The place where mini went looked like Himalyas to me...more like himachal pradesh from the attire of the men present there....

It was a decent episode today. Although I found Mini's reaction at Hanif's house in yesterday's episode OTT, the effect of being chewed out by Aditya was well done. The impact of being shouted at by the brother who had never said an angry word to her ever was understandable. Why she went where she did is unclear to me...it would be nice if the place held some memory for her but I highly doubt that.

So...is Kabir a full fledged underworld type now? 🤔

@today's episode--- It was what i would call a "filler" episode. Yeah it showed the effect ARM's lash out on Mini. Yet i agree with Jaya that her "moment" at Hanif's place was kinda cliched...but o well thank goodness it was like those stereotypical indian soap cliches. lol


HOWEVER, that fugly Rihanna is a freaking stereotypical indian telly vamp! She is just a terrible woman and an irksome character that i don't give a darn about. she bores me each time she comes to screen.

@Kabir----What is up with this dude? Why is he so hell bent on destroying ARM I still don't get it! 😳 Heck after he shot Sapna intentionally some years ago, i thought it would be ARM who would be the one hell bent on destroying Kabir. But I seriously don't get Kabir's reasons ...it's just that he's becoming more and more arrogant and that is so going to be his biggest blunder of all times. I miss the old innocent and hard working Kabir, the one that his adopted mum raised. I guess it could be an effect of bad company as in his Dad and those other troupe of his!

Amy...exactly...why is Kabir so hell bent on seeking revenge? The story and screenplay thus far would have us accept that it goes back to the jail incident and Saraswati's subsequent death. But despite knowing Aditya had no culpability in the latter, Kabir is digging in his heels in the quest for revenge.

This is part of the problem of the writing in this show...they do not dig deep enough to give a solid foundation to the characters or their motives. Although the show is "plot driven" like the book, Jeffrey Archer still managed to convey a good basis for his character's behavior unlike the writers here. The jail incident could have been enough as a root cause for the enmity had the writers given some space in the screenplay to build on the life altering impact of that incident on Kabir. Here, Kabir was out of jail very quickly thanks to Mubarak...so outside of some humiliation, what else is making him this angry? For arguments purposes, lets say Saraswati had died while Kabir was in jail helplessly unable to come to her aid, it could motivate a life long hatred...I would have bought in to something like that.

kabir's ego is hurt..... now it has inflated so much so that he is unable to put it aside n think logically ....
having said that.....he judged rihanna correctly (tomm's epi precap)
that she isnt a good person to deal with then how come same person couldnt see the truth in ARM...
so Screenwriter's fault?

Exactly Jaya! that's what's been lacking in the plotline of this show.
Why the hell does this man detest the other so much?

if they could have shown the so called "effect" of being in jail for wrong accusation then it would have created the needed impact. But here, Kabir got in to prison one evening and the next day he is bailed out and then that's that! Nothing shown on how much it affected his personal or professional life. He still was able to get a job and was still able to roam around freely with no response from within or society regarding the incident! So my question is that What the hell was the point of showing him in Jail for mere few hours?

Then coming to Saraswati's death. Had ARM been directly involved in that, then I could understand kabir's vengeance. maybe instead of showing a "building mishap" they had shown an accident mishap or something of that sorts then yeah, then Kabir's reasons would be stronger and the impact would be recognizable.

But nothing of that sorts happened. After Kabir got in to jail, everything's been way too easy for him. It's like all the thorns magically disappeared from his path and was replaced with flowers. What i mean is that his dad and the troupe started covering his behind so much so that now he's becoming totally addicted and dependent on those shenanigans!🤪

@rihanna--- You see Kabir is one smart man when it comes to everything other than ARM😆.
and you're right about his ego coming in the way between him and ARM.

I remember watching this one scene from a tv version of Kane and Abel on Youtube.

and when Abel comes to know that Kane was the one who had helped him after his death, he regrets it big time that he could not put his ego down and misjudged the man who had indeed been his biggest helper. he mentions that if he had not done the mistake of misjudging him, then they could have been friends.

and i'm guessing this is what Kabir's situation be at the end of the show too.

While Kane died a peaceful death, Abel had a regretful end. 🤔
