Naina makes Kumkum lie down, she runs her hand through her ahir and calms her down, she watches Kumkum sleep.

Part 4

Kumkum arrived to college the next day with Anku, they made their way to the gates but Kumkum stopped as she saw someone

A - kya hua Kumkum...tum ruk kyun gayi?

K - tum jao...main aati hoon

A - teek hai

Anku walked off, Kumkum went up to the person and tapped them on the shoulder, he turned around. it was Sumit, he gave Kumkum a big smile

S - hi Kumkum

K - tum yahan kyun aaye ho?

S - tumse milne ke liye

K - hadh ho gayi hai.....main yahan parne aaya hoon....tumse nahin milne.....peecha kyun nahin chordte tum?

S - uf ho Kumkum naraz kyun hoti ho.....main sirf yeh kehne aaya tha....ke kal mera birthday hai....aur maine ek party rakhi hai....tumhe bulane aaya tha

K - acha? main akeli kaise aah sakti hoon

S - mat aao....apne doston ko bhi saath lekar aana....lekin voh jo tumhari gusseh vali friend hai...usse nahin

K - kya! hey Mr meri dost ke baare mein kuch ulta bola tho!!!

S - acha sorry....voh bhi aah sakti hai lekin aana zuroor

Sumit handed her a card with the location of the party and the time, she smiled and walked off. She got to class where the girls were waiting

E - kahan reh gayi thi tum?

K - voh....chord na

R - voh Sumit aaya tha na

K - tumhe kaise pata?

A - maine tum dono ko dheka tha

K - oh....usne party par bulaya hai

E - so what.....bulane do...tum nahin jaogi

K - arre Eks, hum sab ko bulaya hai

R - bohat bohat shukriya us Sumit ka....jo hum gareeb ko apne party mein bulaya hai....dhaneya hai voh

K - chup kar....bolti rehti hai tu....agar tujhe nahin aana tho mat aana....main tho jaoongi

E - tum akeli nahin jaogi...agar tum jaogi tho main bhi saath aoongi

A - main bhi.....voh Sumit kitna handsome hai.....kyun Eks

E - bohat hi handsome hai

R - kya tum sab pagal hogayi ho.......tum logon ne sab kuch bula diya hoga lekin main nahin

K - Rach naraz mat ho please.....kuch nahin hoga......acha ek kaam kar....tum mere saath aao meri bodyguard banke....hir dhekte hai voh Sumit kaise kuch karta hai kyun?

E - haan Rach....tumhare bia maan nahin lage ga vahan....

R - teek hai...party kab hai?

K - tommorow.....

R - tho shopping aaj karni hogi

K - yes!

Kumkum gave Rach a small hug and sat down. After college the girls went shopping and bought new outfits for the party. The next day they were all at Ekta's house getting ready for the party, Kumkum was wearing a red salwar-kameez, Eks was wearing black jeans and a red glittery top, Anku was wearing a blue churidar suit and Rach was wearing a white top and blue jeans. They headed to the party in Eks's car

K - Sumit ka present do mujhe

A - yeh lo

Kumkum and the girls walked in, Sumit saw them and came over to say hello

S - Hi Kumkum!

K - hi, Happy Birthday.....

S - thanks

She handed him the present

S - iski kya zuroorat thi?

R - vapas shop mein moordoon?

K (whispers to Rach) - chup kar

E/A - happy birthday Sumit

S - thanks...erm Kumkum...yeh tho mera naam janti hai....lekin main inka naam nahin jaanti

K (pointing to each of them) - yeh hai Eks, Anku aur Rach...meri bodyguard

S - bodyguard?

R - kyun dar gaye?

S - erm nahin...aao..

They walked inside, it was cake cutting time, Sumit cut the cake and everyone sang happy birthday to him. The music started playing

S - Kumkum...ek dance please?

K - dance?

Kumkum looked at the others, Rach was shocked but Eks and Anku were nodding their heads and mouthing go

K - ok then

Sumit held Kumkum's hand and took her to the dance floor, he signalled the DJ to put something slower on, the DJ nodded, Sumit held Kumkum's right hand and took her left hand and put it on his shoulder then put his left hand on her waist. The Dj put Zindagi Zindagi by Ganesh Hegde on, Sumit and Kumkum slowly danced with each other

(Kumkum met Sumit's gaze, she drowned in his eyes and forgot everything around them)

Both were lost in each other and probably would have stayed lost unless a person hadn't nudged Sumit and caused both to come back to reality. They realised how close the had gotten, as both of Kumkum's arms were around Sumit's neck and his hands were on her waist. They parted akwardly, Kumkum walked off to the girl looking flushed

E - kyun...kaisa naachta hai Sumit?

K - huh.....hmm acha hai

A - how romantic! tum dono itne kareeb.....

R - shut up! chal present dhe diya....cake bhi kaat liye...yahan thak dancing bhi kar liya.....ab chale?

K - abhi tho aaye hai

E - Rach tu na ek dum bore hai

R - whatever

Kumkum ignored her and looked around, she caught sight of a person and a big smile appeared on her face

K - Rach...ab jo main tumhe dhikaoon gi...uske baad tu yahan se nahin jaane vali

R - kyun? aisi kya cheez hai jo mujhe yahan rukne par majboor karegi

Kumkum grabbed Rach and showed her the direction she was looking in, a big smile appeared on her face

R - Sharman!

Rach ran off to him,

E - yeh tho gayi.....oh my god Anku dhek Hussain!

Eks and Anku also ran off, leaving Kumkum alone, she decided to walk outside and stand on the balcony looking at the stars. Sumit came

S - beautiful

K - kya?

S - voh erm stars....(points upwards)

K - oh haan

S - tumhari bodyguard?

K - apne khoye hue aashiq ke saath busy hai

S - aashiq?

Kumkum pointed to Rach and Sharman. Sumit noticed her smiling

S - baap re

K - kya hua?

S - tumhari bodyguard ko smile karna aata hai

Kumkum laughed, Sumit watched her and smiled to himself

K - tumhari family yahan nahin?

S - family ne ek aur party rakhi hai...yeh sirf meri doston ke liye hai

K - oh right....family mein kaun kaun?

S - mama, papa, dadi dadaji aur tumhare?

K - mama, papa......Eks, Anku aur meri voh bodyguard Rach

S - nice.....so....

Both were silent, they stole glances at each other, suddenly both spoke at the same time

K/S - ek glass.../kuch leyangi...

They laughed

S - kaho?

K - erm ek glass paani ka milega

S - sure

K - vaise tum kya kehne vale the?

S - poochne vala tha ke kuch leyangi tum

Sumit went and got a glass of water, he handed it to her

K - ek baat kahoon

S - zuroor

K - tum ek bohat ache singer ho

S - thanks....tum gaati ho?

K - haan...bathroom mein (laughs)

S - hmm stage par gaane ka mazaa hi kuch aur hai....sab ke liye gaana...sab logon ki chehre par musurahat le aana.....sab ko khush karna......sab ki pareshani door karna.....

Kumkum looked at Sumit lovingly as he continued, he noticed her and stopped

S - aise kya dhek rahi ho?

K - nahin kuch nahin

S - Kumkum main tumse kuch kehna chahta hoon

K - kaho....

S - voh main.....main...Kumkum I......

Sumit came close to Kumkum and was about to talk when Anku came

A - hey Kumkum come here!

K - kya hua?

A - aao tho sahee

Anku dragged Kumkum off, leaving an irritated Sumit alone

S - uff is kebab mein haadi ko abhi aana tha...dhekoon tho sahee kya dhikana chahti hai

Sumit walked in the direction to Anku and Kumkum, he stood next to them

S - kya ho raha hai?

K - pata nahin

Sumit went closer to see Rach arm wrestling a guy. Sharman and Eks were standing behind Rach cheering her on, others were behind the other guys, whose face isn't shown yet

S - tumhari dost kisike saath paanja lara rahi hai

K - what!

Kumkum dragged Anku to the middle and stood by Rach

K - yeh tu kya kar rahi ho?

R - dhik tho raha hai....paanjaa

K - kiske saath?

Kumkum looks at the guy, the camera shows the two hands having the arm wrestle, the camera slowly goes above the hands and shows a guys lips......then his eyes....then his face....he is.....
