Key To My Life-FF epilogue pg 18

hey everyone

my first ever attempt at writin inspired by all the wonderful ff writers we have on this KS forum ...

havent ceen this show ona regular basis do no abt the main characters.. though....in my fanfic will start off with just the main char will add on as i continue its gonna be a relatively short ff

ideas n comments always welcome if u dont like it let me no i wont mind it one bit.. i am quite self critical ma self...

ok cumin to the basic story line and char..

Jai: he is 32 yrs ... rich , goodlooking , smart , vvsuccessful has taken his fathers business to unimaginable heights in quick time, is an MBA ,workaholic, has had a ruf time as far as a relationship is concerned. this relationship caused a lot of turmoil in his life left deep scars n he sort of lost that zing in his life and this very relatioship also changed his equation with his parents they were his friends earlierbut now it was vformal relationship where he jus didnt want to hurt his parents again, the relationship led to sum personality changes where jai becamevquiet , rude attimes...earlier he was the soft caring vsweet types

Bani: 21 yrs , vnaive ,lost her parents v early in life , is a very quiet yet fun kinda person vsweet n caring girl she is , lives with her massi , she doesnt have siblings.she is vbrite and has just dun her undergrad in business and management.

Jai's parents cant think of names of them letc wht we do abt them n will refer to banis maasi as maasii

the basic plot now:

Jais parents happened to be at a weddin where they were quite mesmerised by bani n they get in touch with her massi and ask for her hand now jai due the fact that his parents suffered so much due to his past relationship cudnt say no to ne thing he had avoided marriage uptil now by pure luckeven though his mother had made upteen efforts in this regard previously but this time he was not as lucky as things fell in place rather out of place for him n the marriage was fixed as for bani she had other dreams but decided to forget abt them as she cudnt be a burden on her massi.

so jai n bani just have a formal meeting with the parents arnd n the next thing is that they r married and its bani's first nite after marriage.....

tell me if i shud continue ... sorry for the mistakes and the boredom...

Chapter 1

Bani had been waitin for jai for the last couple of hours but he hadnt turned up n she finally decides to get rid off the heavy clothin and jewellery and while doin so her mind wanders back to what all happened in the last 2 months ....

how suddenly she was asked whether she was ready for marriage and she had no option but to say yes as she cud c that was what her massi had wanted .. she had several times questioned herself for her decision but seeing the happiness in her massi eyes and in jais parents eyes and the warmth she had received frm them she felt reassured time and again but as far as jai was concerned all she new of him was his name nd how he looked and the paper details which really didnt matter to her.... jai the person was totally unknown to her ..but bani was game for it..

Bani was done with her changing and decided to lie dwn on the bed still no sign of jai and she kept waitin n fell asleep

meanwhile jai was in his study reading a book and he just didnt feel like entering his own room this forced marriage felt like a burden but he had done it for his parents... with that feeling he decided it was time to sleep so left for his room..

he entered his room to find bani sleeping like an angel he just looked at her and moved to his cupboard to take out his change just as he ws abt to leave for the loo with the change bani woke up.....

Bani: I am sorry i went off to sleep.

Jai :(without looking at her ) its ok u can do what u feel i am not interested in u or wht u do ...just dont interfere with me or my life

and with that he went to change bani was felt hurt she sensed jai was not comfortable abt this marriage but she ignored it .. n went back to sleep leaving a note for jai behind




" I am sorry i got u upset ...didnt mean to ... u can sleep on this bed i haeve no problems with that but if u do let me no ill shift else where... I am sorry again"

this was typical bani sayin sorry even when she hadnt done nethin wrong...

she stuck the note on his cupboard and went off to sleep..

jai came out n saw the note and looked at bani same innonence nd charm thatwas there the first time they met and then when she was dressed up as a bride ....and now ... he kept looking at her for abt 5min and then the note and decided its better he went of to sleep...


next day...

evryone is asking them abt their honeymoon plans and jais parents hand them 2 tickets for their HMoon to SA and that was it for jai he excused himself frm the gathering nd left for his room bani sensed the truble n decided she better do sumthin

bani never had that kind of courage to talk to her elders nd reason out things with them she was the type to listen to them and do what they said but today she had to find that courage and she did sum how manage to
and went to her MIL

bani: mumma can i say sumthin..
jais mom: haan beta bolo
bani: agar is honeymoon ko thoda postpone karden to i mean after so many years i have got the chance to experience parental love i want to enjoy this and main aur jai we can go later but decision lies with u mumma main just wanted to say what i felt , she had tears in her eyes when she said this and jais mom agreed

jais mom: bas itni si baat sure bacche u can go later its upto u both and she hugged bani nd said dont want to c tears in yr eyes again always keep that beautiful smile on..

Bani was releived that she had managed to pull this thru

jais mom told him abt wht bani had said and boy was jai releived he wanted to thank bani and apologise to her but he didnt ....

its been 2 months since jai and bani have been married and in these two months no conversation btw jai and bani but somewhere unconciously jai has become used to cing bani's lovely smiling face , her preparing his brkfast , dinner cleaning up the mess created by him and leavin notes tellin him where she has kept what so that her cleaning and all doesnt upset him or interfere with his lifestyle..

now jais parents ask bani wht she wants to do does she wanna work or study ?

Bani : i wanna study further mba karna chahti hoon ..

Jais mom: Ask jai abt it ...we r fine with it..

phew that was long will continue on saturday .. that is if u guys like it n want me to continue...
