Episode No. 41 - Update 30th August 2005

Samayas Mom breaks down and tells Ratna that Mathew has left her forever and has gone back to his wife and family and will never ever return back to her. Ratna is unable to console her. Meantime, the Doc. Comes and informs them that Samaya has regained conscious and they could meet her.
Ratna goes to meet her and Samaya is tearful and unable to face the world. Ratna tries consoling her, but its of no use at all.
Karan and Vasu are to go out shopping for an engagement ring, and Karan tells her to reschedule the same for the evening as he had to go for some urgent work. Vasu says Ok and Karan leaves. He is waiting for Piya in her living room. Piya enters and is enraged on finding him there. Piya gives him an earful for having followed her there and hounding her like that. Karan is sheepish and tries to explain away, but Piya hears none of it and she tells Karan that she did not like what he did or does. Karan tells her he has come to ask her if she will go for an outdoor shoot since she had always refused on the pretext of Anand and with him not there anymore, maybe she can go. Piya refuses and says that even now Anand is still the reason and if not for Anand, she will still not go. Karan gets calls from Vasu on his mobile, which he keeps cutting.
Aakash and his grandfather speak about Akash getting on with his life and whether it is easy to forget ur love or past lifes etc. his grandfather encourages him to get over the past, however difficult it is to do so, and get onwith life.
Bhaskar comes to meet Anands parents and tells them that Anand is not interested in anything these days, that he lines up lots of meetings for him, but Anand does not show any interest at all in these things…. He syas that in all this Ratna has gained a companion, but Anand is the overall loser having lost Piya forever and Ratna is not a type of person who can ever be his.
Ratna and Anand go to meet Mathew in his home, during a party. Mathew is embarrassed, but Ratna would have nothing of that.. she starts on a tirade of how Mathew let Samaya down and how she is in hospital etc.. she laid the blame for their relationship entirely on the door of Mathew and he looked on helplessly. Meantime, hearing this commotion, Jenny, Mathews wife comes over. Ratna and Anand are introduced to her and Jenny sympathises with the plight of Ratna.. that her plight is just like that of Samaya, that she is in a relationship with a married man, who would never leave his own family for her… they try to interrupt her, but Jenny lays out quite a bit of hometruth for the two of them, which send them thinking abut the reality of their own lives.
Ratna is remorseful that she never paid attention to Samaya when she had pointed out the similarities in their relationships. Anand assures her that he will never let her down like Mathew.

My comments… Jenny's dialougues with Ratna were the highlight of the day.. it actually brought to the forefront, the fragile relationships of Samaya and Mathew and Ratna and Anand. They were hard hitting and very real… Anands sheepish expression (does he ever have any other expression) while hearing out Jenny is a must watch scene…

Episode No. 42 - Update 31st August 2005

Piya goes back to the doctor who is surprised to find her. Doc says she did not expect her to come back and Piya says that every person who starts an assignment must complete it and vows that she will complete the task of talking to her, including opening up every page every chapter of her life.

Karan keeps saying sorry to Vasu… but Vasu is not impressed by his pleas and goes away saying that she sometimes gets a feeling that Karan does not love her at all and she needs time to think. Karan says that sometimes he also hurts at times….. Vasu then melts completely and says she loves him etc. Karan offers to take her to Bangalore for the outdoor shoot. Vasu is happy to hear that.

Piya's dad comes to meet Anand's mom. He says he has come to meet Anand. Anand's mom is lil shy and answers that Anand has gone out. They discuss about Anand and Piya and Piya's dad has to leave.

Ratna and Anand are talking…. Ratna says that her feelings and fears are all hers and not his and he need not be bothered by it. Anand reassures her by saying that he understands her plight and if he were in her spot, he would feel the same, but their situation is different… that since their return to Mumbai, she should not be worried, that he is not Mathew, that he will never leave her.. he will always be there for her. Ratna asks him if he will be as he is now… or will he change. Anand is speechless.

Piya's dad apologizes for Sara's attitude, esp. the way she had insulted Anand's mom in her own house. Anand's mom says that she is not too bothered about what the people say and do.. she is only bothered about Piya and the fact that she will always be with them and that's all that matters to her.. she does not intend to cut off relations with her… that Piya has really affected her… that her prayers are always for Piya….

Piya comes back to her room and starts keeping things back in its original place with a smile on her lops. Theresa sees her and is happy and asks Piya to come back home. Piya instead smilingly chides her and asks her if her absence is the reason why Theresa has kept the house in such a poor shape. She asks her about the bed sheets and tells Theresa that Anand likes clean bed covers, but Theresa tells her that Anand does not frequent that house at all much less sleep in that bed.

Ratna asks Anand what he wants from life.. what he wants from the two women in his life.. that it is obvious he wants something from Piya.. that he needs to take some decisions.. that he ought to have done it earlier, but better late than never…. Ratna says Piya was right in saying that he needs to make up his mind, as both the women cannot keep waiting for him to make up his mind… that they both have their own lives to lead and cannot wile away their time…. She keeps pressurizing Anand to take a decision quickly….

Anands mom comes to Piya's house and gets estatic seeing Piya there and Piya behaves very normally and cheerfully….

Akash is sitting with his dadaji and two friends… and they compliment him on his cooking… Akash drops the bombshell that he will not be flight lieutenant for too long.. as he plans to resign and start a restaurant soon. (there goes my dream to see Akash in uniform.. .my heart just went breaking into pieces )…. His friends advice him to get married, so that he and Riya get to feel like they are in a family.. they recommend some Geetha being a nice girl.. and that she will make them very happy and be his companion in his tanhaii….

Piya asks Anand's mom if Anand went for the interview and she replies asking if Anand had come back from delhi… Piya is a lil upset that Anand is neglecting his life, he has not worked in a long while and he must get back soon.. she is worried. Piya says that whatever he wanted, he has got.. now why is he neglecting his life…. Anands mom again reiterates that when he comes back from Delhi, Piya should talk to him.. but Piya refuses and says their private lives are no more interconnected and she cannot interfere..that their lives are on different tracks and no longer together… and that she will pray for his happiness. Piya does not tell his mom that he is actually in Mumbai….

Anand asks Ratna if he had ever kept any part of his life away from her… Ratna asks him if Piya offers to come back into his life, would he accept her… and will he ever marry her…. Before Anand could reply, Wasim walks in and says it will be difficult for Anand to reply, but not impossible.. he says very few people have the strength to take such strong decisions… Wasim eggs him and says that Anand will have to eventually take the decision and Anand, again, fool that he is, gets egged on to take the decision and offers to marry her.


Preview: Anand wants to meet piya for lunch, but Piya says she is going out for lunch and cannot meet him. Akash comes to meet Piya and Piya says it is her sisters house, who is married, so her brother in law lives there and temporarily her dad is also there. Piya meets the doc…

Update 1^st September 2005

Piya finds Anand at her door and is surprised. Anand tells her that he has come back… and that he is late in coming back… but he cant live without her… Piya is upset.. and says that she cannot believe that Anand loves her, but Anand repeatedly tells her that he loves her, only her.. and he is back to her for good. Piya inquires about Ratna and asks him what she feels about it… but Anand tells her that Ratna believes that he will marry her but he cannot do it as he does not love her.. but he is too scared to tell her and he asked Piya to tell Ratna that he will not marry her. Ratna is standing in her house, when the phone rings and Piya informs Ratna that Anand has told her to tell her that he will not marry her and Anand is there back with her and he will confirm the fact and becos he is feeling guilty, he is unable to tell her himself. Piya urges Ratna to get a life as she still has a life ahead of her. Anand and Piya hold hands and they hug… at that time, Anand gets a call on his mobile from Wasim telling him that Ratna has consumed poison.. Anand tells Wasim to help Ratna to the extent possible and that's his final decision in the matter. Wasim is left standing shocked.. with this, Ratna wakes up from her sleep, sweating and shocked. (confused 😕.. me too.. thank god it was a dream… if it was not a dream, I would have gone and killed Ayub Khan for sure.. I was like what a wimp the guy is.. what does he think.. my mind had gone all over the place…and then… it was a dream of Ratna 😡………… )

Ratna goes out and sees Wasim sitting outside and they generally talk about it. Wasim offers to get tea and choco cookies for Ratna…

Piya tells Anands mom that she is worried for Anand that he needs to take his life in his hands, that she gets calls from Bhaskar, yet Anand does nothing about it. Anands mom is also disgusted with him and his attitude and his nonchalant attitude to life in general. Anands mom blames the day Ratna came into Anands life. Piya says she does not blame Ratna, as she blames Anand for this whole affair.. Ratna is only a face.. it could have been any person… if it were not Ratna, it would be someone else. The blame was solely that of Anand and no one else. Anands mom regrets that it would be too late by the time Anand comes back to Piyas life, but Piya says, its already too late and in the circumstances, it would be better if Anand never comes back again… (What a sensible thought... she is really right..)

Wasim gets tea and biscuits for Ratna and she thanks him for it. Wasim asks her what her prog is for the day and Ratna tells him that she will first see Samaya and then write her book.. Wasim says he will go back to his life in London.. he wanted her to be a part of that life, but if life offers something, it also takes something… that life gave him many things and took away Ratna… and he does not regret it.

Anand calls Piya and asks her to meet him for lunch. Piya says she is going out for lunch.. Anand is curious to know who she is going with and the details, but Piya deftly changes the topic… Anand is a lil upset to find Piya not giving the details… they agree to meet at 4 after Piyas lunch appointment.

Wasim warns Ratna that Anand loves Piya and will never ever leave her… that Anand is insecure about Wasim and therefore, worries that Ratna should not leave with Wasim, but he is fully conciusos of the fact that he is piyas husband and he cannot leave her…. Wasim tells Ratna that when a man loves a woman, he wants to tie her down.. he would not like anyone to see her, to touch her.. he wants to pin her down…. To keep her away from others.. that he is too possessive.. while a woman sets a man free in their relationship… that men are like that… Ratna interrupts his dialogue and tells him that what has to happen will any way will..

Anand goes to meet Batra and he offers Anand to take him back. Anand has an enigmatic smile on his face. Bhaskar also tells him to come back.. Batra says he feels someone has done some magic on him… that this is not the Anand he knew…. Batra tells anand u come back and things will be fine again.

Ratna and Wasim go to meet Samaya and find Mathew standing there. Ratna and Wasim take up a good natured talks with each other to brighten up the atmosphere… Mathew leaves.. and Ratna asks Samaya as to what he wanted… Samaya tells her that he came to apologise and he left after saying sorry… Samayas mom tells her that after sorry what… if he will divorce his wife and marry Samaya, they are ready, but not otherwise…

Preview:- Piya and her Dad speak… Ratna receives a call from Anand who yells at her as her phone is constantly engaged. Ratna says they need to talk… and Wasim is there with Ratna hearing the conversation. Piya and her doc speak.

Episode No. 44 - Update 5th September 2005

Piya goes around her room looking at things, removing the bed cushions, arranging the photo frames etc. when Anand comes in . Piya smiles and asks him about his meeting with Batra and Anand replies good and says that he will rejoin back next week. Piya is happy and wishes him good luck and encourages him to get back to work. Anand asks her "kya tum………." He is unable to complete the sentence.. he entreats her to come back. Piya, expressionless, asks him as to why he has called her here. Theresa comes in and hands over the phone saying it's a call from Ratna, from Delhi… Theresa further informs Anand that Ratna cant get him on his mobile, hence the call on the home number. Piya looks on… Anand sheepishly takes the phone. Piya takes Theresa from there and instructs on the bed covers and pillow covers etc. Ratna overhears Piya giving instructions to Theresa.. Ratna is surprised and quiet. Wasim comes and asks her the reason for her fallen place… Wasim guesses that Ratna called Anand's home and found Piya there. Wasim tells her that Piya is bound to be there, as she never went from there.

Piya asks Anand as to why she should come back… Whats the reason for her to come back… she is not his wife now… She says that when Piya was in the house, when it was her home, Ratna never had the courage to call their home… Piya had with authority asked her not to call their home anymore… That if she wanted to speak with him, she could call him on the mobile, but not in the house number. But now she is not in that house and Ratna is now calling the house. Piya demands as to who gave her permission to call the house number. Piya says it must be Anand himself who would have given her the permission, otherwise why would Ratna call their home. Piya again reminds him that as long as Piya was his wife, she had rights in that house. But Anands behaviour and attitude has taken away all those rights from her. That she has no right to live in that house anymore. She reminds Anand that he no longer lives in that house, that he lives with Ratna, does not even come home anymore and so, in these circumstances, why should Piya come back home.. and home to what…

Anand, as usual, in his confused manner says "Piya, I am very confused, Mein chaah kuch raha hoon, keh kuch raha hoon….." Piya knows not what to tell him. Instead, Piya tells Anand that she is going out of town for a while. She says she is going for office work to Mahableshwar. Anand gets immediately jealous about her going with her office groups… and with Karan. Piya tells him that he has no right to do that.. that she gave him importance and his views importance. But in the changed circumstances, there is no reason for her to be that way anymore. She chides him about taking medicines on time, and leaves.

Anand calls Ratna, who is drinking tea with Wasim. Ratna does not pick up the phone and Anand gets irritated.

Vasu gets a call from Piya. Piya inquires about Karan and she tells Vasu that she called to apologise to Karan for yelling at him when he came to Sara's house to meet her. She blames her reaction on being at Sara's home.. Vasu listens quietly and keeps the phone down.

Anand calls Wasim on his phone. Anand inquires about Ratna and Wasim says that she is next to him. Anand asks hwy she is not picking up her phone. Wasim says that her phone is ringing and she is not answering it. Ratna takes the phone from Wasim and tells him that they need to talk. Anand is angry and tells her that to talk, she needs to pick up the phone. Ratna is cold and tells Anand that they need to talk.. about them.. about her and him…..

Karan and Vasu argue about Piya and Karan visiting her and Karan gets upset that Vasu was asking him such questions. Vasu says he could have told her about it. Karan in anger tells her that he cannot be expected to tell her everything of what he does.

Piya goes to meet her doc, who is talking on phone with someone and blushing… the Doc invites the person for dinner. On her completion of the phone call, Piya asks the doc, as to who was the person on the other end, who made the doc. Go all red in the face and blush… and the doc says, Love of my life. Piya says, isn't it true.. that its love which makes ur face really glow.. and transmits the inner feelings to the surface which makes the person look and be more beautiful.

The doctor says i love the man , but the man feels i am just a good friend of his. He is yet to decide on marrying me. Then, they go on talking. Pia then says i have a friend, very close. I used to tell him everything from childhood. But somehow, did not tell him anything about Anand. Actually i liked to keep Anand's info as a secret. I saw him as just a friend. But i never knew that he loved me a lot. On my engagement day with Anand, the person came and told me that he loved me. I was feeling so sad. Hearing this, the doctor goes pale and sad.

Anand comes to Ratna's place. Wasim is also there. Anand comes scoliding her, that she got some bad thoughts as soon as she heard Pia's voice in his house. Anand then tells her very clearly that he cannot stop Pia from coming to that house. That house is hers. I just cannot push her out. Ratna now screams, says i do not care whether Pia comes there or not. What i want is a secure life. At this stage, i do not want to share my husband with anybody. so i want you to clearly tell me whether you are marrying me. Anand just nods saying yes. Wasim is also hearing to this. Ratna at once asks Anand, so are you ready to give Pia a divorce? She says i am not going to be your second wife. I want you to be mine forever. If you could do this , tell me. She asks again, will you divorce Pia? Anand stands shocked. He holds the wall for support, is blinking, looks really confused. His eyes convey the message that he is the most confused man on earth.....

Episode No. 45 - September 6th 2005.

Anand has a stupefied look on his face.. looking aimlessly. Ratna asks him if he really wants to marry her.. that she does not want to put any pressure on him to marry her, but wants him to actually want to marry her on his own will and accord and not out of any pressure or any other reason. Ratna says she is moving ahead in her life based on this decision of his. Anand re-assures her that her fears are unfounded and promises to marry her. He keeps repeating that he will marry her and hugs her, yet there is no happiness in his eyes. His eyes only reflect the confusion there.
Piya is happy, looking at the calendar and marks a date. She is reminded of their happier days… goes back into flashback where she is getting dressed and Anand comes in, shouting Maam Maam.. and Piya chides him for it. She asks him why he insisits on calling her maam on that particular day, every year…. Cute lovey dovey scenes follow.. and Anand reminds her of the date … Piya replies 7th September…. And says her history books don't mark that date as important. Anand asks her if that date is important for her.. and she says it is,, she did marry him after all…. And some tender nok jhok follows….. Piya tells him she does remember the date.. and says she has organized lunch, then a movie and dinner together thereafter…. And Anand is happy to hear that…
Anand talks to himself… asks himself who he actually loves.. does he love Ratna or Piya. Ratna arrives there and calls out his name. Anand is startled. Ratna tells him that the day he proposed to her, she got a ring… but never had the courage to give it to him, as he still had his relation with Piya.. that she kept the ring in her cup board and whenever she needed some support, she would take out the ring and feel close to him. Ratna says that she is impressed with his clarity of thought and mind and has finally realized that Piya is no longer in his life.. and has finally gathered the courage to give him the ring. Anand takes the ring.
Rhea and Bubloo are playing in her room.. and generally talking about how much shopping she needs to do etc. Akash comes there and Rhea talks to him… and Rhea says that she is packing to go for a picnic… Akash is hesitant to allow her, but bublloo says the teacher is going, all the students are going and he is also going and he will take care of her. Akash says that with her body guard around, Akash has no worries about her.
Anand and Ratna are talking and Ratna asks him if she can go with him. Anand says no. Ratna says she wants to sell the house and go with him right away… and Anand says h has no problems with it.
Akash and Piya meet and talk. Akash says that after Piyas marriage, he began to feel lonely.. as if he was all alone and then he met Kavita.. that she was wonderful… Piya asks him what he meant by Was wonderful…. And Akash says that she died, in a car accident. That before Akash could get over Piya and fall in love with her, she died… Akash is upset and apologises for bringing up the topic…
Akash and his dadaji are in the kitchen… and dadaji says that his ears are waiting for the sound of payal resounding in the house… dropping hints that he wants Akash to get married. General time pass discussions, nok jhok between the cook, dadaji and Akash goes on for a while… with Dadaji blaming the cook and vice versa…
Akash asks them who will marry him… and as Dadaji answers, enters Geetha.. Piya's Doc… Akash and Geetha talk and she says her patient did not come and so she got the time to come over to meet them.
Ratna is trying to remove Anands ring from his finger, without too much success… All efforts go in vain, as the ring refuses to come off and Ratna puts the ring on his lil finger. She says that once they get to Mumbai, Anand should buy a ring for her, only then their engagement will get complete...

Episode 46 Update 7th September 2005

Anand is in some beautiful patio.. thinking of the scene where Ratna tries to remove the old ring… and then the scene where Piya and his mom are in their house, before their marriage. His mom tells them that she has come to their house for the first time, she wanted to get baali and kangan, but saw the ring and liked it and so got that instead. Anand put the ring on her finger… It was not going in… Anand asks him mom what happned, she got a small size… and his mom says that he had only told her that she is very thin. The ring at last goes in and Piya tries to remove it. Anands mom says its ok if it does not even come off. Piya wants to take it off so that she can put it on their engagement day, but his mom says if it ocmes out fine, else, consider that day to be their engagement day…. That day, 7th September, was the day he proposed to her or that engagement day. Anand is reminded of those days…. Probably he loved her too much.. and this was menat to be be.

Ratna comes and assk Anand whats bothering him. Anand remains quiet and does not say anything. Eventually, she tells him Samaya is waiting for them and they leave.

Piyas dad tells her that no point in lingering over still waters.. over things which are constant in life… and advices her to get on with her life.. to get away from Sara and Mohan… and get on with their lives….

Ratna and Anand go to meet Samaya in the hospital where she informs them about their engagement and that she is leaving for Bombay that evening. Anand gets a call and leaves the room. Samaya inquires about Piya and Ratna says that she is Anands problem and not hers and she will not interfere in that… that she is going to Mumbai to be with Anand and be a part of his life.

Piya calls Doc Geetha and they speak. Doc says that she has to go, as her daughter is going for a picnic and she needs to do her packing, and to stay in the good books of her papa, she needs to keep the child happy… and if she does not do that, the papa will not marry her. Piya is surprised and says that even her friend "Destiny mans" daughter is going on a picnic and so is she. Doc is happy to hear that Piya is going out and getting on with life. She says that Piya has rightly called him the Destiny Man…. They make plan to meet for dinner that night, so that Piya could meet Docs friend.

Anand and Piya arrive in Mumbai in their home.. (Ratnas home) and Ratna comments that now the feeling of coming home is something else altogether…. That she always envied Piya for having everything that she never had.. in laws, family… parents etc… that she never had even a family… and every dream of hers is coming true… that she will also get a family.. that she will try to get along with his family… and get them around.. She sees Anands downcast eyes and says she understand.. that Piya is still in their minds and heart… and she is willing to give them time and take life slowly… She then says they should go out for dinner for some Italian food.

Vasu has got some clothes for Karan… and she is all exited that she is getting to spend some time with Karan…

Anand comes back and enters his home. He sees everything and is a lil sad. He sees some gift lying on the table, in which it is written.. for a dear friend… He opens it to find its from Piya… "Dear Firned, yuou had proposed to me this day.. you have probably forgotten this day…. thanks for the good times we shared." Anand reads this and sits down. Piya walks in and is surprised to see Anand there. She makes some small talk and very nicely inquires.. about Samaya etc. Anand refers to the card and says he remembers… Anand hands over a gift to her and she spots the ring on his small finger. He gives her a card which said "To my dear wife" … and he says u did not address me as such.. and Piya says she could not do it… they are way beyond that now.. and she cannot do it. She tells him that you should have only one wife…. And it is now time that he returned her ring back to her.

Anand gets a call on his mobile, and Ratna asks him to come quickly… that he had asked for candlelight dinner… that everything is ready including the wine… and asks him to come soon. Piya hears everything and asks him whether Ratna never asked him about the ring.. that she is not the types to ignore such small things. Anand asks her about her dinner plans. And Piya tells him that she is going out for dinner… Anand gets immediately jealous.. and Piya tells him to stop behaving like a husband.. that he is not one.. and she could go with anyone and it should not bother him. Piya then tells him that its time for her to give love tips to him… that when in love, keep the speaker of mobile phone low, else others could hear everything. And this would be bad for him. Anand leaves, with Piya in deep thought and sorrow.

Preview:- Rhea asks Geetha as to why she is not staying with them. Anand is with Ratna and in a bad mood with Ratna trying to guage the mood. Piyas dad and sara discuss about Piya and that she may soon take decisions in her life. Piya is with Geetha and is sad and upset and the doc is prodding her to speak up.

Episode 47 - September 8th 2005 by Socalgirl!

Episode starts at Akash's home. Geeta,Aakash and ria are doing packing for ria's picnic. And ria asks geeta, why she is not staying with them? Gita ask Aakash what is she doing for dinner and tells him to let her know if he is free. Grandpa tells Aakash to go for dinner with gita as she is agood girl and she likes him too.

Next, Aakash is sitting on dining table looking very pale and as if thinking. Ratna is making big plans of changing the interior of entire home. But anand has no interest in it. She asks him why is he not in mood and asks him if he had any problem with pia , as when she called him he didnt talk to her well. n realises tht food is burning so runs in kitchen.

Aakash's home :- Ria,Dadaji and Chelaram is playing Antakshri. Aakash comes and tells Ria its time for her to go to sleep. and Takes her inside to put her to sleep.

Pia and Gita are in Restaurant and gita asks pia why is she upset. Pia informs her about Anands engagement with ratna.Gita tell her why is she being upset as Anand is no more in her life. and whatever bad had to happen with pia has already happen and nothing more is going tohappen. Now what anand does is his problem so pia should not be worry about it. As this is just the result of what has happen to her in past.

Ratna comes n informs Anand tht food is burned and they should go out for dinner.Anand refuses but ratna insist that they go out. Anand looks upset. (it seems lately he has no other expression)

Gita calls Aakash from restaurant and asks him what is he doing. And invites him to come and meet as she wants to introduce a friend to him.

Sara and her dad talk about pia. Her father says tht Pia has lost her whole world and she is directionless right now and needs our support in what ever she decides for her life. Sara agrees to that and says she wants to teach a lesson to Anand. Her father tells her not to talk like that as that is the reason why pia is not sharing anything with her. She says sorry.

Aakash calls Gita and informs her that he will reach in some time. Anand and ratna arrive at the same restaurant where gita and pia are waiting for Aakash. Pia introduces Ratna and Anand to pia. Gita says she will be back in a min. and Goes from there. Pia Asks ratna and anand that they were suppose to have candle lite dinner at home so what are they doing in restaurant. N then asks ratna that how come she allowed anand to wear her ring next to pia's ring, or is it tht she belives in Sharing. And also tell her that ratna never like any of her things when she was a kid and used to steal lots of stuff of sara and pia's. And then says why am i saying about childhood as its a habit of hers. As people say tht the habit you get in child hood never changes. and Walks out of there.

Episode No. 48 - September 12th - by Socalgirl

Episode starts with pia walking out of Restaurant and passes Aakash as she is going. She does not know its aakash as he is standing the other way. But the minute she passes Aakash sees her and thinks tht what pia is doing here and is she Gitas friend?

Ratna tells anand tht pia is right as he has to make a decision about whose ring he wants to keep. Aakash comes in the restaurant and sees Anand and ratna sitting there. He goes to anands table and talks to anand and reminds him that he is pias friend from chandigadh. and then goes. Ratna ask anand about aakash and anand says he is pia's friend. and he had met him at pia's parents home. Ratna says he saw us together now what? Anand looses his temper and says what you mean by now what as you didnt ask this when pia saw us together. Also tells ratna you did whatever you wanted to do sofar, You rushed in to everything and now why are you asking me. Ratna tells him not to create a scean.

outside restaurant Pia tells gita she will meet her destiny man some other time. Ratna walks out of the restaurant ...anand shouting behind her. Aakash ask gita her friends name and she says its pia. Aakash is shocked. Gita asks aakash what has he though about them getting married.

Pia calls Karan and informs him tht she will be going with him to Mahabaleshwar. Karan is happy.

Ratna and anand reach home fighting, ratna asks him if he is happy or no and does he want to marry her or no. she tells him tht he does not look happy and looks trapped. She tells him tht the reason he is not removing pia's ring is because he does not want to forget he and she means things to him. Anand tell her to give him some time as nothing can change in a wink. As it is a relation and its real not like the book she writes where everything happens fast and if you dont like you can tear pages n throw. Ratna says if he wants time then he will have to return her ring and take it when he decides something. They have fight over it and Anand SLAPS ratna. ( it was happiest moment for me )

Vasu and karan have fight as karan informs her about pia going with him. and karan also tells vasu tht she always knew tht karan loves pia. on tht Vasu calls him cheat and slaps him.

Anand is standing in ratnas home thinking what is aakash doing here. Ratna comes and says sorry for whatever happen at night. and tells him to start everything from start. Anand says sorry for raising hand on her.

Pia's father tells Pia to look forward in life and never look back. and also tells her to call him anytime she needs him.

Aakash comes to drop her daughter to picnic bus. The minute he leaves from there Pia arrives in taxi and goes to the bus. She calles her mother in law and informs her tht she is going to mahabaleshwar. her MIL tells her to take care and eat on time and rest....

In the bus every one is having fun. and Pia gets ria to set next to her and looks like every one is happy.

Anand walks in his moms home and she asks him where does he stay these days. which is his home this or ratnas? She tells him to atleast inform them if he is really planing to live with ratna now onwards? and informs him tht pia is gone for picnic. Anand asks her if karan has also gone? She says she does not know. Anand calls pia and asks her why she went on trip? pia says i will call you later and cuts the phone.

Pia's dad comes to anands home. and tells anand tht he wants to talk to her. He tell her tht after a long though he has decided tht no one in the world is bad. Anand is a good guy and has good heart and tell him tht he knows tht anand still loves pia but he does not know if pia loves him anymore or no. as she never reacts on his name. He says he also realizes tht anand will never beable to leave ratna as day by day he is getting trapped and confused in all this. And goes from there leaving anand in thought.

Aakash is standing and dadaji comes and aakash tells him tht he is in love and wants to get married . Dadaji says yeah gita is good girl and they all like him. On tht aakash says he is talking about pia.

Episode No. 49 - September 13th

Recap starts with Piya passing by Akash standing in the restaurant. Akash asks Dr. Geetha about her friend and she replies that Piya is her friend. Piya tells Karan that she is going with him to Mahableshwar.
Rhea is playing in the pool when Piya calls out to Rhea to come out of the pool. (Appears that Rhea is in Mahableshwar with Piya and there was no sign of Akash or Dr. Geetha there)

Palomi is all dressed to go out when Anand spots her in slightly skimpish clothes and asks her where she is going in such skimpy clothes. He insists on her changing her clothes before she went out. Palomi gets upset and says that all the possessive questions and control questions are only for Piya and Palomi and anand does not bother with what Ratna does. She taunts Anand about Ratna and says that he should instead control his life, change his life, before giving advice ot others.

Karan gets a doctor to see Rhea, Doc prescribes some medicine and Piya says that Karan should call her father and asks her to come and take her away. Rhea protests and says she does not want to go with her dad. Piya tells her if she is a good girl and she takes medicine and gets well soon, she will allow her to stay back. Karan and Piya talk about Rhea and how Piya and Rhea get along so well, despite knowing each other for such a short while. Piya replies that some relations happen just like that, while others do not work out even after you put in a lot of effort into it. Karan comments that those who find their love are indeed lucky. Piya gets uncomfortable and asks Karan to go and get Rhea's dad.

Anand is searching for something, while wheezing away, and calls out to Lisa. Lisa cant find the puff and gets irritated with Lisa when she cant find it. He is in a bad condition and keeps panting.

Rhea and Piya are sitting, with Piya feeding Rhea breakfast. Karan says he tried calling her home, but could not get anyone at home.
Piya gets a call from her in laws phone number. Piya hesitates to take the call and eventually takes the call. Anand is coughing as she picks up the phone and Piya is concerned immediately. Anand asks her about the pump. Piya tells him where she has kept it. Anand inquires about his socks, hand kerchiefs, vests etc. and Piya like a dutiful wife, tells him where she has kept them in the room… and tells him that as long as she was at home, she used to do all these things, but now that she is not there, he needs to learn to do these things on his own. Karan overhears the conversation and is jealous of her love for Anand. Piya cuts the call telling Anand that Thresa knows everything and she will look after everything. Anand calls back again and asks for the contact details of one Rameshwar and someone else. Piya asks him what he wants them for and says Therasa has their numbers, she will call them and do the needful. Anand inquries about how she is feeling and Piya says she feels wonderful, that she feels great and has decided that henceforth she will enjoy life to its fullest and will not regret any moment. That she had never enjoyed life to this fullest enxtent before and she wont waste a single moment now.

Ratna is shown talking to one Rameshwar and giving him instruction on different work to be done in the house. Rameshwar says he will do everything and take money from Piya. Ratna says no and asks him to deal with her alone. There is some talk of some drapes being changed and some other work to be done in their house. Anand calls and Ratna picks up the call. Anand asks her where she had been for a long time, as he kept trying her on the mobile and she did not pick up the phone. Ratna says she was out shopping in the market and asks him to come and see the changes she is doing in the house. Anand refuses saying he is tired and needs rest. Ratna offers to take some food for him and Anand refuses saying he wants to be alone. Ratna advices him to take a tranquilisers, but Anand refuses.

Piya and Karan sit down and talk, and Piya discusses her marriage, she tells Karan about her and Anand, how they are now separate and how she can now proclaim her love in front of the world and she can now say she loves him. Karan immediately is happy and asks Piya to marry him. And Piya says she accepts. (this got me completely confused.. whats she upto .. is this a dream.. .was not very clear!!)

Akash is packing to go somewhere when his friends arrive there and rib him about going to meet Rhea etc.. his friends tell him that she is fine and after some talk they go away.

Anand wakes up from deep sleep and shouts Piya, but opens his eyes to find Ratna there.. and is shocked.

Episode No. 50 - September 14th

Anand wakes up with a start.. and sees Ratna in front of him. Ratna says, its me… and Anand is perplexed. Ratna asks him if he saw a bad dream about Piya… Ratna sits down and shows him the samples of the drapes etc… as Anand was tired and busy and said she wanted to see him and spend some time with him… Anand asks her why did she come here.. and Ratna does not understand whats the problem if she comes there. Anand is unable to tell her what the problem.. Ratna says that she has come there only becos Piya is not there. And Anand is surprised. At that moment, Piya calls and Theresa hands the phone and says that Anand had called her five or six times on the phone and she did not answer as she was busy and she is returning his call. Ratna is shocked. Piya asks him about his socks.. his pump etc.. and Ratna hears on.. with an angry face.. and then walks out. Anand hurriedly puts the phone off.

As Ratna comes out of the house, Dolly catches hold of her.. and tells Ratna a few home truths (for the first time, I agree with Dolly).. she taunts Ratna that Piya lost her child because of some other woman in Anands life.. that Piya is no longer living there. That people say that Dayain (evil woman) eat or kill the wife.. but for the first time has seen a dayain who has eaten a child or killed a child. Dolly continues her taunting that Piya must have told her about all that's happening in her life etc.. that Ratna is her sister and Piya would confide in her.. and Ratna looks with a grim face. Dolly sees the drapes samples in Ratnas bag and asks her for whose house she has got them. Ratna says its for her house. Dolly comments that she must have come here to take Piyas advice on the drapes colours.. and adds that Piya is not there any longer, so she must have hoped to get Anands comments on them. She continues her taunt and tells Ratna that she knows where Piya is living these days and says that Ratna goes to visit Piya, she would love to join in. Ratna has no choice but to hear her out with a smile on her face.. and walks off.



Rhea and Piya sit down with Piya telling her the story of Red Riding Hood. Karan comes there and tells that Rheas dad has been informed and there is no need for them to come and pick her up. Rhea is happy to hear that. Karan inquires about lunch but Piya tells him she has already had lunch… some from Rhea and some she ordered. Karan is unhappy on hearing that and comments that he was hoping to have lunch with Piya. Piya reminds him that they can have lunch anytime together… whats important is the intention or thoughts behind the lunch. Karan's face falls when he hears Piya's harsh words.

Ratna is arranging the new crockery in her house, when Anand comes. She exitedly shows off the new stuff. Anand asks her why she walked away.. that he was talking to Piya and would have finished her call in a few minutes. Ratna says that she did not realize she should not come there… that she came there to get advice on the new drapes for their house, that she wanted to see him since he was unwell and she was not upset. Anand asks why she did not take his call thereafter, Ratna says the call came when she was with Dolly. Anand gets upset on hearing Dollys name, but Ratna shrugs it off saying that there are bound to be that kind of people in the world always…. Ratna says life goes on.. and they need to come to terms with their lives.. She says she is willing to give time for their relationship to grow.. that some things in life takes time and she can give it that time.

Akash with his friend.. and he says marriage is not the top priority in his mind at the moment. That Geetha is a good girl, but he is not sure if he does love her etc.. that he left the force to concentrate on his daughter and the top priorities are his daughter and the restaurant. Akash dissuades his friends from pressing him for marriage at that moment.

Ratna bakes some food and asks Anand to have it hot. Exactly then, his phone rings.. its Piya… anand realizes it and walks away from the dining table. Ratna is upset. Anand asks Piya when she is coming back. And Piya says in two days time. Piya reminds him about attending Bhaskars wedding anniversary. Anand says he is not sure if he can go alone and if she was there, it would be better. Ratna listens in to the convo and is upset. Piya entreats him to please attend the anniversary. She reminds him about taking a gift.. and Anand asks her whats to be given. Piya asks him to take a nice gift. Ratna gets completely upset on hearing all this. Anand cuts the call and invites Ratna for dinner, but she refuses to eat and walks away. Anand asks her if she is upset becos he spoke to Piya. Ratna says that's not the case, she is upset becos he went away to a corner to talk to Piya, for there was nothing to talk to Piya from a corner, away from Ratna. She felt Anand still loved Piya and is unable to forget her. That it does not upset her that he still cares for Piya, but his attitude upsets her. She reminds him if she gets a call from Wasim, would he like if she took the call from a corner. Anand gets upset and says sorry, and says that he never promised that he would never take calls from Piya.. .Ratna tells him that presently, its she and Anand are a couple and Piya is the outsider. Not her. That she saw in the afternoon that Annad was dreaming about Piya.. that Anand did not like it when Ratna came to their house in the afternoon. Anand loses his cool and throws the plate on the ground (Yipeeee.. their first fight)……….

Piya and Karan sitting for lunch and Piya inquires why he got her so far away for lunch. Karan wants to tell her something, but is unable to tell her. Piya tells him that she knows what he wants to speak about and says that she knows whats in his mind.. what he wants to convey… Karan tells her that since the day he saw her for the first time, he has loved her, desired her.. has nurtured many dreams, in which he placed her.. that he always loved her… he always thought of her as his lover, his wife… and says I love you… Piya looks quietly on…
