Part 6:

Jai knew what he had to do….he went..... saw his boy and left too

Jai went and first talked to Mr Mithal and told him everything and said that Aditya will come and handle al the project work....he also told him that Bani was his wife....(a shocked yet happy Mr Mithal didnt know what to say)......he also said that Bani has to resign as she is going home with him and their baby so he will have to find another replacemtn….and he also told the whole office that Bani was Mrs Walia…......Jai was very determined to get his family back home!!!!!

Mithal was sad that Bani would leave but he ws so happy that his daughter figure would finally be settled…he told Jai that he has seen her cry so many times and hopes that he will take goodcare of her daughter …Jai promised "he will more than his life"…Jai also asked Mithal that he needs his support in convincing Bani if incase she declinese…..Mithal was all for it…

With that all done Jai left to talk to his wife and mother of his child…………

As BAni entered the office everybody were like congratulations Bani or I didn't know…she was confused…Mithal sahib wasn't around so she left him a message and went home….as she entered the house….she found Jai in her room…going thru her pregnancy papers and talking over the phone…..

Bani: how dare you…and what are you doing in my room??

Jai gave her one look with hands to shut up ...the hand said...u hold on i have to talk to you....……something was wrong Jai was furious…and Bani flushed and angry....

Jai hung up the phone …took a seat opp bani and said

Jai: Bani Jashiv kaun hai?????????

Bani; kya matlaab hai thumara..a very hesitant Bani asked...she wasnt sure of herself now

Jai: Bani (grinding his teeth) Bani Jashiv kaun HAI?

BAni: very scared looked away from his gaze

Jai: BANI???

Bani: wohh…

Jai: who kya?????

Jai; waiting and looking at her…liftd her chin to face him…….kya

Bani: mera Beta Hai…Jashiv mera beta hai….crying she said

Jai: aaaha…wrong….woh hamara beta hai………….still holding her chin….why did u not tell me Bani that u were pregnant….why????...Jai was so furious with her...and at himself for putting Bani thru all this alone....

Bani: looked at him stunned…how did he know and than she saw the reports in his hands…..

Jai: he is 13 months old and u didnt think to tell me that we have a son….why Bani…kiu??? Tum itni khudgraz ho that u didn't think to tell me that u were pregnant….

Bani started crying…..she was mad at him for putting her thru this at such a time.....

Jai: answer me goddamit…shaking a shaken bani more…

Bani: shouted….BECAUSE I DIDN'T KNOW I WAS PREGNANT..THATS WHY I DIDN'T TELL U ….AND WHEN I KNEW I WAS…I DIDN'T WANT TO….

Jai: because u knew that I would have come and got u…

Bani just cyring

Jai: BECAUSE U KNOW THAT I WOULD HAVE NAH BANI

Bani: ha…yes…and I didn't want to because for you everything is ur business and only business and can go to any level to get it done…..u had Roshni and u didnt have time for me...u were not ready to give her up for me...for you everything was her and that damn business for you...i was merely a puppet for you to play with whenever the need arose...and and...she was sobbing and speaking....i..i was so stupid to not realise it and i had thougth that u actually loved me....i didnt want my baby to go thru with all that too...i didnt want u as a father in name only.....she was crying like hell....letting her heart out...all the pain and frustration out....all the pent up anger in her was flowing....

Jai was so mad and so furious …he told her…"im going to make u take all those words back Mrs Walia …but not today…"….

BAni was furious….and scared and angry and tired…

Jai; do u know I could sue u for keeping my son away from me…and I can claim custody of our child…

Bani was too scared to think it…she was crying bad….Nahi tum aisa nahi karsakte….

Jai: oh yes I can

Bani: nahi tum aisa nahi karsakte…his all I have…...........

Jai was hurt..u have me too he thought but I need to prove that to u…!!!

Jai: I can and u know I will if

Bani: if what

Jai: If u are willing to come back with me as the mother of my child and my WIFE.....….live as my wife again with me under my roof....my house...my room....MY BED!!!

Bani: just looked at him with disgust

Jai: u heard me

Bani: u really mean that….u have got to be kidding u are using my child against me

Jai: our child Bani …our child…and yes I can do anything and u know that…...nobody dared to question Mr Walia ...he meant every word he said....

Bani: NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

JaI: fine suit urself….you have 24 hours to think about it….........jaise hi Jashiv ka operation ho jati hai …at that Bani looked up….oh yeah I know Bani he said…I know his sick…as he gets better im taking him with me…GET IT with our without u…think about it..u have 24 hours…..
Jai very well knew that the ball was in his court now and one way or the other its his win!!!!

Bani: tum aisa nahi karsakte…..mera bacha thumare aur roshni ke saath,…..kabhi nahi

Jai was so mad he went up to her …grabbed her and kissed her like a maniac…..hard at first than than slowly as emotions started to get to both of them….it got softer and softer and more passionate…..he started to touch her all over….BAni was hesitant but after the way Jai was creating the tingling feeling in her …..they way he was touching…kissing…she ciouldnt resist but to give in…when Jai realized he had accomplished what he wanted …he got back a from a already flushed and embarrassed Bani and said: we still have it…the magic…and we will create more…..so 24 hours …u me an Jashiv…or just me and him….

With that Jai left a flushed Bani and returned to his hotel room to make all the necessary arrangements...he had already won the lost battle Bani was trying to fight!!!!!!!
