I hope u all like this one too as it breaks the suspense afterall.

Heer walks upto the room with great difficulty………..only to find a completely broken down Preet…………leaning against the wall……………sitting on the wall and crying bitterly……..his face hidden in his hands………………..

She walks upto him………….expecting the worst………….not knowing what to say………how to ask……………she just bends down and………….wipes his tears……….and Preet sobs-- Mujhmein andar jaaney ki himmat nahiin hai…………..bhabhi………..bhabhi Prem bhaiya!...............(and he again begins to shed tears)

Heer gets up realizing there was no way to console Preet as same was the case with her too….she walks towards the ward……………….and with a heavy heart she steps inside…………..and her heart sinks……………….

There Meher comes only to find Preet crying bitterly………….and she asks him all so concerned-- Kyaa hua Preet?.............Heer didi kahaan hain?............

Preet says standing up now----- Mhere……..Prem bhaiya…………….

Meher interrupts saying----- Haan main jaanti hoon………………Prem ko upper ICU mein shift kar diya gaya hai……..kyunkiiunki haalat kuch bigadd gayi thi,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,lekin tum pareshaan matt ho Preet………………..vo abb pehle se behtar hain…………….aur docsaab net oh yeh bhi kaha hai kii abb vo khatrey se baahar hain…………………

Preet is confused……….yet elated……….And he asks holding Meher by her shoulders-- Toh phir iss kamrey mein kaun hai?

Meher says-- Yahaan koi aur patient admit kiya hai……………….(Mhere continues further) Prem ko ICU mein shift karne ke baad……………Abb tum batao naa Heer didi kahaan hain?..........................

But Preet is no longer listening to her………….as he is too joyous and says happily as he moves Meher gol----gol holding her by her shoulders (samajh gaye naa scene ko?) -- ---------Meher……Meher……..Meher……………I'll alwas love u for this…………..tum……tum nahiin jaanti main just abhi…………….kuch hii pal pehle kya soch raha tha………………Aura abb main kitna khush hoon………….All thanx to u………………..

And Preet hugs Meher……………who is take aback……….but seeing him s happy……………somehow made her forget everything else…………and she too felt his joy…………but why?............she didn't know it then……………but soon she would…………..and so wuold Preet……………

There Heeer has seen the face of the man who was lying dead and the docs were just covering his face with the white bedsheet…………………Heer was sad and relieved both……………….Sad for the man who had died……………….and relieved as well as elated…………..as it was not Prem!

She quickly leaves the room…………………to give the good news to Preet……………Only to find Meher being hugged by Preet……………..Heer felt a little odd.

But the smiles on their faces told a different story altogether………………There was a different kind of a radiance on their faces………………..Especially Meher………(which like always Heer could make it out as she knew her younger sis a little too well afterall she had always shared everything with her)………………..made Heer wonder if this was a beginning of some new relationship…………………….

Heer didn't understand it then……..but she didn't knew she soon would…………….just like Preet and Meher will…………….as Love wold come their way………….and When Love Comes In……………….life is just so wonderful………………aur zindagi jannat bann jaati hai…………..
