You wrote this part so beautifully yaar.👏 Only they can console each other and they are going to need each other to come out of this tragedy. The blame game won't work when both are bleeding inside. Hope Sona realises this soon. The silver lining is that they still have each other. Their love will be more stronger once they will be able to pass this storm.

Loved this Malavika. You are truly an amazing writer. To take the readers through the emotional turmoil of the characters without any OTT drama is a talent. Will miss this story soon if only two more parts remaining.😭

Thank you soo much dear😃 You are very kind. So true dear, no point playing the blame game here. They're both hurting. They have to lean on each other and get through this.
Don't worry, I'll continue writing OS/SS es.. can't get enough of Devakshi😊
Thanks once again for taking the time to read and review :)

I just LOVED your analysis aditi😃 Like I said before, you manage to capture the nerve of what I try to convey. Exactly, Sonakshi feels betrayed because she remembered, and he didn't bother telling her such an important event of their life. Whereas he's frustrated as he couldn't even share the pain of losing his baby with his wife. He wanted to protect her from the pain, chose to suffer alone but ends up looking like the jerk. Nothing hurts him more than her pain. Its all a big mess. But they have to find their way out of it.. together 😊
Once again, thank you soo very much for the lovely review!

Malvika - I don't think you should be thanking me for the reviews, you have just ensured my continuity with the way you have weaved this story and it's beyond brilliance, I am just lucky to have stumbled upon it!

I read Arch's comment and your reply to the same as well, though I agree with your view about Aarfa (Anushka's character in Sultan) per se but somewhere in attempt to get justice for herself and meeting out punishment for him, for the loss that was not hers' alone, she did forget why she had given-up her biggest ever dream in her life(an opportunity to participate in Olympics)- for that heartfelt, exuberant and at peace with the world blissful look on his face when he celebrated the news-probably breaking-off was need of the hour - his ego needed that jolt to snap out of the giddy feeling of having world at his feet, but no way she could blame him for the loss-that broke him completely to become a wrack-love can be so cruel sometimes!! I do like the fact that in your story even though hurt and broken Sonakshi's love for him will never let him to despair...and that's what love should be all about...wading through floods and emerging as winner...together...

Let's make a deal, you will keep writing such amazing stuff and I will always be around for reviewing it...it's win-win situation for me🤗

Oh! Thank you soo much aditi! That's so sweet of you.. your comments inspire me to write more😊
You're very correct. Salman's character needed that jolt to wake him up from his ego trip whereas in my story, Dev's only fault was that he wanted to protect Sonakshi from the pain and wanted a fresh start for their marriage. Dev's character has always been like this on the show, he seldom gives a damn about right or wrong when it comes to Sonakshi. I agree, in the movie, she couldn't blame him for them losing their child. He needed punishment for his ego trip and not for their child's death.
Which is why, in my story, Sonakshi will never blame Dev for them losing their kid. Who Dev believes to be responsible for their loss, that's another story altogether😉
If I have readers like you around who encourage and support my efforts, I will definitely keep writing more :)
Big hug to you!!

P.S : Yes!! I did, and the entire time I was thinking about your brilliant analysis of Anushka's character. It just made the experience of watching the movie that much more enriching.
Her pain of losing her baby, blaming salman, feeling helpless in her love for her baby and her husband alike. It also affected the way I wrote this story, as Sonakshi is dealing with a similar pain. The only difference is Anushka held salman responsible for the death of her baby.In my story, Dev is not at fault. Sonakshi is hurt and betrayed that he lied. But is it all 'only' Dev's fault? We'll soon find out :)

Right back at you 😊
And I do love your style of writing... It plays like am watching an episode...

Actually, I thought of Sultan when in your story, Asha highlights that Dev lost the baby too. It reminded me of Anushka - Salman's conversation when she finally visits him in the hospital. He asks her, 'was it your loss alone? Did I not lose our baby' and Anushka agrees she put all blame on him then says, 'but a Mother's pain is more'... I half expected Sonakshi to say the same to her Mom 😊

But similarity in the story stops there... Am curious to know how it happened? Was it something Sonskshi did too??
Ok ok 😃 ... No guesses... Will wait for the next chapter...
