Heer enters the ICU to see Prem who is still unconscious……………..having an oxygen mask on his face………………….Heer walks upto him…………….as in the background plays the song--

Tum bin jiya jaaye kaise…………

Kaise jiya jaye tum bin………….

Sadiyon se lambi hai raatein……………

Sadiyon se lambey hue din………….

As the song continues to play in the background……….U can see Prem has already been shifted to the ward……..where Heer continues to take care of him……………day in and day out…………..along with the helping hands of Preet and Meher…………………..

Its night and Preet has gone back (after much persuasion by Heer) with Meher…………dropping her to the home………..and he returns back to his house………….there he is faced by his dad who glares at him…………………but says nothing………………

Preet too…………..who still held responsible his dad for his brother's condition…………..looks back at him angrily and walks past him to where his mom was standing……………and Preet who had seen so much in the past two days…………..hugs his mom tight……………they both have tears n their eyes……………(Lalit Juneja walks away from there)………

And the mother and son share their joy on Prem's safety………………and the two sit in the room…………….where Kulraaj and Veera were already present…..to enquire about their brother's wellbeing……………and they all sit and chat all through the night………….and Preet………who was so tired by then……………..fell asleep in his mom's lap itself………………

There Heer sits besides Prem………….by his bedside………..and looks down at him lovingly………thinking to herself-- Shukr hai Prem kii abb tum theek ho…………..Tumhe……….tumhe kuch ho jaata……tohpata nahiin…….main kaise jeeti………….Lekin aaj main tumse waada karti hoon Prem (she says having a determined look on her face)………………Kii abb kisi museebat ko………….tumhaare paas bhi nahiin aane doongi………….aur aaj se har pareshaani ko……………….har mushkil ko………….mujhe paar karke hii tumtak pahonchnaa hoga………..

She continues saying reassuringly and as if Prem was listening to what she said------ Aur haan Prem…………tumhaari company khulegii………….zaroor khulegi………..tumhaara har project bhi materealise hoga……………aur yeh kaise hoga?..........Yeh bhi mainne soch liya hai………………….(she says sadly now)Bas………..bas ekk baar tum theek ho jao Prem………………..aur theek hoke ghar aa jao………..phir sab kuch theek ho jaayega……………..

And a very tired Heer………who for the past two days had been exerting all throughthe day…………..and unable to sleep though thenights…………fearng the worst…………….tonigh………..she felt relaxed…………………and placing her hand and layind down her head on it…………..by Prem's bedside…………soon fell asleep…………………

Because today……..she didn't have the fear of loosing him ………forever…………..and also as today her love…………….her life………was by her side……………..something she had always dreamt of………………….

And also today she had made a promise……………a promise not only to him…………but also to herself…………..to help him in every way she could…………….to stand by him………….in whatever decision he took……………..to see to it that sadness and suffering no longer came his way………………..and that she would always be there for him…………..always…………………..
