PART II

Its morning, sunshine prevails in the room and wakes up Bani who opens her eyes and starts to get out of the bed when to much of her surprise sees Jai sleeping right next to her. She can't believe her eyes and pinches herself to make sure and ends up screaming from that pinch, waking up Jai who is equally shocked to see himself laying right next to Bani. Without wasting time he quickly got up and not knowing what to say wished her a good morning and walked away, leaving a smiling Bani, who looks up and then bounces back on the bed covering her face with the blanket.

By now Jai has gone up to Roshni's room who is still asleep and has not a clue what went on the previous night. She woke up and was happy inside to see Jai sitting on the chair, thinking that she was successful in keeping Jai with her in the room all night long. Roshni in her usual tone told Jai, "tum bahut jaldi uth gaye, pehle to kitne deer tak sote rathe thee. Aur aab," Jai cut her off saying " Kal jo tha woh tha, aaj mein jine ki adat dalo, tumhare liye aacha hoga." Tum tayar ho jao, mein chalta hoon. After Jai leaves Roshni says Jai tum mujhse kub tak bhago ge, tumhe mere paas wapas aana hi hoga, agar mein tumhari biwi ke hote hue ek raat tumhe apne kamre mein rehene ke liye majboor kar sakti hoon to tumhe hamesha ke liye aapna bana sakti hoon.

Everyone is downstairs and Dadi is looking for Bani, she sees Rano and asks her ki Rani Mukherjii kahan hai, Rano tells her Dadi mujhe nahi pata maine unhe abhi tak nahi dekha, mein khud unhe dhoond rahi thi, dadi aap unke kamre mein jaker dekhiye na shayad wahan ho. Just when dadi is about to respond she sees Jigiyasa and tells Rano, tu jaker Bani ko dekh, mujhe koi aur dikh gaya, Rano is like "kaun", dadi tells her "humare ghar ki Bindu aaur kaun, and goes towards her." Rano is contemplating on weather or not to go to Bani's room but decides to go, she knocks on the door and Bani tells her to come in. Rano "di, sorry mujhe yahan ana pada, aapka kafi derse intzar kar rahi thi, college ke liye late ho raha tha toh yahan chali aye. Woh di muje…." Bani " haan bol Rano, kya baat hai?" Rano " di mujhe kuch paison ki zarurat hai, mujhe eek course lena hai aur uski deadline aaj 6 baje ki hai, main aapse kafi dinose yeh baat karna chati thi per mauka nahi mila." Bani "kitne paise chaiyeh tujhe?" Rano "di, kareb Rs.15,000. Bani " Rano pandra hazar, itne sare paise, tujhe pehle batana chaihiyeh tha. Aab mein kya karoon. Tu chinta mat kar mein kuch kati hoon. Ek kaam kar tu college ja mein shyam ko tere college mein milti hoon, canteen mein panch baje." Rano, tells her thanks di, and hugs her and is going out when she sees Jai on the door, he pretends as if he's not heard a thing, he casually says hi and goes in. He sees Bani and asks her "Bani sub theek hai na, Rano kuch pareshan lag rahi thi, kya baat hai?" Bani smiles it off and tells him there's nothing of that sort and that everything is fine. Bani wasn't able to look into Jai's eyes when she told him that, Jai observed that, and knowing her dilemma understood her position." Bani excused herself telling him, she needed to prepare breakfast. Jai stood there thinking, Bani kaash tumne mujse apni pareshani share ki hoti, per tum kaise karte maine toh tumhe apni zindigi mein koi jageh di hi nahi yeh, toh tum kis haq se mere saath yeh baat karti. He was feeling sad and also guilty, he said that ki mujhe Bani ho uska adhikar dena hoga, usne har hadam per mera saath diya hai, aaur aaj jub mein bhi usse chane laga hoon toh mujhe usse iss baat ka ishar karna hoga, Bani ke bina mere zindagi adhuri hai, aur shayad uski zindigi bhi mere bina adhuri hai.. as this thought came to his heart a smile came on his face and he knew he had let Bani know her importance in his life!!
