after yesterday's episode, either my patience has run out or I have just lost interest in the serial.
I got so mad...
why shd the bad guys always win? and what is this director thinking? evidence no.2 destroyed in adhi's hands.
Atha office: Ganga comes in and sees Ramachandra prabhO talking on his cell phone to someone peela vittufying how the company can't do without his services and they begged at his feet for his speedy return. Ganga is stumped and storms past him. He hurriedly keeps the dead phone down and
watches her entry into her cabin and take a seat at her desk. For the first time, they show Ganga working on some files...ok, all she did was turn over a few empty ones but hey, I will take anything other than she roaming all around town, spying for Adhi and not doing a thing that can be called work.
RamaC makes hand gestures to Basker and Basker returns the favor and then calls Ganga and asks her to go look for some color shades files that the builder asked for. Ganga says it will take a lot of time sorting thru' it but Basker says it is urgent and asks her to go. She leaves her handbag and goes off. Basker signals RC and RC hurries into Ganga's cabin. He looks everywhere but the
handbag for some time, no doubt meant to heighten our interest but works quite the opposite, then zeroes in on the bag and
fishes the lone key out..ennE indha company security!! RC knows that it is Rajamani madam's key and pockets it and goes outside. Basker is manning the outside, on the watch out for Ganga, who is looking thru' various colored files strewn on top of a table.(again,
record-keeping, thy name is Abhi constructions protocol) She discards one after the other, giving them sufficient time to do what they want.
Basker gets the key from RC, goes into the main office and opens the locker and removes the document that Adhi wants. He comes back and hands the key to RC and Ganga comes in then. wait.....let me go rest for a while..it was too much excitement in one night...
nail biting suspense....'nooravadhu naaL' range vida interesting...bak bak nEram...that too, night 10.15 kku thaniyaa paarthaa, innum konjam thidukkidum nEram..
now, we wonder or supposed to as to how the key goes back to Ganga. Thols has a master plan...Ganga goes in, looks at her displaced handbag, gets suspicious, looks inside the bag for her key and not finding it, starts looking for her key under the table/cabinet, etc. the
dumbO can't figure out how the key will jump from the handbag to the said places. RC comes inside, looking green (well, it was hard to place this color given his dark complexion, but we can always guess)..He asks Ganga what is she looking for and tells her that he is aware of her displeasure at his work here and then asks her if she looked for the said key (she says she is looking for one) in her handbag. The intelligent Ganga says she has already done so...and meanwhile, he slips the key inside her bag. RC tells her that she must have searched in a hurry. Ganga searches again and bingo, is happy that she found it.. sorry, the entire segment could have been written in 2 sentences but then TC has taken so much trouble to think of this mystery moment and so I had to justify it.
Basker meets Adhi in a
building site and hands over the document and says he feels guilty. Adhi talks nonsense that it is not guilt but fear that drives Basker. Did he feel guilty when he dropped Abhi and tried to marry Ranjani? and also, with this brilliant move, Basker can sideline Abhi and can climb the corporate ladder to success and he deserves it. Also, saamrajyams are born of such dhrOghams only. One man's downfall is imminent and is the base for another's rise. Hasn't history proved this? so Abhi, has to go down to bring Basker and Adhi up. Basker spouts some more guilty nonsense but easily gets convinced by Adhi's psycho-babble and keeps asking, do u really think it is ok, am I doing right, etc..I was afraid that adhi was going to bill Basker another 50 L for counseling. Basker says his role in this shd never be revealed to Ganga and once he leaves, Adhi tears the document and says this is the end of Abhi and gives a maniac laugh. I felt more threatened by the close up view of his teeth rather than with the bak bak scene above and am seriously considering suing the pants off TC, provided he surfaces. may be it was intentional???? This was the real tense moment..is the camera going to zoom in on his open mouth and subject us to nightmares????
ok, here is where I thought the director is nuts...all good evidence falls in Adhi's hands and gets destroyed...so what is Abi to do? live in jail forever and eat cockroaches? or has the story taken a turn where she quits construction and starts some sort of reform movement in jail for the downtrodden?
Jail: another dhik dhik moment...lunch time. Sulphetta signals another lady and they both go alone and Sulphetta gives her a bottle (poison) to be mixed with food. Rather than mixing with just Abhi's, she is asked to add it to the mother lode. The lady is scared and is arguing about it when this is overheard by Manju. She thinks they have already poisoned the entire lot and runs away screaming to all to throw their food. She tells all that they have poisoned the food and Sulphetta and the lady come out and they scoff her charges and eat the food from abhis plate. Manju is confused. They then disperse, all the while showing the brown bottle in the other lady's hand. she goes to serve and Abhi gives just a look and goes to get Manju and herself more food. Manju is watching when the lady pours stuff from the bottle onto Abhi's plate, supposedly surreptiously.
