I am sorry Shaavi, you are extrapolating the story that has been shown.. All I said is, Dev should know. Sona knows and Ishwari knows.. If either of them choose not to tell him, they are both irresponsible. And before we try and decide who is more irresponsible, I am not interested in deciding who is more wrongPS: I am sorry for the trauma your friend and her family went through. I hope they are all enjoying their bundle of joy.
DQ, till now Sonakshi as BD has always justified herself of not telling the truth to Dev. Even in that promo, she says "if I need to hold back my emotions, then I will do it". The doctor might not have as of yet asked her to cut off from the world. I was just giving a personal experience of how far the complications can go. I completely agree that Dev should know and have a say in it. But given how Sonakshi has been shown till now, will she let Dev have a say in it. I mean has she ever let Dev have a say in anything. And as I said Dev would definitely not want to put her through anything that can cause harm to her, but if Sonakshi chooses and says this is my choice, he will accept her choice. He will support her in whatever decision she will take. But there is one thing he will want her to do and not give her a choice. Maybe even ask her to promise him that she will take care of herself as well as let him take care of her. BD is someone who is not comfortable in letting someone "take care of her". And BD is hasty and one who makes decisions impulsively.
I am sorry that you think I am extrapolating, but was just analyzing and penning down my thoughts. Going by what they have shown so far as Sonakshi and her characterization. And was just wondering how she is going to handle that. And was just pointing out to that fact where she is placed now. It was not about right or wrong, it was more about my curiosity as to what will she do now.
P.S: although my friend's daughter was born a premie, she is now 6 years old and is a healthy child. And my friend is enjoying motherhood with her. 😃 . But she told me she will never have another child as she doesn't have the strength to go through a similar time again.
