Looking up at the sky, he placed himself back into the air-conditioned BMW as the extremely unendurable burning heat from the afternoon sun was making things worse for him.......first it was Heer, after driving for almost 3 hours straight, when he finally found his destination, was that all he deserved to get as his "reward", a lock on the door??.....and now this hot burning sun has to torture him too........as if God has decided to select this day to test his patience.......as if life and time both have decided to play a prank on him.....make fun of him......

After taking off the coat, Prem loosened his tie and folded up his shirt sleeves upto the elbows, letting the cool air release some of the unbearable stress........taking a deep breathe, he leaned back to the side of the head rest to look up at the 9th floor......not taking any chance to lose her again, Prem decided to wait for her in the car........thinking of waiting for her, his lips curved up to a soft smile as he recalled their first encounter at the business party......

21 months back

The dazzling rays from the extraordinary chandelier were bestwoing the entire hall an exquisite aspect........dumbfounded by the embellishment of the entire palace, she nervously entered the hall, quietly praying to catch a glimpse of Veera somewhere......'this Veera ki toh......she was supposed to come with me but.....uff....now what??!!.....I hardly know anyone here......now where will I find her??' thinking of her colleague, her eyes caught the sight of Veera........heaving a sigh of relief, she almost ran towards her, ignoring the weird looks that were coming in her directions.......in her attempt to make it faster towards her friend in order to avoid losing Veera in this high crowd, she stepped on the corner of her own dupatta, causing herself to trip over when she felt a strong arm around her waist.........

Greeting the young girl with a kiss on her cheek, he held her by the shoulder, " hey sweetie!!......thanks for making it here........and here comes your dashing driver..." commented the center of attention at the party with a sly smile......"thanks for the 'half impressive' introduction man!!" a sudden voice from the back made them look at the person when playfully hitting him on the shoulder, Ashlesha protested "Stop it Prem!!!......"......smiling at his best friend, Prem opened up his arms to hug him "always welcome dude!!".........unable to keep her excitement, the young lady bursted out to get the attention from the men, "wooow!!!.......this place is so mesmerizing Prem.......I want to explore the beauty of it......can I Prem??"........smiling at her kiddish act, Prem answered, "...of course BUT not now......first enjoy the party then you can examine the whole palace from the top view....."

Feeling disappointed she requested again making an innocent face, ".....please Bhaia...".....as soon as the last word hit his ears, he felt compelled to change his decision........this is the only girl with whom he shares a strong emotional bond........the first time he met her at his university when she came to him for some help in understanding the whole marketting concept.........and she is the only one who had called him 'Bhaia'......she is the one who gave him a new relationship.......since childhood he never had any relationships except Preet's friendship.....even though Preet's family always considered him as a part of their life but he was always scared to be a part of any family......that's why always keeps a respective distance from such domestic.......especially the ones that has a prefix of 'happy' before family.......closing his eyes, Prem turned his head towards his friend to look at him, "see Preet......this brat really knows how to get on me.....".....turning back to the girl, "ok fine!!!....go ahead....I will see you guys soon then" accepting his defeat......proud of her accomplishment, Ashlesha laughed before leaving for her exciting exertion with her hubby Preet "thank you....I love you"......

After helping himself with a drink, Prem decided to head towards the main door as he felt suffocated in his own party when he got trapped by a bunch of girls, some of them were his ex's......."hey beautiful ladies!!.....how can I help you??" gently asked an uninterested Prem.....' Oh Lord!!....not these plastic girls again....' still trying to keep a smile on his face he tried to excuse himself from the circle before any of them starts demanding a dance with him, which was the last thing he would ever do with any of these artificial creatures, "ummm.....sorry dears, I have to meet someone urgently, business issue you see!!!" examining their frowning faces, he knew they wouldn't buy that from him......"trust me.....I will be right back" convincing them as he turned back to sneak out of the scene, he felt a sudden force on his left arm.......before he could fall back with the person being on top of him, Prem managed to get a hold of her waist......."hey woman.....watch ou...." the rest of the words refused to come out of his mouth when those innocent yet piercing eyes looked up at him.......

First of all I can't help but mention Prem loosening his tie and putting up his shirt sleeves. ☺️ I swear I felt myself starting to sweat too.. 🤣

Now secondly, that was there first meetin? 😲 Oh god it was just brilliant. I got a little lost after Heer bumped into some dudes *cough* prem *cough* arms... and it suddenly started talking about a kiss, and i'm like whhhaaat? Prem kissed her on the first meeting. Then I realized that you were showing Prem's part of the scenerio, like them bumping into eachother and all.

Oooh so Veera made these two meet eachother. And Heer was wearing salwaar kameez? *crosses arm* Waiiiit! *takes arms back out* I'm pretty sure you have a good sense of style so I'll trust you and put some really pretty salwar kameez on Heer in my imaginationnnn *shows the imagination rainbow ontop of head like spongebob* 😎

Awww... Ash is Prem's so called sis over here? She's soooo sweet! Really, the cutest thing ever! Reminds me of me when i was asking for a chocolate bar from my bro... HE LOVES ME MORE SHABZ!!! *sticks out tongue*
Oh and should I expect a love story for Ash too? 🤔 Preet and Ash, or Preet and Meher........... or best of all Preet and Sukriti. ☺️ Sorry sorry, me is getting carried away.
Prem doesn't have a family! You have noooo clue how happy i was to read that. Finally, no Baujiii!! No Prem having to cry for Bauji, no nothing like that. Aaaaaah me loving this. Danggit, but at the same time i feel sad. He doesn't have anyone. Except Preet and Ash ofcourse, who would want more? I know if I had a Preet with me, i'd be happy with anything else.. lolz.. I mean Preets just like that. 😆

Girls going after Prem, and dannnnngg!! That many? *raises eyebrows at Prem*.. Good lord, what has this munda been up to?? And plastic girls? 🤣 Perfect discription, no need to say more. 😆😆 AAAAH!
