Chapter 11

Preet had found himself disappointed, as he could not able to hear the background story of Meher's heroic due to sudden arrival of their investor. Preet could sense that, why that investor tried to come on time nevertheless he could not help himself from feeling some kinds of resentment towards the investor.

However, Preet's business mind reminded him that, he should now focus with this investor without any prejudice.

Prem on the other hand could recognize the sadness in his brother's face. After seeing that, Prem had become surer about his brother's feeling for Meher. He promised himself that, he would help his brother in his journey of love.

After deciding to help his brother, Prem shifted his focus towards his lover Heer. Prem blushed slightly when he thought Heer as his lover. Yes, they did not tell each other anything.

However, sometimes your body language, gesture could be enough to convey your feelings. Prem could sense that, Heer has some kinds of strong feelings for him just as he had feelings for her by observing her reaction when he was telling about his college life story.

On the other hand, Youngest Maan sister was also busy in observing. She was feeling happy inside when she saw how much attention Preet was giving in anticipation of learning her life story. Meher could also see that, Preet was slightly irritated when the investor arrived on their table. Meher could feel that, Preet wanted to know more about her and therefore, despite being a businessperson he was not pleased to see his investor coming. Meher suddenly felt butterflies in her stomach after realizing once again that, her feelings for Preet was not one sided.

Heer also witnessed the whole incident and obviously, she was feeling happy for her sister. She was also feeling somewhat happy after she realized that, Prem was looking at her lovingly time to time. Heer could sense that, in those chocolate brown eyes of Prem Juneja, there were feelings for her. Heer knew it was too fast, but when your heart chose someone, you could not help it. Heer decided that, she would think more about Prem's feelings for her at night.

Prem and Preet had spent their next twenty minutes with their investor. The investor was obviously excited at the prospect of working with famous Juneja brothers. After that meeting, the investor left the coffee shop in a happy mood as he got a good deal.

"Bhaiya meeting to jaldi khatam ho gaya, mein soach raha hu kyun na hum iss locality ko jara ghur ke dekhe, hamare saat to Heer aur Meher bhi hein to mujhe lagta hain, ki wo hum dono ko iss mein madat kar sakti hein. " Preet suggested.

"Idea to bura nahi hein, lekin kya Heer qaur Meher ke pass waqt honge hamare madat kar ne ke liye? Prem wondered.

Heer and Meher understood that, Prem and Preet wanted Maan sisters to come along with them. They also felt that, they should go with them. Heer and Meher were interested to spend time with brothers outside of their work.

"Hume koi problem nahi, agar aap chahe to hum aap dono ko iss locality ghura ke dekha sakte hein. Meher replied.

Prem, Preet along with Maan sisters visited various spots of the locality, it was not a wealthy neighborhood, and it was a lower middle_class-to-middle_class neighborhood. However, Prem, Preet had noticed that, how residents of that locality found their satisfaction in life even with their financial limitation.

After the early demise of their parents, Prem and Preet had to recognize the importance of money in the world. However, both brothers also remembered the teaching of their parents and because of that; they never compromise with their principle while earning money.

In their teenage years, both brothers had to stay in a lower middle class neighborhood due to their less than impressive financial condition after the early death of their parents. Nevertheless, that period was also a learning experience for them. They saw problems and economic hardship in their teenage locality but at the same time, they also observed the courage and character in the people while they were facing that problem. They found kindness, friendship while living with them.

Therefore, while visiting the neighborhood of Heer and Meher, Juneja brothers started to feel nostalgic about their teenage years.

"Aur ye hein iss community ka sabse famous place, jab bhi India ka match hoti hein ya Ipl ka match hoti hein ya pein bade parde pe match dekte hein society ki sare log. Abhi to sab ke ghar mein TV hein, lekin 15-20 saal pehele jab aisa nahi thi, tabse yap he log match dekte hein. Sab ke sat milkar match dekne ka kutch alag hi mauja hein. Heer told them.

"Kya aap dono bhi cricket fan hein? Prem asked.

"Ha bahut bade fan hein hum dono, koi bhi day night match ho hum miss nahi karte hein. Sab ke saat milke match dekte hein, yaha par. Heer replied.

"Ha aur Heer di to bahut passionate ho jate hein khel ki bitch mein. Meher remarked.

"Ha thoda sa passionate ho jati ho, khel ki gbitch mein, magar tu bhi to kutch kam nahi hein. Yaad hein pichle ipl match mein tu kitna passionate ho gayi thi. "Heer told Meher.

"Bhaiya ek famous intellectual ne kaha tha ki wo aadmi bahut kush naseeb hota hein jiska biwi ko cricket pasand aati hein. Preet said to Prem.

"Saach mein do beheno ko cricket pasand aati hein ye hamare liye bahut badi plus point hein. Lekin ye bata tu kiya abhi se Meher ko aapni honewali biwi samajh raha kya. Aur ek baaat kahi wo famous intellectual tu to nahi. Prem commented.

"Bhaiya aap bhi to Heer bhabi ke liye wo hi soach rahe heina, aab inkar maat ki jye meine dekha cafeteria mein aap kaise unhe dekh rahe the. Preet commented.

"Didi lagti hein dono bhai ne hamare bare mein baat kar rahe hein. Meher remarked.

"Tujhe kaise pata? Heer asked Meher.

"Didi dono bhai dhere se baat kar rahe the aur meine hum dono ka naam shuna . Meher commented.

"Tujhe kya lagti hein , kis bare mein baat kar rahe the ye dono? Heer asked her sister.

"Pata nahi di par ek baat to pakki hein ki Prem ji aap ki hi bare mein soach rahe honge. Meher teased Heer.

"Meher bahut hui teri teasing. Maine bhi dekhi tu kis tara Preet ji ko dekh rahi thi. Heer retorted back.

Prem, Preet, Meher and Heer were visiting the neighborhood more but suddenly they heared someone was calling Heer and Meher from behind.

They turned around and saw their grandmother was calling them.

Parthana Maan was genuinely surprised to see her granddaughters with two young handsome men.

"Ye log kaun hain, Heer? Parthana asked Heer.

"Dadi, ye dono hamari company ke boss hein , yaha par hum ek meeting ke liye aye the , aur uske baad hum dono ne unko iss area ko ghur ke dekha raha hu. Heer replied.

"Aap logo ka bahut shukriya ki aap in dono ko aap ki company me keem diya hein. Parthana told Prem and Preet.

"Dadi ji hum umar mein bahut chote hein , aap hume aap nahi tum kahiyega. Prem told Parthana.

After that, Prem and Preet bended to touch Parthana's foot and to take blessing from Parthana.

Parthana was little shocked to see that, she felt satisfied after seeing how well mannered Prem and Preet were.

"Jite raho bete, Heer , Meher kyun na tum inhe hamare ghar le chalo. Parthana suggested.

Prem, Preet felt excited at the prospect of visiting Heer and Meher's house.

On the other hand , Heer and Meher felt little shy when they heared the suggession from Parthana.

"Ji dadi. Meher told her.

Prem, Preet entered into the house of Maans. They liked that, how that house had a homely feeling.

"Dadi mein aur Meher kitchen mein jate hein. Heer told her.

"To batao bete ghar mein tum logo ka kaun kaun hein? Parthana asked Prem and Preet.

"Dadi hum jab 16 saal ke the tab hamare mata pita dehant ho gaya, uske baad hum dono bhai hi ek dusre ke family hein. Prem informed her.

"Bahut dukh hui beta ya sunke. Parthana told them.

Preet suddenly noticed an old photo frame on the floor near the sofa.

"Dadi ji ye kaun hain? Preet asked her.

"Ye hamari ek door ki rishtedar hein, jo aab humse bahut dur rahete hein. Accha tum dono yahi ruko, mein kitchen mein dekke aati hu. Parthana went to kitchen after saying that.

"Bhaiya aap ne ek baat notice ki hein iss photo ke bare mein pooch te hi dadi ji uncomfortable feel kar rahe the. Preet told Prem.

"Preet ho sakta hein, ki dadiji ka rishta aab unke saat accha nahi hein, lekin iss photo ko dekkar ek aur baat soach raha hu. Prem told Preet.

"Kya? Preet asked his brother.

"Iss photo mein jo aurat hein usko mein kahi pahele dekha hein. Prem told Preet.
