this movie is the far best of his work...... it is one movie that is evergreen to me... and will always be. 😳 👏

ppl com on wake up.....where it says that it is good to cheat someone? the movie message was totally wrong and he showed cheaters winning, instead of showing the better way that if they are not happy take a divorce and then go or sleep with anyone they like, instead of keeping two ppl unhappy.....this is his worst work......don't insult the word bold.......bold doesn't means cheat....

Hello,

We all know how much hype there was even before the release of KANK and how much everyone was expecting from the film, from Karan, the star cast.

  • So let's discuss how your expectations were met/or were not met.

It was a very nice movie. I enjoyed it very much but the i expected more cuz Kjo is my favourite and just lovee his last three movies and have seen them uncountable times and still not bored. This movie scored pretty low compared to other 3.I also guess Srk became my favourite cuz of Kjo movies.Anyways one not so gr8 movie doesn't mean the future will be bad.I wish them all the best for Khan.It will be a bounce back movie.Fingers Crossed.

  • What about the music of the film?

Music is wonderful.Gr8 job by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy.One can hear it again and again. They were very well picturised and chorographed.I love all songs especially Rock N Roll soniye,Mitwa and the title track.

  • Actors, characters, singers, designer clothes and everything related to the film.

The performances were excellent.Surprisingly my favourite person was Abhishek, one character i agreed the most with and felt sorry for him the most.He is getting better with every movie.Srk's charcter was something very different and he was strong and acted really well.Preity suited the role really well and was srtrong and really good.Rani acted really well.I didn't agree with her character 1 bit and Maya was annoying but Rani was really good.Amitabh was a delight to see.He was hilarious and yet so sensible and i loved Sam and his wittyness and intelligence.Kiron Kher played a perfect support to Amit, she was lovely. The little kid Arjun was really sweet, cute.I love the kids in Kjo's movies.

The range of singers were gr8.The wardobe was amazing and everyone wud like to wear Manish Malhotra's creations. He's amazing.

released.I had to pack, meetpeople and there was so much chaos, yet I
dragged my parents and my brother to watch this movie on the furst day,
for Rs.200 a ticket 😲which clearly says that I had huge expectations
from this film.

But no, it didnot meet my expectations in anyway. The story line was
too loose, nothing was explained properly. The big question was what
problem Maya had with Rishi. Yes, they were differetn etc etc, but which
marriage survives without compromises? So,Rani-Abhirelationshipwas
very poorly portrayed.

People say that these things happen in society but Indian audiences are
not ready for that bla bla. I do agree that extra-marital affairs are
prevalent in <?:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-

w:st="on">India</st1:place></st1:country-region& gt; now, but that does
not make it right. Indian audience is so crazy about Bollywood that they
perceive everything shown in the movie to be worth emulating. K3G
conveyed a good message about loving parents. Maybe a little unrealistic,
but it gave people good morals to take home. But by making a movie like
KANK, he definitely made Indian audiences think that there was nothing
wrong in having an affair after marriage which is not true.

Music, costumes, sets were truly KJO style, great! But the story, though
real, wasn;t appropriate. <SPAN></

omg same here...i had to leave india 2 days after its release as well 😆
but i was sooo desperate to watch the movie that we got whichever
tickets were available...an they happened to be the front row - so yeah i
was pretty desperate too

I beg to differ from the majority of views...i quite liked the movie

I agree that it wasnt clear why Maya left such a loving hubby but then as
someone mentioned, it was a compatibility issue

And many have said that the movie advocates extra-marital affairs - I
dont think it does - in the end when SRK and Rani are gettin together,
SRK says "kya tum mere saath yeh SAZAA baatongi?"
So, they are not shown to be living happily ever after.
Having said that, I would have preferred an ending where the two don't
get together.

Just my opinion on the movie - though I didnt agree with it, I thought it
was a good movie.
