Yeah, Sonakshi was always idiot. That's why Bijoy is scared for her. The thing is that Sona never fell out of love with Dev. But there is a difference between loving someone and living with someone. Love can happen to anyone for anyone. But day to day living needs something more and it's called compatibility. And Dev and Sona are not compatible.

Of course, this is fictional show and hero and heroine always come together in the end. But if they show reality, then Dev and Sona have fundamental values, moral, ethical differences which doesn't bode well for real life couples.

The best example is if a person is a devout religious person from whatever religion, will they be able to live with an atheist? If a person is honest, will they be able to live with someone who lies more than they tell the truth? If a person is someone who believes in upfront behaviour, will they be able to live with someone who believes in getting a job done by hook or crook?

And that's why Dev and Sona can fall in love with each other because opposite attracts. But the opposite partners only work if the values, morality and ethics are similar.

Tough luck folks as contrary to your wishes of wanting to see sonakshi use her brains, she uses her heart like us😊. Sonakshi is heads over heels in love with dev once again and this time no force on earth is gonna seperate them. I would like to make this statement😆but knowing cvs that track would be no fun and would not result in trp raising.

But for now they are gonna be happily together be it in bose house as ghar jamai or dixit house. But how long happiness would last is dependent on makers. How long they want to extend serial and what ratings they are aiming.

This show is labelled as a realistic and mature love story/drama.. To the first 100 episodes of the show and to many of the episodes later, I am ready to accept this fact..

I don't know much abt life and have not met many people in life..So initially I was of the opinion that the portrayal like Ishwari doesn't exist in real life.. But from many of the discussions in the forum, I came to know that such cases exist, though less... So well, here also I will accept reality a bit..

But what I am unable to understand and accept is the fact that Sona is going to start develop feelings for Dev and think of going back to him... Today's episode and the precap was actually an indication of this..

I am wondering whether any person would want to go back to the place where she was insulted not once but twice.. Before marriage, she had to face so much difficulties.. Post marriage, her problems increased even more.. which ended on a horrible note..

With this in mind, I just can't get the fact why she would consider giving the relationship a third chance.. I get it she may feel Dev is a good person.. But she has to accept this, if she reunites with Dev, she definitely has to reunite with the entire Dixit family...(Dev will never leave his family).. So, even if Dev redemption is shown, I am pretty sure the other house members are impossible to change.. She has to deal with them..

For me, I think no person would even think to go back to a place where she was insulted twice and also her family wad wrongly accused...So here, the reality is just gone.. This is where I don't find it realistic.

P.S- I know it's too early to assume all this without knowing the future plot.. But, most probably, this is what's going to happen.. 😕

I can't understand why you are making such a hue and cry for the Sona.

Isn't she a girl / lady?

Kya uske arman hanin hai?

Kya use hot guy ko dekhkar kuch kuch nahin hota ?

While there are so many mothers who were drooling for hot Dev with just a glimpse of the bhaiya, Sona remained in the ISH house whole day- pyar toh hona hee tha !!!

Ab jab hot bhaiya jee phir se Sona ke saamne aa rahe hai toh appp Dev Bash brigade ko kya takleef hai!!! apna pizzza khaiye aur pepsi ke kadwe ghoot peejiye - Dev baabu phir sab ko bwkoof bana rahe hai.

P.s I'm sure this fellow will ditch even Soha - if CVs maintain consistency in his character😃😃

This is exactly what I thought too. Parents should never take life changing decisions just because of their kids demands. What if tomorrow Suhana demands that she wants both of them to sleep in her room ?

Parents don't have to fulfill each and every demand of their kids. They have to set the boundaries.

Much as I love the idea that 'Dev' will be staying in 'Bose' house, I wish the cvs would have shown it differently rather than showing Suhana as a brat .. too much of Dixit / Golu's infuence already on her !!!

Anyways I am looking forward to 'Dev' in "Bose' house. I hope we will get a lot of light episodes (at least 50 episodes) just like we got in the beginning of the show when Sona was just a nutritionist and Dev's friend.

And I hope Dev will learn a lot in Bose house.

I don't like to see kids giving parents ultimatum. Sona should point out that those kids who were playing with her just now, the ones that made Soha realise how lucky she is would give their eye and teeth to be where she is.

She has two parents who may not be together but loves her a lot. Even Golu would swap places with her in a heartbeat. So behaving like a brat would not earn her anything instead of getting grounded.

I mean since when minor kids get the option to choose not to live with any parents?

I hate him for whatever he said to Sonakshi pre leap. Given a choice I'll never return to such person no matter how much ever I love him. But I still feel your hatred is little too much. But again it is everyone's own POV.

Agree his intentions were good, but what about Sonakshi's emotion...no value, hain. A wife's emotion goes down the drain because the husband has apparently very good intention. How does that even work, and If that works, then it should even work for worst of situations between husband and wife, nahin.
BTW Dev's good intentions were always held by his mother's emotion.

And as I said I dont hate him, but it feels frustrating to see CVs glorifying all the wrong acts of the male lead is what pisses me off. Much or less doesnt matter, I feel what I feel for him..

No hard feelings 😊

Could you please explain how rapist and acid attacker's intensions are good.

Again I just want to understand not here for any argument.

That's a very good point, Guddi. Asha is all heart and emotions and Bijoy is all mind and practicality. That's why they balance each other. And they also complement each other because when it comes to the ethics, morality, values - they are very similar. They both believe in open communication and open relationships. They are both very sure of each other's roles in life. They both take leads from time to time and follow the other when needs be. That's why their relationship work. And most importantly they have complete trust in their relationship because no matter how much Bijoy shouts and how angry Asha gets, they both never even thought of leaving each other nor told each other to get out. In Bijoy's mind, that house belongs to as much him and his mother as it belongs to Asha. Asha's respect is his respect, Asha's honour is his honour, Asha's dignity is his dignity.

Hence, Asha is secured and content in her place in the family.

Sona is truly lucky in the sense that she got such an example of balanced relationship in front of her.

Lovely ladies this tight schedule on my delivery isnt allowing me to participate fully here, however just wanted to mention one thing which I felt strongly from the Asha-Sona convo.

Asha as a parent always asks for what Sona wants - Tu kya chahti hai? Her focus on mostly on what she likes/dislikes/loves/hates. And Bijoy in most of the conversations keeps throwing the question as in what Sona thinks. Baba-Sona conversations are mostly about - Tujhe kya lagta hai/tu kya soch rahi hai? This question is dealt with brains and thoughts which provides balance to the overpowering or underwhelming emotions of a person. This is what always stops us from making mistakes despite wanting to.

I find this as perfect balance as parents. I can SO see my parents in them. Sona should be grateful ever for having such wonderful family and should think 100 times before making them go through tortures again and again for her hopelessly romantic flips.

Would love to read everyone's views on that. 😃

There is a phrase in English that explains Sona very well. It's called glutton for punishment. There is a similar phrase in Bengali as well, "Sukhe thaakte bhoote kiloy"... It means someone who is leaving a peaceful and content life, go searching for pain, trouble, problems because they are masochist as in loves angst in life.

You know how some people get drawn to people who are rude, obnoxious, treat them like crap and they keep going back to them?

Yep, Sona is the same.

Any sane person will look at the past and see how she was discarded like an used tissue twice by the same man, the man who still is accusing her for everything that happened and never apologized nor acknowledged his mistakes, someone who laughs when she is at pain and makes her beg before he helps, someone who only want their daughter and for whom she is just a person who happened to give birth to his daughter and run in the opposite direction.

She has Jatin in her life. A man who already stood by her without any commitment for 7 years, respects her and her family, loves her and her family, makes an effort for everyone she loves, sorted, calm and genuinely nice. But a person who is masochist will never pick a man like Jatin. Because there will be no angst and he won't make her into a victim or treat her like shit.

This kind of people are real too.

However, I personally can't tolerate pathetic female characters who keeps on repeating the same mistakes. So nope, can't respect Sona unless she stops mooning after Dev who doesn't give a damn about her.
