That was a splendid & penetrating soliloquy of Jai's perplexity which is tangling his composure.

The camaraderie, kinship built up between Jai, Ranveer, Nachiket is heartwarming. And that was a beautiful trip back to Jai's past. This revelation of another facet Jai's persona adds to his mystique.

And Teasdales words added that right touch of poignancy to the section. Lovely part.

Sorry to butt in on the discussion Armana and Sangs, but since you mentioned Vikram Seth I had to interject and mention my all time favourite book which he also authored - A Suitable Boy. I was quite young when I read it and until today love it just as much (reminds me... it's time for a re-read I think 😉 😆 ).

I don't know why your JW has flashes of Seth's character Maan Kapoor in him... just flashes mind you!! 😆

As usual extremely well-written...You seem to outdo yourself with every chapter. I like the relationship he shares with Nachiket and Ranveer...Along with the stories, I love the poems you choose, they are just so apt and it's always an extra treat reading them...Me impatiently waiting for you to post the next chapter.
