"It's not funny!" she said loudly to God.
"What's not funny??" Maya answered back. "Heer I don't know what's wrong with you but I am not trying to be funny. Can you please type this letter for me NOW?"
Heer took the papers from Maya's hands and started to type the letter out. There's no way he can remember every single thing she has told him, even she doesn't remember half the things she told him. He probably only remembers the silly secrets like the coffee and how she likes those "Madeline" cakes from Starbucks and how her favorite color is blue. Yes yes, there's no way he'll remember the other stuff. But what is the other stuff? Oh great, now she is going to make herself go crazy by trying to remember what she told him.
"Why does this happen to me? Why why why? What have I done wrong?" she said to God again.
"HEER!" This time it was Bella that shouted, "Sweetie I think you are stressed out. The weekend was not a good one for you, maybe you should go home early and take rest. No no I insist, go home and I'll write your letters for you. Go now and don't worry about Rajveer, I'll talk to him. He seems to be running around Mr. Juneja anyways so I don't think he'll notice if you go missing."
"Are you sure about that?" Maya said from her desk, "I think everyone would notice if Heer goes missing....there won't be any more accidents or dropping of things."
Heer sank deeper in her chair and whispered a "why" to God once again.
"And that Prem Juneja sure is a looker no? It doesn't suck to go to work each day if your boss looks THAT good!" Maya said to Bella who giggled like a 13 year old. Ok that's enough. She does not want to hear about Prem Juneja again. Heer took her stuff and dashed out of the building and into the subway.

"Heer, please tell me you are joking! I mean yes strange things happen to you but this is even weird on your standards!" Meher said to Heer as she gave her a cup of soup. Heer didn't have anything all day and she was starving. After getting off work, she came straight to her apartment and found Meher in the middle of a pile of papers. Apparently she has taken up learning German classes. Seeing Heer's condition, Meher knew something was wrong and after calming her down, she finally found out that the stranger that told all her secrets to ended up being her boss. Seriously this Heer. Meher felt sorry for her. Nothing ever seems to go right for her.
"How long is he going to be here for?" Meher asked Heer as she watched her gulp down the soup. That poor child must really be starving, Meher thought to herself. "Would you like more?"
"No no I am fine. I think he's leaving on Friday. So I have to deal with him for another four days!" Heer realized and all of a sudden she felt like whatever she has eaten will come out any second.
"Ok stop freaking out and making yourself sick. Juneja Empires is a HUGE building and there are way too many departments, surely he's not going to be stalking you. I mean Heer, he's the CEO of the company, he has better things to do than taunt you for your secrets. Why is he here anyways?"
"To check to see how things are going here. But I guess you are right. But Meher! What if he fires me for not having the right references???" Heer freaked out more. "I am pretty sure I told him that I begged you to be a reference and say that I worked for you when I applied for a job at JE!! What if he uses that against me???? Oh My God, please throw a flying cow at me and kill me! What have I done to deserve this? WHAT??? TELL ME THAT AT LEAST!!!"
"Ok can you please calm down?" Meher said rolling her eyes. This Heer is such a drama queen. Meher was sure she would make a great heroine on some Indian TV serial with all her over dramatic acts. "You just said he is here to check what his company is doing. A week is not much time for such a big company. I bet you anything, he won't even have time to say 'Hello' to you! Now, be a good girl and go to sleep, everything would be fine." Meher said as she kissed her forehead like a little kid.
"I guess you are right. I won't even get to see him and if I do, I'll try to avoid him. Yes yes, it's such a big company. What are the chances of me bumping into him?" Heer assured herself as she went to sleep.
+++++++++++++++++++++++
"Heer, you have to serve coffee on the 8th floor board room. The advertising team is having a meeting." Rajveer said as he saw Heer enter the office. Heer had convinced herself that the chances of bumping into Prem were almost none and was in a better mood today. Well as good of a mood she could be after not getting much sleep the night before. She kept on waking up at night from dreams of Prem chasing her with a cup of office coffee and than her flying away on a flying cow. Seriously, she needs to let her brain relax a bit. But why does she have to serve coffee to the advertising department? She worked for the MARKETING department.
"Well seeing that you ran off yesterday after all the work you had pending and not to mention the incident on Friday, I would be grateful to still be working here, if I were you." Rajveer answered when Heer asked her.
"Who is Advertising having a meeting with?" Heer asked as she put her stuff down and got ready to go to 8th floor.
"Oh yes, about that. Please please do NOT drop anything and mess up. Prem Juneja is going to be there...and I don't care if your foot is hurting or you have some unknown illness today," Rajveer said as he saw Heer trying to say something, "you are going to be serving coffee to them. Come on now, get going. The meeting already started 5 minutes ago."
Great, just great. That's all she needed. Serving coffee to Prem Juneja. The same coffee that she called "dog poop" in front of him. Great, just great. Where is that flying cow, now?
