Quick question... What in your views are the traits of BD(Bijoy's daughter)? I think this is where the discussion is going haywire. and while we are at it.. thanks to tonight's lovely(not!) episode, what are the traits of ID(Ishwari's Dev) and IB (Ishwari's bahu)?

First and foremost, I know that I shouldn't say this, considering this is one of the last episodes... But, I still can't digest today's episode...

Today the person I felt genuinely sorry for is "maami". I am not saying that what she or Vickky did was ok or any such thing. But I felt really sorry for mothers like her. Who think the world of their son. For whom their son is the "perfect child" in the whole wide world. Who measure their success or failure through the success or failure of their child. And maami is a classic example of such a mother from my perspective.

Since yesterday when she revealed that Vickky has become a businessman(irrespective of how he became), she has been wanting the people around her to talk about him and express their happiness on him becoming one. She wants them to say that it is all a result of her efforts that today her son is successful. That she was not wrong to ever lose belief in her son. That she was right about Vickky being no lesser than Dev. She wanted Ishwari to acknowledge her like how maamaji acknowledges Ishwari. She wanted Dev to accept that Vickky had always had it in him and was his equal. She also wanted him to admit of having wronged Vickky and of having thought of him as useless. She wants everyone around her to praise both her and Vickky. She keeps trying to channel the talks towards him, but unfortunately fails to create that interest that she wants them to show in hearing her talk about him.

She for once wants them to talk positively about Vickky and not negatively. She wants Vickky to be the center of attention and talk of the town. It is the same with Vickky. He truly believes that now he is equal to Dev. Which showed in his words today when he said I will come there for the sisters to tie rakhi to him and Golu. And that he will send them the gifts. He wants to be called the "giver" just like Dev. He is expecting the limelight to be on him this time and for others to ask him how he achieved his success of opening a business and finding investors for that.

Today is the first time I felt bad for maami. And I want to applaud Alkaji for emoting maami's wistfulness to perfection.

This is just a feeling. If Vickky comes to IN as he said he would and finds that no one is really interested in "his big news" cause the limelight has already been taken by Dev as before, will he be able to hide his disappointment. Just wondering.

Today's episode disappointed me ... Since the show was nearing it's end, I think v r expecting a lot but yeahh can understand the lack of time n sudden changes in the script , unavailability of actors etc but wat to do ? This show still holds a special place in our hearts that v r expecting the best from this, always.

Sonakshi did talked with Ishwari bout the complications she might hav during this pregnancy. But wat on earth is prohibiting her to reveal the same to Dev. Dev is nt the faint hearted one anymore . He shud know the truth , @ least the news of the pregnancy , that tooo straight from his wife , nt like this , in front of his whole family or in bet some functions , it's jst nt DONE. It's injustice done nt only to Dev but also to the loyal viewers too. V jst missed those expressive acting by Shaheer. He 's too good in emoting those emotional scenes. 🤔

Wat was Ishwari doing , referring Nicky's premature birth ? Giving strength to Sonakshi or emotional athyachar on her ?? I felt the latter . She was actually forcing Sonakshi to continue with her " the said to b complicated pregnancy . I still cudn understand y Sonakshi is talking bout all these to Ishwari ? Alright , fine but Dev ?? I too thought that this show is relatable but I'm afraid bout that now ? Another thing I want to point out is during Ishwari's time , surely there won't b scanning n all other technological equipments n advantages so she hadn't gone thru those mental stress n all , obviously. After delivery only, it was understood that baby was born prematurely . So the scenario is different hre. Sonakshi need to continue with this knowing the complications but Ishwari underwent her pregnancy period in ignorance of the complications. Huge difference !

Dev-Sona bedroom scene with Ishwari outside ..*facepalm* . How on earth did the writers think of such a scene ?? It shud b a very PRIVATE moment even if she was giving him hints only. I felt that scene really awkward . So wat was Ishwari expecting ? She too want to c the happy face of her son after knowing bout this ?? She too want to witness the love Dev shower on Sonakshi after knowing this ?? The hug, the kiss n even a lift ...I jst can't even think of that .. I donno , may b I'm thinking like a typical bahu ! If anyone gets offended, that's u'r problem , nt mine..Btw, I was joking . Jst for u'r information Cvs, two is company, three s a crowd !

Scrabble game ...another facepalm moment. Dev is nt that dumb. I cudn find the logic( I know, the word has no meaning in serial world ) in making Dev this much dumb. Y cudn Sonakshi say the good news straight to Dev unlike beating around the bush. It's bl**dy well nt a crime , it's a beautiful feeling n Dev shud know that from his betterhalf bcoz these two r solely responsible for this , nt any 3^rd person. Is this bcoz of the lack of time or unavailability of the actors or sudden changes made in script ? Watever b the reason, such a marvellous scene ka abortion kar daala . Shaheer wud've excelled in those scenes . I'm this much frustrated bcoz v missed such a mind blowing scene enacted by Shaheer. Hadd hai yaar ..

Mamijii n binness son ! I didn felt anything for Mamiji bcoz she s still standing on all her wrong doings even if she turned to b a positive character . Genuine transformation is only possible for her wen she accepts her mistakes n wrong doings. Maafi bhi shayad tab milegi . So until then , mamiji's proud bout her son's success , that too @ the cost of Dev Dixit , won't hav any effect on me as a viewer .

Rakhee scenes. Beautifully captured with that BGM. " Pyar me lipte kitne rang mile... " .Good to c the Dixit sisters bak. Bose family too came for the celebration . A proud Bijoy acknowledging his son's effort n Sonakshi s silent approval of that to Dada. Good to c those lovely moments. PDA of Son-wari ! V r expecting PDA of Devakshi but getting everything but that. 🤪

Ishwari made Soha to tie rakhee on Sonakshi bcoz Sona is carrying a baby boy. Sorry , I didn know that Ishwari has got super powers. Baapre !! She is a living scanner . She easily identified the gender of a may-b- a month or 2 wk old baby . Is n't that amazing ?? Or did the dr said to Sonakshi bout the gender of the baby? I donno if I missed something. Actually I'm against knowing the genders but baby shud b healthy. Boy or girl , farq nahi padna chahiye . Bas !

I really liked the expression of Dev after hearing the reason for Soha tying rakhee on Sonakshi . Hey my God ! Yeh kab huwa ? There was a Shimla in season 1 but this season , movie watching , discussion on hair fall n tummy , then mornings with temple alarm . 😆

Well, hopefully waiting for some amazing scenes from our expression king Shaheer in the coming episodes .Erica looked absolutely stunning as always . So re the kids ...

@aarcha, the scrabble game was supposed to be parallel to the dumb charades game they played in season 1. Where Sonakshi figures out the movie as Titanic even though no one else is able to figure it out. Where she completes his actions with adding hers when she takes his hands and gives that iconic pose. 😉 . It was to say that Sonakshi was able to understand him, but Dev has not reached that point. Where "bina bole samaj jaana". Where he completes her.

This is makers way of saying that Dev is still not proficient in understanding women. That although he said he is a difficult man to deal with, it is women who are complicated. That they want their dreams and feelings understood without having to spell it out. That women show what is on their mind through actions more than words.

Just my pov.

@ Shaavi , I understand that but itna dumb ho sakta hai Dev Dixit , muche nahi pata dhi 😆 In that bed room scene too Sona was hinting terms related to pregnancy , then continuation scene was this scrabble one .. So many preg related words but still our budhu .. No wonder Sona calls him Budhuram 😆

Aarcha, it is more to do with his belief than being dumb. It was him who had initially received the reports of her decreased chances of getting pregnant. For him Suhana is a miracle. And for him having one miracle itself is an amazing thing. So he is not thinking that God can be so generous that he has given him a second one. Also it is not like they had talked about having more kids. The last thing that was running on his mind at this time was second child or the possibility of Sonakshi being pregnant.

From my pov, the easiest and simplest approach would have been better. Instead of talking about if she was looking fat or pregnant, she could have told him that she needs to tell him something very important. And then tell it directly. And then tell him the truth about the complications. There was no need to go in the round about way that she did or even Ishwari did. Also Ishwari should have made 2 rakhi s and asked Aarohi to tie one to Sonakshi too.

This is just my pov. Not intended to hurt anyone.

Aarcha, there is a known pregnant lady in the house. 😆 . Ronita. Just the night before Suhana was talking about Ronita's baby. And whatever words Sonakshi made can all be related to that. Also Dev was shown to be busy in work. He was shown to be distracted while playing and immediately after saying he has work to complete. Sometimes when there are other things occupying your mind, chances are you will be like Dev, the budduram. 😆


Not trying to say that Dev shouldn't have got the clues. But am not understanding why Sonakshi or Ishwari have most of the time been shown to beat around the bush and not say anything directly.
