Sumit walks off while Kul continues his lecture, Sumit just rolls his eyes and walks into his room and puts the stereo system on, he closes his eyes and flashes of the girl from earlier come before him, he smiles and buries himself in the duvet cover.

Part 2

A big campus is shown, masses of people wondering here and there. Some people are rushing to classes and some are rushing away, amongst these people is a bubbly sporty, boy like girl. She is rushing to a class when......she bumps into another girl

girl - oopppsss

The other girl glares at her

girl2 - kya Rach, dhek ke chal nahin sakti

R - uff sorry Anku! maaf karna main late hone vali hai

A - acha? khete hai.....late hona kisiko nahin shoba dheta, par ladke jaise kapre pehna.....ek ladki ko nahin shoba dheta....tu yeh kaise kapre pehnke aayi hai

R - of ho enough of your shahri.....im going...aur in kapron ki baat baad mein karte hai

A - vaise tera kaunsa lesson hai?

R - English kyun

A - kya!!! baap re yeh tho mera bhi lesson hai chal baaaghhhhhh

The two girls run to the class, luckily they arrive on time, they see a girl sitting at the back, reserving three other seats, they rush to two of them

girl - kahan the tum dono! khaafi dher se yeh seats save kar rahi hoon main!

A - Eksoo chill yaar.....gussah naam ki cheez....

R - chup! tu aur teri shahri...eks thanks yaar....

E - its ok...lekin yeh aakhari ladki kahan hai?

A - haan...kahan hai?

R - pata nahin.....

Outside a girl steps out of a taxi, the wind blows her hair around, she moves the strands out the way and we see a beautiful girl wearing a blue churidar suit. She looks at her watch and runs into the gates. She runs through the coridoors and into the classroom, she looks at the back and runs to the seat

A - kahan thi tum Kumkum!

Kumkum smiles and looks at Anku

K - mere paas tum sab ki tara gaadi nahin jismein main yunhi aah sakti hoon, mujhe taxi pakarni parti hai

R - kitni baar bola hai ke gaadi kareedlo

K - gaadi kareedloon? kis paise se....tere?

E - ok guys chill...teacher aah gaye

Hours pass by an the college day finishes, the girls are outside the gates

E - chal Kumkum main tujhe chord thi hoon

K - nahin its ok

A - of ho chal na Kumkum....kisi ke saath tho aaja

K - kaha na nahin...ill get the bus

R - chal teri marzi.....see you

Kumkum watches her friends walk off, then goes to the bus stand. Elsewhere Sumit has finished his daily shift at the cafe and in on his way home...co-incidently he passes by the college, he is minding his own business when he sees Kumkum. He applies the breaks on straight away and turns around

S - yeh tho vahi ladki hai.....yahan kya kar rahi hai? who knows.....poochta hoon

He reverses the car so its in front of Kumkum, she looks at rolls her eyes. Sumit rolls the window down

S - excuse me....

Kumkum ignores him

S - hey aap...in the blue....excuse me

K - main?

S - ji aap

K - kahiye?

S - aap yahan kya kar rahi ho?

Kumkum looks around then at Sumit

K - bus stop par log kya karte hai?

S - oh bus ki wait

K - nahin aeroplane ki...ajeeb aadmi ho

S - aao main aapko lift dheta hoon

K - kya! nahin its ok...ill manage

S - no I insist chaliye

K - kaha na....Ill manage....thanks but no thanks

S - teek hai

Sumit gets out the car and stands by Kumkum, she stares at him

K - aap yahan kya kar rahe ho?

S - log bas stop par aur kya karte hai...bus ki wait

K - aapki tho gaadi hai

S - tho? agar aap mere saath gaadi mein nahin aana chahte tho main aapke saath bus mein aaja tha hoon

K - kya!

Kumkum stands silently, Sumit starts whistling, Kumkum gets annoyed and glares at him, Sumit gets the hint and shuts up. The bus arrives, Kumkum gets on, Sumit follows suit and sits by her

S (thinks) - uff ek ladki ke liye.....kya pata tha bus par aana parega

K - kuch kaha?

S - nahin..aapne apna naam kya bataya tha?

K - maine bataya nahin

S - oo.....by the way I'm Sumit.....

K - maine poocha?

Sumit gets his phone out and phones home

S - hello mom....erm main bus par hoon.....main yahan...erm never mind...maine isliye phone kiya, aap kisi ko bhejdoon ge...gaadi lene ke liye. ok thanks mom....haan gaadi ......excuse me....aap ka college ka naam kya hai?

K - huh? oh Mumbai City College

S - haan mom Mumbai City College ke saamne hai, ok bye mom see you

Sumit and Kumkum sit in silence, Sumit steals glances at Kumkum....finally...

S - main Jeetu Cafe mein gaana gaata hoon...aap vi vahan aayie zuroor

K - erm ok....mera stop aah gaya

Kumkum gets up, Sumit follows her, Kumkum is walking when she notices Sumit behind her

K - aggh! aap ajeeb aadmi ho...mere peeche peeche aah gaye ho. ghar ane ka irada hai

S - nahin ghar le jaane ka irada hai

K - kya?

S - kuch nahin....erm ok see you...kal milte hai na...college ke saamne

K - hmm tum vahan jao....main tho ghar par hoongi

S - kyun?

K - kal chuti hai!

Kumkum runs off, Sumit chases her for a while but loses her...he looks around and gets a taxi to go home. Kumkum watches him from her room window, she laughs

K - stupid boy....dil ka saaf hai.....par hai ek dun bhudhu

She laughs and goes into the bathroom
