BB19’s Zeishan Quadri tells Ayaan ‘tu apni maa ko dekh’ after Kunickaa mocks Tanya Mittal’s upbringing

Bigg Boss 19 has been riding high on drama with familiar TV faces and strong personalities ensuring the season stays unpredictable. The latest episode saw tempers flare in the kitchen during a heated exchange between veteran actress Kunickaa Sadanand and entrepreneur Tanya Mittal.

The issue began when Kunickaa took a dig at Tanya’s repeated remarks about never doing housework. In a sharp retort, Kunickaa said Tanya’s mother had not taught her basic household chores. The comment visibly hurt Tanya, who broke down in tears and struggled to breathe. Other housemates rushed to console her while confronting Kunickaa for crossing a line.

Even as several contestants called her out, Kunickaa stood by her words. The matter escalated further when Gangs of Wasseypur actor and writer Zeishan Quadri turned towards the camera and dragged Kunickaa’s son, Ayaan Lall, into the argument. Ayaan had recently appeared on Weekend Ka Vaar. Zeishan said, “Ayaan, tu apni maa ko dekh pehle… jo aake stage par roota hai na, tere gawaale se vote dilwa le, gobbar uthane waale se vote dilwa le, usse kuch farak nahi padta. Sacchai yeh hai teri maa ki.”

This reference to Ayaan shocked viewers, as family members are rarely pulled into fights inside the house. On Weekend Ka Vaar, Ayaan had earlier confronted Farrhana Bhatt for labelling Kunickaa a “flop actress.” That episode had ended on an emotional note with both mother and son in tears.

In the current incident, not just Zeishan but other housemates like Amaal, Pranit, and Gaurav also criticised Kunickaa’s tone and remarks against Tanya. Many felt the veteran actress had crossed a boundary by involving Tanya’s upbringing in the dispute.
