I liked it because it was beautiful, infuriating and sad all in the 20 minutes!

-I really do not blame Saachi for the way she is reacting at this moment-like I had said earlier, she is soo used to being in charge and doing things her way-that she cannot handle any interference or help from others. And her wanting to deal with aaji-naani her way, alone, is what she knows best. I think along with everyone else in the family, she holds herself at a very high pedestal as well-a place where she should and would solve issues her way.

Thanks, Sam! Yes, it was an epi filled with many emotions to experience in those 20 minutes...touching moments as well as sad moments.


@bold: True...this came out very strongly today also, haina? Cuz Aaji herself kept mentioning the high standards they hold Saachi to and drowning her in more guilt for breaking their trust so to speak...Saachi's guilty expressions said it all...and it's not surprising...the person shouldering so much responsibility inevitably starts to hold himself/herself to a standard as well since he/she sees all the ppl in his/her life looking up to them...be it her family or her workers...it seems Saachi is a MODEL CITIZEN as far as Panchgani is concerned...now when her own family is guilt-tripping her and giving her reproachful/disappointed looks, Saachi isn't being able to know how to deal...she's looking at it as a fall from grace.

DV as always needs to give her some perspective...cuz he's again the ONLY one right now thinking about HER...Saachi's own family, Saachi herself aren't thinking about her.

-So the way I see it-in any love story, when there is opposition from girls' family or anyone's family in general-the girl chooses to fight it and goes against family(mostly!) to stand by her love.

In this case the girl just chose her family over her love-so am sure that would sit very very well with the TRP ladies. I mean isn't it a common argument people have-a guy you just met and fell in love with has become more important than your family-whose loved and cared for you all your life?? LOL Sam...don't ever try to predict what can raise TRPs😆...there is no guaranteed pattern...yes ppl love drama, they love romance...but I've seen shows where even shaadi tracks haven't raised TRPs much and sometimes tracks from which you have no expectations raise TRPs...usually high drama works, yes...so let's see what works for JLZ...lol it would be just a short term increase then, no? Cuz obviously DV will convince the family as he always does😆

DV's long sad face has totally put me off against saachi...

the line that most hurt DV was wen she said the reason she is not receiving his calls is because she is no mood to do sweet talks with him...now that was too mean of her and direct insult to his love...

i really can now understand y saachi is already on the verge of breaking off with DV than fighting for this relationship...because she herself is not convinced that DV is the rite person for her...she really (like really) thinks DV is so immature that in a crisis situation like this he will be calling for sugary talks...considering since the day DV confessed in the rain till today it was all DV's doing that today they r standing here as lovers and even thinking of marriage...

it was all DV's effort that saachi confessed...it was all DV's effort that saachi was convinced this relation will work and stopped him from leaving (diwali terrace scene)...it was all DV's effort that saachi learnt to overcome her parents' grief and enjoy her birthday...it was all DV's effort that saachi has accepted his ring which is also marriage proposal...
so, in spite of DV's apparent flirtatious nature...he has been doing all the "serious" issues in this relationship...and all saachi has been doing all this while is enjoying and cherishing every moment...

and today wen actual crisis has occurred she relegates DV to a position where he is too immature to understand the gravity of the situation...as if DV's forte is romance and so he can manaofy his gf but not her family...

ulka is one disgusting character...but then she was always like this...

but aji's comment that wat saachi has done has hurt her even more than her son's death i really dunno wat to say about that...how can saachi falling in love with someone be such a big sin...even the other day nani was talking about her own love story they were saying that they wud be happy to get saachi married to a guy of her choice...

then how come aji say such a dreadful thing today...just because DV is younger than saachi thatz y her falling in love is even more hurtful than own son's death...or shud i say just because the guy is not of aji nani's choice so saachi's love has been wrong...nahi to agar ladka 15 years older hota...divorcee hota like rishi then nothing wud hv been wrong 😡

gawd such hypocrite society we live in...if guy is older than girl (even if the guy is a creep) like the usual norm then the marriage will be happy otherwise not...which means pradeep treating deepali shabbily is fine...which means wen they will learn that sunil is behaving nicely with prachi only because of money that will be fine...just because sunil and pradeep r older than their respective wives...DISGUSTING...

and the precap...saachi returning the ring saying that she doesnt want to hurt him and she cant leave her family...she doesnt want to hurt him...then wat is she doing by returning the ring...

i dunno y in serials they always show girls not taking symbols of love from guys seriously...i remember in geet serial...geet took off maan's ring so many times at every excuse...even though maan expressed his hurt...
and now saachi doing the same thing even after DV said that the ring is not a joke...

@Aditi: I see where you are coming from-but think of this whole situation form Saachi's POV. She is NOT thinking abt herself, DV or their love-all she's worried abt is how aaji-naani will take this news. They are her family, whose acceptance is most important for her-more than DV and his love. And honestly, after listening to Ulka's filth any self respecting girl would be worried abt the family's reaction-and more importantly wonder if this love is worth it!

@Aditi: Just a request...PLEASE don't compare this show with TYPICAL Gul Khan stuff like Geet...I'm just not a fan...this show has far more maturity in its scenes than Geet could ever manage to have.

LOL JLZ deffo seems to have a good online fan-following given the way Sony has started to promote it more on YT and now a mahaepisode as well...I guess after Ram-Priya, DV-Saachi are the famous romantic pair on Sony so they are cashing in😆

I will join you all in discussions later, but I just want to say this now: LOVED the things that you said, here and in other threads, about this phase being a study in perception...about the challenges that come with love and adjustment of one's inherent nature...It will take time, it is not easy to sustain a relationship...I think it's necessary to show this, and I'm glad they're doing so instead of glossing over it, no matter how painful it may be. I'm intrigued to see how things will be handled from here. The stage is being set now and I'm not leaving yet!
