Ishwari knows Asha is a far better mother than herself and her kindness and generosity she herself has experienced when the woman she thought was like her own mother insulted her because she is a widow and Asha turned her insult into a warm welcome. It's impossible not to love that woman. So Ishwari might be worried that she will fall short in front of Asha's glory.
Neha is sending all confusing signals, She clearly established in her mind that Sona is happy only because her Love (Dev) is rich... God save her now... We need some very strong incident that will prove it otherwise to her... I wonder what that would be ... other than Dev going bankrupt and sona still loving Dev just the same... Waiting to see how CVs take this forward - If I were CVs, I'd write parallel story with Riya. You see Neha thinks that Sona is happy because Dev is rich. No one, including Neha's mother has done absolutely nothing to change her mentality. But now Riya's alliance is happening at a rich home. If I was writing this story, I will write that Riya's in-laws will ask about Ranveer and considering Ishwari cares about people's opinions and Neha wants Riya to be happy, they will request Ranveer to pretend to be happily married until Riya's wedding in exchange for his family's happiness (like paying off the ir debt) giving them a chance to spend time together. Then I'll write Riya's fiance to be a jerk who treats Riya like crap. That will open Neha's eyes that it's not money that makes people happy, but love.
Riya's wedding will not cause any jealousy in Neha as she is like their foster mom and she is the one who asked ishwari to start looking for a groom for Riya. - Oh I know Neha won't be jealous of Riya. Even before Neha wasn't the one who was jealous, it was always Ishwari. I brought it up to point out another example of her hypocrisy.
I really don't know what was the need for Sona to go around and ask everyone if Dev liked the swing or not.. I guess she was unsure if Dev was ok or totally hated it... But it was unnecessary. - Yep, I felt she was behaving like a teenage girl asking around if her crush likes her. Very immature behaviour.
The only reason for this scene, would be Ishwari knowing that Dev told sona that he liked it - increasing her insecurity to another level - Yep. But CVs could have showed it after Ishwari told Radha that Sonakshi will learn from her mistakes.
At this time Dev and Sona are both confused why ishwari is upset - is it because dev did not inform her that he will be staying at Boses or is it because bijoy kicked them out and they did not go back to Dixits or something else.
They are currently not able to understand what this something else is... so acting confused and asking questions and convincing themselves about something that is not true.
At the dinner table, no one told sona about riya's wedding. Well even dev was told just before he went upstairs and they didn't have time to talk as Neha barged in...
But Dev definitely noticed that ppl are ignoring both him and sona - so he cant really narrow it down that it was just sona they are ignoring and ishwari is just mad at Dev. - You might be right. But since direct and indirect insults continue to aim just Sonakshi, I don't know why Dev will assume they are even aiming Dev.
Coming to GKB's comments, well she doesn't want a Bengali bahu what can we say ...not sure what Dev could have said here... but Sona definitely could have asked GKB " why Mamiji why you don't want a Bengali bahu?" - I at least expected Sona to say, "Don't worry Mamiji. Bengali women are very independent. I doubt any Bengali woman will want to marry Vicky." She does not know Elena is dating Vicky. But as I mentioned Dev loses his personality in front of his mother and Sona loses hers at Dixit house.
But, I was LMAO as we know she is definitely getting a bengali bahu and the track after that is going to be the most entertaining for me 😆. - If Vicky indeed intent to marry Elena and not just toying with her. But yes, that would be poetic justice because Elena is a bigger firecracker than Sonakshi.
