Your Great mesmerising stories has inspired me to write my story, which is so small in front of all of you but still. I hope you will like it.
Sumit (he does not have any family,his family is his friends)Kumkum are in a College. They are good friends and hangs around in the group. Kumkum loves Sumit but Sumit likes another girl in the same group and Kumkum knows about this. She feels bad but then always prays to God that wherever Sumit's happiness lies he should go there. She always listens to him, advice him what to do or not etc.
It was Rose day in the college. Sumit buys a rose and wants to give to that girl, but is afraid. But Kumkum says you should tell her about your feelings before its too late. Though in her mind she says I am giving you this advice but I could never said you anything. But wont let you do the same mistake.
Sumit goes and gives the rose to that girl and she accepts it and she reciprocates the way Sumit feels. Both are very happy.
Slowly and slowly Sumit start to hang out more with that girl and very less time with Kumkum. Kumkum feels really bad but always pretends to be happy in front of them.
One day Kumkum is sitting where usually Sumit and Kumkum use to sit on top of a small hill at the back of there college. She is sitting and thinking about Sumit and decides she cant stay here anymore and hence decides to go somewhere else.
She tells to the whole group that she is leaving as she wants to be with her Parents. Everyone is shocked and sad, even Sumit. That night she does her packing and doesnt realise that its morning, hence she goes to the same hill and is sitting when she feels that someone has come and sat near to her and its Sumit.
Sumit: Why are you leaving?
Kumkum: I told you I want to be with my Parents.
Sumit: But we will miss you, anyways its only a year thats left here, why not complete and then go.
Kumkum: Jokingly says, tumlog ki adat ho jayengi toh ja nahi paaongi.
Sumit: But why such a sudden decision, you never told me.
Kumkum: Little irritated, tum milo toh batati na. You were soo busy.
Sumit: Why you saying like this.
Kumkum: Sorry Sumit, but its difficult for me to leave but I have to. And sorry what I said.
Sumit: Dont be sorry, I know I have not beem able to meet you for quiet sometime. But must thank you for bringing me and her together( lets name that girl Renuka). Will miss you.
He sees Kumkum eyes are wet and he holds her and they both hug eachother. Kumkum is sad as she is going away from the man she loved and Sumit is sad that her best friend is leaving.
Kumkum: Sumit I have to leave.
Sumit: I will come and see you off.
Kumkum:(Smiling)Dont worry I will go, I wont stay back.
Both laugh and Sumit says Shut Up.
They are at the station. Kumkum is controlling her tears and smiling, she cans ee that Sumit is sad. But thinks its good for both of them.
Kumkum: Apna aur Renuka ka khayal rakhna.
Sumit: Aur tum apna.
And then her train leaves both waving at eachother.
Sumit returns back and miss Kumkum alot. He wonders whats happening to him as he is feeling to cry. He meets Renuka .
Renuka: Hi Sumit. Did Kumkum left.
Sumit: Ya I went to see off her.
Renuka: Ok.... accha suno, I have to meet someone will give you a call and then lets meet. Takecare
Sumit: Ok bye ( still sad that Kumkum left).
On the other hand Kumkum is back with her family. Her parents are happy that she has come home, but her little sister feels that something is wrong. She keeps asking and finally Kumkum burst and starts crying uncontrollbly and tells everything to her. After she says everything, she feels little better.
Here Sumit comes to Renuka's place and then they go on a long drive on his bike. Suddenly a truck come and hits and both fall. Sumit is badly injured and Renuka also but not much. They are rushed to the hospital.
Doctor says Renuka is fine but has got some stiches. While Sumit has got some head injuries and they have to wait till he get concoiusness. Slowly Sumit gains conciousness and everyone is happy. Renuka looks after him but after a while she start getting bored. And after few days back she starts making excuses that she has some work here or there and thats why she cant come. Sumit is left all alone. One of his friends sends his news to Kumkum and on hearing this she comes running to him. Sumit feels really happy on seeing her. Kumkum sees Sumit and is just crying but could not say anything.
Sumit: Kumkummmmm... I am soo happy to see you. Thankful to God that you came.
Kumkum: Shut up Sumit, I told you to take care of yourself and yeh tumne apna khayal rakha. Main gayi ki tumne apna yeh haal kar liya.
Sumit: Sorry baba, actually main tumko miss kar raha tha toh socha bulane pe tum aaogi nahi par meri tabiyat ka sunke zaroor aaogi.
Kumkum: Chup. Aisi baat mat bolo. Even I missed you.
Sumit: I am soo happy to see you.
Kumkum: Renuka kaisi hai, suna usse bhi stiches aaye the.
Sumit: Haan she is fine.
Kumkum takes lot of care of Sumit. Day and Night. They talk,laugh and is enjoying eachothers company.
One night they are sitting and talking.....
Sumit: Tumne kabhi kisi ko pyar kiya hai Kumkum...
Kumkum: Surprised.. nahin abhi tak nahi, par kyu. Though it was difficult for her to say this.
Sumit: Nahi aise hi. You are soo caring so nice, lovable how could no one fell for you. I am just wondering.
Kumkum: (sad)Meri chodho apni batao, kab kar rahe ho tum dono shaadi.
Sumit: Dont know, havent talked to her parents nor they know about me.
Kumkum: Sab theekh ho jaayega, dont worry.
Sumit holds her hand and smiles.
But before this Sumit has to face a truth about himself..........
