Michi FF: Together (part11/page15, Jun10)

Hello fellow Michians,
I have also thought of a fan fiction starring Michi called Together. This is
my first attempt and hope you guys will like it (pls comment). I should
thank people like Sangs, Heeba etc. for the inspiration and of course our
beloved Michi/Shachi.

The characters are quite the same as in the serial. I am starting from the
day of Milind proposing Prachi a marriage. Milind makes himself a
krorepati in Turkey, returns to India only to find his childhood friend
(whom he had thought of marrying) being married to Neev Shergill who
was in love with Prachi. To take revenge from Ayesha and Neev, and also
from Prachi's family (for business reasons where his dad had worked
under Prachi's father), Milind thinks of marrying Prachi.

Michi FF: Together (part 1/page1)
Part 1:
"I have a deal for you. It can solve your family crisis. Would you be willing
to hear it?", asked an arrogant Milind. Prachi suddenly felt a sign of relief
as she heard one hint of a solution for her family's misery. Ayesha
wanting to destroy Inder Shah's family (Prachi's dad and Ayesha's
illegitimate dad) had made Shah industries fall into a debt of crores. Inder
died of heart attack, that not only stopped Prachi's marriage to Varun but
also put all the burden of debts on her. Her brother Alaap was no help as
he never took any responsibility nor was he capable of.

"I am ready for anything, please tell me the deal". Begged Prachi.
"You might not be aware, I have been observing Ayesha's moves over the
last few months in the corporate world. You might also not be aware that
I have played the same trick to snatch Ayesha's company as she did to
snatch Shah industries. Now I am the owner of all the shares of Shah
industries, which I will share with you, if….." Milind stopped staring
Prachi into her eyes.
"If what, please tell me fast if what?" Prachi trembling at Milind's shard
stare at her.
"Well, if you are ready to marry me….", before Prachi said anything Milind
continued, "Sh…..Yes I want to marry you. I am not a posh gentleman like
your Neev. But I never move away from my promises. I promise you your
lost money. I will not answer any of your questions on why I want to
marry you, as I don't think it is necessary now. I know that you don't
have any choice other than marrying me to save your family. I know you
will say yes. We are marrying tomorrow itself, and if you come with me
right now to the bank, I will transfer required money to Shah accounts. Do
you want to go?"

Prachi was bewildered. She suddenly found herself dizzy but recovered in
seconds and walked behind Milind. While he drived his car to the bank, all
he did was to play loud music and Prachi was immersed in thoughts that
she couldn't believe. After a lot of brainstorm she thought, 'if me
marrying Milind is the only way to save my family, it is no big deal. I am
bound to give my life to my family, and this is only marrying the son of
Mishra uncle who has always been a father figure to me. I don't really
know Milind, but Mishra uncle's son can not be a bad person though he
has a reputation of being the rudest man with unpredictable anger. There
must be some strong reason behind him wanting to marry me, which I
can find out after the wedding'.

Milind and Prachi did all the formalities at the bank and came back to
Prachi's home where Ayesha was asking Prachi's family to move out of
Shah mansion. Milind interrupted her angrily saying "Ayesha, if your eyes
are closed, it doesn't mean that the world is blind. Read these papers....If
you used Shah industries' general manager to snatch Shah industries, I
used your manager to snatch most of your company which makes me the
owner of Shah industries. But now, I am sharing it with none other than
Prachi, my would be WIFE and hence, she or her family don't need to
move out of Shah mansion my dear Ayesha. If you want you can pack
your bags, or stay here with me, my wife and our families".

Ayesha was shocked to death. not only for what she lost in business, but
the announcement the Milind will marry someone that too her step-sister
Prachi had her heart aching. Though she tried to talk to Milind, he didn't
give her a little chance. All he did was to hand over the documents for the
house and some shares of Shah industries to Prachi. His father Mishraji
who was present on the occasion was more than proud of his son that he
saved his boss's family.

Prachi couldn't sleep the whole night. Milind didn't sleep either. Prachi
was tempted to ask Milind why he wanted to marry him but his sharp
stare at her made her shiver and not dare doing anything. Ayesha tried to
talk to Milind but he didn't give her any chance.
Next morning, Shah mansion was slightly decorated and there was a
small mantap in the gazebo that faced the beach at the back of Shah
mansion. Prachi though looked pretty with all her bridal outfit and
accessories had tears and hundred fears eyes and so was Prachi's mother
Premlatha. Milind dressed in a while Sherwani had anger in his eyes
enough to ignite fire. He looked at Ayesha more than his bride with a
sense of victory and arrogant satisfaction.

The wedding was a low key affair. While taking the marriage vows all
Milind felt was sheer proud feeling that he was marrying the daughter of
his father's boss. Milind as a child and a young man always felt inferior to
Shah family and always desired to raise above them to teach them a
lesson. He was also satisfied that he was marrying Ayesha's step-sister to
make her feel as bad as he did when she married Neev. He also wanted to
teach a lesson to Alaap who had played with his sister Sukruti. On the
other hand, Prachi, with all her fears did pray to God sincerely for the
good of this marriage and the families associated while taking marriage
vows.

Part 2:

Ayesha couldn't bear to witness Milind's marriage and she left in between
to her old house. Neev, who had loved Prachi but couldn't marry her, as
she had decided to marry according to her father's choice also couldn't
bear to see his first love becoming some one else's wife, followed his wife
Ayesha.

Prachi cried her heart out after the wedding and most guests thought it's
just a girl's bidai emotional scene. The unexpected nature of events that
happened in her life in less than two days was killing her. The only relief
she had was that her mother, sister and brother didn't need to move out
of Shah mansion and didn't have to beg anyone for anything. Though she
was very scared of her life with Milind, she was also stubborn in a corner
of her heart that she will face anything in life for the good of her family.

Prachi sat in her room on her bed decorated with flowers for her wedding
night with Milind. Her sister Soumya and Milind's sister Sukruti did all
they could to make her look beautiful teasing her all the way about the
wedding night. Sukruti always admired Prachi for her simplicity, down to
earth nature and elegance. She was more than happy to have her as her
bhabhi though she didn't know how this happened. She was not aware of
the deal between her bhaiya and bhabhi. Though she didn't like the
arrogant and cunning Ayesha, never dared to stop her brother from
liking her previously. Sukruti and Soumya were close friends. Soumya was
very childish and didn't quite understand what Prachi was going through.
Indeed no one really understood what Prachi was going through. Her
mother though felt very concerned about the sudden turnout of events
also had faith in Mishraji and hence also in his only son.

Milind entered the room while Sukruti and Soumya were still there.
Soumya got a bit scared seeing Milind while Sukruti went and hugged her
brother saying good night Bhaiya. Both of them left giggling while Milind
closed the door behind them. The moment made Prachi's heart beat go
10 times higher and she couldn't make eye contact with Milind. Milind
slowly walked towards the bed near Prachi and sat beside her and started
the speech he had thought about the whole evening… "My dear wife
Prachi Shah, oh sorry Prachi Mishra, I have fulfilled my promise in our
deal. And you have fulfilled your deal too to some extent by marrying me.
But don't think this will end here. You might have spent a sleepless night
yesterday thinking about why I wanted to marry you. I will answer all your
doubts today.. afterall, it is our suhaag raat. I have to SHARE something
with you right.. bolna.. 'haan' bolna Prachi Mishra… "

"Jee haan" said Prachi meekly.

"First of all, your flirt brother Alaap played with my sister's life. Now it's
my turn to play with Alaap's sister Prachi. By the way, I know that you
loved Neev and I loved your new-found sister Ayesha from childhood, she
betrayed marrying that posh gentleman Neev for money. Now I have
married you, which rounds off the circle my dear wife. I know that Ayesha
can never love Neev and she will burn in jealousy now. I really don't know
what will happen to your Neev. Above all, your bloody family treated my
father as a servant all his life isn't it? My poor father never complained,
but I know the pain of cleaning your Mercedes car everyday and never be
able to sit inside it. I remember how you guys gave away your old clothes
to servant's kids. I know how it felt when Sukruti and I were never
allowed to play with you guys because we looked shabby.. didn't we? And
today I am here and I have married the eldest daughter of the family that
occupied my nightmares of childhood. You are my wife. I have control
over you and the Shah business. This is my long dream fulfilled.. cheers
Milind Mishra… cheers".

Prachi was astonished at the hatred Milind had for her and her family. She
knew that some members of her family such as Alaap treated poor people
badly. But she herself always thought Mishraji was like a second father to
her. She and Soumya were friends with Sukruti. The fact that her husband
loved Ayesha also pinched her thought not marrying Neev didn't bother
her so much. She had always admired Neev as her best friend more than
anything. But Milind was thinking she was totally in love with Neev.
"Milind it's not all how you are thinking…" Prachi tried to explain.. "chup
kar" shouted Milind suddenly. "How dare you deny my pain? Well, how do
I expect a rajkumari to understand the pain of a servant right.. Listen,
this marriage is nothing more than a revenge to me.. You will be
expected to dance to my needs however. If not, it's not difficult for me to
send you back to where you were two days ago. Now, get ready to warm
my bed, after all it's our suhaag raat my wife".

Milind had determined to hurt Prachi in every way and he wanted to show
his power on the wedding night itself by taking over her body. He
thought she will resist as much as she can, and he wanted to enjoy the
fun of winning the battle. With that thought, he pushed her shoulders so
that she fell lying down on the bed and went along with her on her side.
He touched her soft lips with his hand and squeezed them to hurt her and
bent his face over her to kiss those lips. On the way to his act, he noticed
tears flowing from her closed eyes, which made him stop suddenly and
go numb for a minute. Prachi who had closed her eyes with fear
slowly opened them as she didn't feel any movement from his side for
a bit. The fear but also the innocence he saw in those eyes didn't allow
him to look at them anymore. He closed his eyes for a couple of moments
and some force within him made him get away from her. He walked away
towards the window and started smoking a cigarette. Prachi took a deep
breath as her breathing had stopped for a while. Though she was relieved
that he went away, she feared that he might come back. He did come
back in a few minutes, this time not on her but he pulled a blanket and a
pillow from the bed to go and sleep on the small sofa in the room. Prachi
was relieved again and took a deep breath again. She cautiously listened
to the sound of his walk, his sleeping, turning around on the sofa and
finally once his breathings got uniform, she got assured that he was
asleep. She felt like a deer that escaped its hunter tiger. The fact that he
was still in the room didn't let her sleep the whole night. Though as the
morning drew closer, her tired body gave up and went into a sound sleep
curling itself.
