*Season 2, Week 15* Analysis Thread - Page 5

Happy 300^th!👏

With some help from @Sam, I finally got my head round the timeline. Let's forget 30^th September 2016! Devakshi got married in Apr 2009; Soha was conceived in January 2010 and born Oct 2010. It was a short 8 month long marriage. With that out of the way, I am also happy to ignore the editing errors and I actually don't mind the repeat scene with Shaheer... Dev's tresses are always a treat...😳

I might sound patronising or condescending. I am not trying to be either. The actors may be missing, the story however continues. There are some banked scenes and some of the ordering is erroneous. However, I saw some splendid story telling.

Asha-Bijoy - Bijoy really is a simple man. He wasn't wrong that the key to unlock his wife's mind is through him. All he has to do it look at the mirror and read the image he sees. Asha is so creative. I wish I could read her book one day. All the things he said to Asha in Sona's room about Sona, exactly the ulta-pulta is true. I don't know when this father will realise that his Sona loves another man and that man and his antics drive her world bonkers. Like Latha said, she can deal with the anger but cant deal with his absence. Tables turned!

Sona-Jatin - Jatin is a friend indeed. No questions asked, no strings attached! You need me, I am here. Tell me how I can help. That journey to the various spots Sona and Jatin did was symbolic of exactly what Jatin has done in the last 7 years. He was the support Sona needed, but Sona's reasons, her sun remains Dev. She was searching for him for Sona.. for her. And Jatin's expressions when Sona described Dev as a tall, fair guy who looks like a hero were worth a million dollars. He was like "tu use hero ke jaisa describe kartee hai, aur boltee hai farak nahi padta! Pagal ladki"😉

Soha-Golu - I was fondly reminded of the scene where Sona-Saurabh baked(well, burnt!) a sugar free cake for Asha. Soha just like her mother, continues to monitor her brother's sugar intake

Asha-Bijoy-Ronita - As can be guessed, that was a parallel to the Neha situation. I noted two things. They didn't want to hide anything from Ronita and they also didn't want her hassled too much this early in her wedded life. Make notes Ishwari and Sonakshi!!!😲

It was a very satisfying episode. I suppose Dev & Sonakshi will meet at the farmhouse. Jahan sab kuch khoya tha, waheen sab kuch payenge Devakshi?❤️

Does Khatri have a mole in Ishwari's old mohalla?

Bold - This is now making sense as to why all of a sudden Sona has started baring her heart out. I think, this is the reason why she repeatedly complains that he didn't come in search of her. And when he didn't reach out for 7years, she felt he would have moved on, which led to the resentment and then later to indifference she was showing till now. Now that, he has opened his heart infront of her, she is not being able to control her feelings. And to top it up, Khatri's threat is hanging over, which is forcing her to find out & be with Dev asap. Thanks Latha for bringing this out; Otw, I was feeling like the makers where being quick in showing Sona's realisation.
