I think my brain is overworking because of all these segments, spoilers and what is being shown in the episodes. 😆 . I am on this posting binge lord knows why , so please bear with me. I am having one too many thoughts and am not able to just keep it to myself. 😳

I rewatched the episodes and felt that it is kind of like a twisted replica of the episodes of last year around the same time. Last year when Ishwari got an idea of Dev and Sonakshi's relationship, she started acting differently. When Dev fell sick and called out Sonakshi's name instead of her, she panicked. She sent away the cook, brought back the chula and started to not listen to Dev, Sona even maamaji. Maamaji even asks Ishwari to talk to Dev herself and tell him what is bothering her in plain words, but she refuses. Ishwari wanted Dev to be the one to tell her the truth, to meet her expectations. She started taking extreme measures to retain her importance in his life. And not ready to budge from her perspective. This is exactly where Dev is. He is feeling like Sonakshi is slipping away from his hands. That he is no longer the "most important person" in her life. So he is doing exactly what Ishwari did at that time. During the bus incident her realized that he could lose Sonakshi in a minute, that he was not that important to her, in his way. He started acting differently. But now that he has come to know of Vickky's acts and how his family, his home, his business, everything was about to be destroyed and Sonakshi didn't think it was needed to tell him is driving him to the edge. He is doing what he does best. Just like Ishwari he wants to take Sonakshi back to that time when she needed him, when he was important to her.

Sonakshi in the last year episodes, noticed the way Ishwari behaved with her after the havan episode and became confused. She couldn't tell Dev what was happening, but couldn't completely understand it either. When Dev fell sick and she couldn't be there next to him to take care of him, pushed her to the edge. She wanted Dev to disclose their relationship to everyone so that they could be together. She couldn't understand why he was so reluctant to reveal their relationship. Why he wanted that 2 worlds to be separate. Now Dev questioning her love is making her unhappy. She is wondering as to how can he even think that. She wants to keep her 2 worlds separate. She doesn't want them to collide.

For me right now Dev and Sonakshi are placed in the exact place of each other like last year. It is like a weird body swap kind of thing, where they are experiencing the exact same emotion as the other did at that time. They are finding answers to the question that they asked so long ago and are not happy with it. But then they have to find these answers to understand each other. If the makers are showing a true parallel, then towards the end of the track last year,, maamaji convinces Dev to reveal his relationship to Ishwari. So this year, probably Asha or Elena will convince Sonakshi to reveal her true feelings to Dev.

I tried to be brief and gave an outline. I didn't want to point to each and every parallel, but the similarity is mind blowing to me. I for one am enjoying this unique way of story telling. 😃

It's been one chulha-ntrum after another since the remarriage track. Sam mentioned it a few days bcak. He reacted to Ishwari's act of going out to work just like ishwari reacted to his love story. And now it's sona and him at it.

Hi. I have bn a silent reader of this thread and love the discussions that happen here. I just wanted to share and express something that disturbed me after watching last few episodes. Hope someone here can help bring positive attitude back. Wouldn't it be better if they had a heart to heart discussion on Vicky issue and how it has bn a reason they drifted apart. It was why Sonakshi lost trust on Dev. Shouldnt she at least acknowledge it even if in a monologue. Current track is totally different. Or is it building towards something meaningful. I feel makers are just rushing every important issue without depth. Or they have decided to drift away from pre break up story. Hope I made some sense and someone can gv a perspective.

I just wrote this in another thread. Posting it here too along with a few additions. --

The current track is about Sonakshi accepting Dev in her life truly. With everything that has happened, Sonakshi is now in survival mode. She feels that unless she reaches the same point as Dev, she will never be equal to him. And without being his equal she cannot be "Mrs. Sonakshi Dev Dixit". She is scared that if she accepts that title now, she will lose her identity and she is trying to hold on to that.

Dev in the beginning of the series was indifferent with anyone he didn't call family. He didn't really think beyond his family. Sonakshi taught him to think beyond his family.

Ishwari was uncomfortable to leave her beliefs and understandings. But with accepting Sonakshi and trying the new job, she ventured out of her comfort zone and found that she likes it.

Sonakshi also has similar beliefs. She doesn't want to venture out of her comfort zone and try anything new. But here Dev is now questioning that and asking her to adopt to the change in the circumstances.

I remember this from a few years ago. I was born and brought up in India. So when I first came to U.S and had to fill out form and enter "Alien Number", it kind of felt weird. I mean we are also humans and not really from outer planet, then why are we called "Aliens". Similarly after becoming U.S citizens, now when I go to India, I am an "Alien" in that country. The term "Alien" for me is relative. It depends on how you look at it. And we as people are usually apprehensive about trying something that we don't know much about. Like a vegetarian will find it hard to try a chicken dish or a non-vegetarian eater might find it shocking to see a vegetarian(I have experienced this. I am a pure vegetarian and was asked how was that possible. How could I live my life without eating meat. 😆 ). Don't we tell our children to try new dish or someother thing,, but when we are asked the same question, refuse it and justify ourselves. That is exactly what they are showing. That right now both Dev and ishwari have come out of their comfort zone and accepted the changes. And Sonakshi is now being asked to come out of her comfort zone and do the same. My guess is towards the end of this track, Sonakshi will accept this role, this change in her life.

This is just my pov. Not intended to hurt anyone.

This is beyond crazy.

1. The anything goes academy (Sam I love the name). So they had a field trip of sorts where they took the kids out of the campus. And that teacher had about a dozen 6 year olds on sole charge. Golu and soha were almost left to their own devices in fact. Then the head has the audacity to tell the parents what their priorities should be. Seriously! Where was our obhodro? Why didn't soha's parents question the school's health and safety measures? Why didn't the parents know that the kids were being taken out of campus. I said this at the start of season 2. This school is a joke. They should take the kids out pronto.

2. Dev and Sonakshi the parents. Guys, there is a thing called text messages. Text her that soha had an accident. I am heading to her school. Call your home landline. And sona for God's sake... pick the phone when your husband calls you. Why did the school not call ishwari or boses is beyond me. Why did dev and sona not wonder what was Vicky doing there is crazy.

3. Tripathis. Guys... you love Vicky. Good. Leave dev and ishwari's house. Go make a life of your own and include Vicky in it. Why are you living in that house like pests?

4. Dev And sona the couple. Grow up folks. I am so angry. Sonakshi is in a business where confidentiality matters. What if Dev's completion is her client and dev finds out they have a health condition that could mean their business is risk? Come on. Which spouse manages the work life of the other. Totally unethical. Sonakshi you should put your foot down and have a chat about this. Stop ignoring his phone calls

5. And dev, really!? Soha is sona's responsibility? It's totally understandable why you want her to stop traversing the city of new Delhi. No idea what dada and rest of her team do. But what was that.

6. Makers. Where did the issue if women working outside the house vs working from home become a topic of role model? Please have them talk to each other. Show us batein. That conversation in soha's room was going so well and suddenly financial independence came into it. Huh!?

7. Elena. Did you check how golu is doing?

I finally have a free weekend to be just lazy after a hectic work week.

I want to do like a marathon of the show and watch from the begining again. they were so innocent then. Man was Dev different in so many ways but also alike. 😳

All these while, some of us 're saying ' GOD Save Dev Dixit ' from Sonakshi's SILENT treatment but now all I can say is 'GOD Save Sonakshi Bose Dixit ' from Dev's VIOLENT treatment !!! 😆

But one thing for sure ...this show is indeed a product of Inspire films Pvt Ltd / Beyond Dreams Entertainment Pvt Ltd. The inspiration the makers get for this show is beyond dreams / imagination .

Hey guys. Visiting this place after so long.

DEV : tumhari jeet mei hi merii jeet hai.

Sona : tumhe khao ye cake Kyunki ye tumhara cake hai, tumhari jeet hai.

I am clapping... Ok sona...

School calling Dev :: Dev calls Sona first thing.

School calling Sona :: doesn't bother even informing Dev about Soha.

The above two scenarios are the most striking ones I have seen and it all defines where Devakshi are in their relation.

Sona is still not taking them as a unit while Dev wants it as a unit. I have nothing more to say because I'm ideally not able to relate to anything sona says or does these days because for some reason, it has once again become about me me me, my identity... Why is there an identity crisis in her life always.?

She is an established business woman isn't it, I understand there is need for growth but is there some crisis going on for her to be so ballistic. Till the time sona actually considers them to be a unit nothing will go well between them and I still do not see any positive reaction from her.

Why is this thought coming into her that Soha may potentially look up to Dev as her role model and not her. She said I have not reached where you are... Is she competing with him!!!! Signs of unhealthy relationship once again. I hope not.

Aren't children going to look at their parents as mom and dad and not how they r professionally successful.

So those women who are at

home, are they eligible to be role models for their kids at all!??

On a side note I would love to see Dev running his business from home and Sona is free to go in pursuit of her Identity which I see no one being under threat.

It shall be interesting to watch. I also wish Dev could just stop what he is doing coz tat also is not going anywhere.

I'm actually not willing to give any benefit of doubt to Sona until she realises that being in marriage is working as a unit and not individually.

She didn't share her thots with him earlier, doesn't do it even now. That makes him inquisitive about her

I.am very clear in my thoughts here so let's see how they take it further. I don't know what the cvs r trying to show here but it's not coming out as a positive approach. A family can also be very very happy even if both parents are not equally successful and it can be mom dad either way.

I still say God save Dev Dixit.

When he finally got united with his love I sighed with relief. He now will live a fulfilling life. But no. He now is almost living the same way he used to live for seven years. There is no overwhelming bliss that spread all around. For his wife also nothing changed She just changed her residence that's all.

Dev Dixit's mornings are not different. He won't get any passionate welcoming kiss when he gets up in the morning. Instead he will find his wife hurrying up to meet the demands of her profession .Ofcourse she will see to it that his mobile and laptop are charged and ready.

Dev Dixit may get the opportunity to have her at the break fast table or not,it depends on her priorities.

Dev Dixit may see her in the office that also is not sure. She may have to run to meet her clients or hold a meeting which is lot more important.

At the end of the day at night fall Dev has to be prepared to tackle the situation if Sonakshi rushes fast.I mean if she happens to encounter goons he should be on his toes.

Dev should also be good hearted to acknowledge her nobility by not expecting her to side with him when he throws Vicky out.He should not grumble." What would have happened if I did not act promptly in the face of Vicky's treachery . "

I know Dev Dixit you will lose patience and scare her by acting over posessive. But you should compromise and go with the flow.

Yesterday only you heard her declare her wish to be self sufficient. And you are the one who stands for woman empowerment.

So stop your attempts to keep her behind the safe walls of your Iswari Nivas. She is not made for such things. Sooner you understand the better it will be for you.

I know how you dreamt that your life will be like a song of love after reunion.

You must have visualised a beautiful Sonakshi gifting a peck on your cheek as your morning treat.

You must have thought of sharing naughty moments at the breakfast table.

You must have been sure of your ride to office with her in your car,coyly casting glances at you with her bewitching smile.

You must have decided to shout out at your loyal attender when he accidentally disturbs you from holding her close behind your glass doors.

You must have dreamt of the moon lit night in your own garden your head resting on her lap and just having the bliss of togetherness with only silence as your companion.

You must have definitely smiled to yourself thinking of the warmth that you both will have under your blanket not allowing even the cool breeze to peep inside.

Dev Dixit !Come to terms with reality. Your life is not a dream that you cherished all the while.

You better be practical like Mrs Sonakshi Bose Dixit.
