh tender kaise bhara? Itna sara paisa kahain se aya??
S: Mam, mujhe thoda aur waqt dijiye, mein aur pata lagat huin.
G: Sharma ji, waqt nahi hai, hamein kal shaam ko jana hai aur aaj yeh musibat…
Saahil enters her cabin…Ganga looks up..
S: Ganga..mujhe us doosre company ke bare mein kuch pata chala hai..
Uska malik, Rishabh hai.
G: Rishabh??
S:Hain, Rishabh Malhotra, par company zayada badi nehi hai..
G: Saahil kuch to gad bad hai, is company ka kuch nehi pata chal raha, aur yeh hamare barabar ke tender bhar rahe hain?? Yeh kaise ho sakta hai!
S: Kaal deal signing ke waqt to mulakat hogi hi, tab pata chal jayega..
G: deal milegi tab na! Hamein uske quote se thoda kaam karna padega…sharmaji, kya apko unka quote maloom hai?
Sharma ji: Mam sunne mein aya hai, ki who ham se, sirf das hazar kam hai…par who bhi pakki khabar nahi hai..
G: Accha..aap tender ko maat badaliye..ham apne standard se nahi hatenge..kaal jab dono parties ki mulakat hogi, tab ham apne credibility par yeh contract jitenge..Par hain, Sharma ji, ap pata lagaye , is Rishabh Malhotra ke bare mein..

And Sharmaji leaves the cabin..
Ganga walks up to a picture of thakurji and prays, that everything should go well..
Saahil walks up behind her…and..

S: Bhagvan par bharosa rakho Ganga, sab theek ho jayega..
G: tum samajh nehi rahe Saahil..meine apna bahut kuch is contract par lagaya hai…agar hamein nahi mila, to investors ko kya javab denge….aur jo loss hoga who alag..
Saahil puts his hands on her shoulder and slowly turns her towards him…
S: Ganga, tumse zindagi mein , maine ek hi cheez sheeka hai,
Ganga looks up emotionally..and Saahil continues..
S: Tumne hmesha sach ka saath diya, aur kabhi haar ne, tumhein nehi haraya..tum jhuk kar bhi, kabhi tooti nehi Ganga, aur tumhare isi dhairya , ne mujhe ashwasan diya hai, aj tak, ki tum jo bhi karogi, sahi karogi..himmat rakho Ganga..
G: Mujh par itna wiswas karte ho Saahil?
S: Karta tha, karta huin, aur hamesha karta rahunga…
He lets go of her and turns away…and continues..
S: ek tum ho, jo har halat ko sambhal leti ho, aur ek mein, halat se majboor..kaash Ganga tum eh kah pati ki tum mujh par wiswas karti ho..par yeh galat ho ga..kyon ki…mein tumare wishwas ke layak…
And Ganga comes towards him n puts a hand over his mouth..
G: Wishwas, bahut badi cheez hai Saahi…mujhe itna bhi sharminda na karo…
She takes her hands away, shyingly and continues..
G: Jo huya, wohh kal tha..usse koi nehi badal skata, jo ho raha hai..wohh hamare haat mein hai Saahil..aur jo hoga,wohh….
S: Wohh..kya Ganga?
G: Wohh..wohh…sirf tumhare haath mein hoga…

And she leaves him standing there and walks out of her cabin..Saahil looked on and wanted to stop her…but her knew..she was right…She always was..He knew, this was his chance to repay her, for all the good things, she was to him, for the beautiful life she had once given him..and he knew he had to set things right..and he knew what he had to get rid off..

Rishabh made the call..
R: Dhyaan se suno..Kaal..Mumbai se ek silver rang ki gaadi, lonavala pahunchegi..
Age tum jante ho kya kar na hai…
Callee: Ji Sir, sab intezaam ho gaya hai..plan ke mutabik..sab ho jayega..
R: Good…
And he cuts the phone down..



Ganga calls Lakshya, not finding him on the phone, she leaves him a message…
G: Laksya, suno..mein chati huin, ki tum Saahil ke saath , kal shaam ko Lonavala jao..
Mujhe kuch kaam hai, mein wohh niptakar, raat ko ajaungi
And Ganga hangs up…The picture of Lakshya n Ganga taken during Lakshya's first birthday, falls to the ground…

And a silver Honda, reaches Shantiniketan…
