Sonakshi Bose - I really didn't know what she wanted to do with Dev😆 She must have known that it's gonna be difficult for him to say anything against his mommy even if she's wrong.. And as must have assumed that she's the savior for him but she herself fell into his trap because he didn't think he needed to be saved.. He was caught in the trap all by himself not wanting to come out but acting the victim as if he's been trapped.. To trap Sonakshi.. 😆😆 Trap trap trap.. Matching to this thread title.. 😉

SammP - One more thing, whether a woman would want to go through this treatment or not is her decision, a couple's decision. But if you have seen the episodes, Dev's absolute disregard to her feelings, whether of being scared, apprehensive, hurt on coming to know about the infertility, trying to force her on the treatment for his momma, or even going behind her back to start the process - sorry to say, it doesnt reflect humanly action to me from any angle, it's monstrous.

The ultimate decision should be of the mother's who has to undergo it. Nothing wrong in going for it if she wants to, however it's not a taken for granted fact that she would want to. When one is snatching away the right from the mother to decide this on her own, it's violation of human rights and against the concept of feminism. Hence I have problem with it.

@SammP,Though your question was for Guddi Di and she has answered it, I would like to state my reasons too.
When we had begun watching the show I am sure that none of us that pre decided to dislike Dev's character.Infact there was a time when I liked him a lot and loved Devakshi's relationship.

But then Dev failed miserably as a lover when he left Sona for the first time.Instead of dealing with Ishwari in a matured manner and making her understand he gave in to her unjust demands and broke Sonakshi's heart.

Then his behaviour with Sona and Ritvick was utterly disgraceful. He did not think twice before hampering with Ritvick's career.
He was obsessed with Sona at that point but didn't have the guts to marry her.
It took Ishwari's approval for that.

After marriage he never stood up for Sona. She was expected to adjust and understand him.He didn't even adjust with a jhoola for her sake.

During the infertility treatment,I feel that he shouldn't have lied to her about that.Because it's her body and it's her choice.

Did he ever defend Sonakshi and her family when they were badmouthed by Ishwari and Co?? He slapped his father in law and remained unapologetic about it.
Lastly he insulted Sonakshi in the worst possible manner before their 2nd breakup.

Post leap he became even worse with all that manhandling and bullying.

I want to know whether there is any reason to like his character anymore.

more than that devakshi didn't get needed space were they needed to talk sister, mother and mammi were overboard with emotional attyachar and honeymoon was nothing but health session to put her down constant reminder what was missing from sona side ..
dev was stuffed like potato 😆
being independent /momma's boy was small problem big problem they hardly had enough space to have couple moments😃
dev had trust issues with sona and sona had issues with his managing temporary solution

Dev admits in front of Dev that he is a bad husband.
Wonder why Dev doesnt admit that in front of Sona ?
Is so much of ego allowed in a relationship ?

Asha again started giving advise 😆 . Last time she convinced Sona on a 'sorry' Dev and Sona agreed for marriage. This time again same situation. Sona started falling for the 'sorry' Dev even though Dev doesnt say it ever 😕 😆 And Asha trying to bring this out of Sona.

I want Bijoy around asap 😆

I always saw and felt that Dev's intension were never wrong but yes his approach were. And there is a difference.
I hate him for whatever he said to Sonakshi pre leap. Given a choice I'll never return to such person no matter how much ever I love him. But I still feel your hatred is little too much. But again it is everyone's own POV.
