RECAP: Prem adn mukti are in Dehli at Dr.Neal Mehras house....

MORNING....

Prem woke up he saw mukti soundly sleeping beside him he couldnt help but smile....the phone started rining....he went and picked up the phone before he could even say a word a cute little voice started talking he knew who it was...riya

riya: PUAPPAAA!!!! I MISSSES YOUS!!!
Prem: i know i know...so what time is it?
riya: ummmm no dont know......but jaiv and aru haiav and me and piya di...are coming to deeli...
prem laughed: yess i know jaan...and its 'Dehli'
riya: tats what i said Deeli
Prem: okeay jaan see you in a bit...
riya: okeay puppa bye!
Prem: bye!

THE AIR PORT....

Neal droped prem and mukti off to the airport...after the kids reached Dehli they would be flying to Canada...the trial was tommorwo....All the kids reached safe and sound with the airhostesses....riya was fast asleep in a womens arms...teh lady gave her tooo prem....
jai and aryan held mutki's hands...and piya sat in the trolly....
neal: your kids are soo sweet...
prem:i know...thanks neal for all your help.....after the trial we'll come back...that is if i get them...
neal: prem...i dont know whats going on...but i wish you all the best...

THE TRIAL....

The prem bajaj family wlked into the courthouse piya(O) was sitting with her dad...she looked terrible...prem sat with mukti...riya was left with mr.mehra and ankita...the last thing she needed to see was this...poor jai, aryan and piya(Y) didnt know what was going on....except that they could loss there parents........

Prosictur (prem lawyer): Your honur...Mr.Prem bajaj is an internationaly aclaimed buissness man...and Ms.Piya Bajaj is his first wife....(he went on with the whole pm love storyy and how prem became a quite..and how piya married prem to fix him upp....)....So there for Mr.Prem should get coustedy of the triplets....

Deffendant (Piya(O) Laywer): My lord...Ms.Piya has suffered enough by lossing her husband...and her children to 'another' woman...the lest shee can have are the children she soo dearly holds to her heart...

Prosictuer:I OBJECT!
Judge: objection sustained....
Prosicture: My lord...if ms.Piya truley loved her kids soo much...why would she shoot her son?...because of her 'so called effection' mr.Prem's son Jai may never be anle to speak again...and ontop of that...if Ms.Piya's Father Mr.Kapoor cared soo mauch about his grandson...he wouldnt have denied him speach theropy.....

And soo the case went on...... finally the judge ruled....

Judge: After hearing both sides of the story...i believe that Ms.Piya should be able to meet her kids....
Piya got a smile on her face...
Judge: ...but only one special occasions...and only when Mr.Prem and his current wife are there as well....onec a year...ms.piya may chosse the holiday...and Ms.Piya i reccomend you take sever theropy..and try to move on in your life...but the theropy will not be giving by your father......

Prem was glad...he got his kids....piyas(O) look was very angry...it looked like she could goo kill mukti..and i guess she couldnt help herself....She charged across the court room to mukti...screaming...
piya: YOU BITCH!!!! YOU TOOK EVERYTHING I SWEAR I WONT LEAVE YOU ALIVE!!!...
She jumped on top ofd mukti strangling her...prem grabbed piya from teh back screaming her to stop...
prem: GET OFF WHAT THE HELL GET OFF!!!!!
Finally the officer came and pulled piay(O) off....the judge saw everyhting.....
Judge: Mr.Prem...i take back my judgement...Ms.Piya you are not allowed to see your children...until you are proven stable by your therapist.....i dont think children need to be exposed to this type of violent enviorment.....

A smile grew on prems face....piya just screamed in anger......while mukti guzzeled down water....
