Fanfiction Jai Bani (and monkey in the middle Roshni), after reading the update and the scene where Roshni asked Jai to spend the night in her room, this has given me so many thoughts that i have to spill them out.. so i'll basically start from the same scene and start the story...
Part I
Jai, Bani and Roshni return from the temple and head inside Walia mansion. Jai helps Roshni go up the stairs to her room, he is holding her from the shoulders and she has her head tilted towards Jai staring at him and looking back at Bani who is right behind them. They get to her room and Jai settles her on the bed and asks if she's ok, Roshni with a dull face tells him "Jai mujhe chor ke mat jao, aaj raat yahin mere saath ruk jao, mujhe yahan akele bahut daar lagta hai. Jai looking at Bani, with pain reflecting from his eyes nods and Bani quitely walked out with her eyes downcast but filled with quetions and a unknown anxiety that seems to have taken over her mind and heart. Bani is in her room unable to sleep, sitting in front of the mirror lost in thoughts and fear of what is going on upstairs in the room. The thought of Roshni and Jai spending the night together is giving her shivers, she is perplexed and doesn't know what to do. She keeps staring at the clock and hearing the tick which each time increases her heartbeat. Jai Jai Jai is over her mind her heart, she is drowning in the love that has taken over her. Restless as ever she heads out and walks up stairs, half way their she turns around and walks down and is standing on the first step contemplating weather to go up or not. She gathers herself and once again climbs up this time making it all the way, she is standing outside Roshni's room, the door is closed and she frets opening the door to find her love with someone else. Very slowly she lifts her hand puts it on the knob of the door and just when she's about to turn she feels a hand on her shoulder. Bani who is sweating in fear turns around very slowly only to find Jai standing in front of her. He is looking straingt in her eyes and she too is not able to take her eyes off him. Jai moves towards Bani and wispers in her ear "Bani tum yahan itni raat gaye Roshni ke kamre ke bahar kya kar rahi ho", Bani finds herself without words and is not able to give an answer to Jai who is still looking at her with a cute yet mischevious smile. He says "Bani tumne mere sawal ka jawab nahi diya, tum yahan kya karne aye thi." Bani whose heart is beating even faster says "woh, um, meh woh aapko dekhne, mera matlab hai yeh dekhne aye thi ki Roshni ko kuch chaiyeh toh nahi." Jai naughtyly tells her "Bai Jhoot bolna subke baski baat nahi hai, its a fine art jo ki tumhare paas nahi hai." Bani who is standing like a statue doesn't know how to react and what to say, Jai is having a great time teasing his dear wife and he thinks to himself "bani meh janta hoon ki tum yahan yeh dekhne aye thi ki mein aaur Roshni kya kar rahe hain, Bani mujhe mere sima pata hai aur meh uss sima ko kabhi par nahi karunga." After sometime he tells Bani "raat kafi ho chuki hai jake so jao, bani asserts by nodding her head and walks down to the room and went in the bathroom to change, Jai too follows her and comes in the room. He closes the door and locks it. Bani comes out and to her suprise finds Jai laying down on the bed, she slowly walks towards him tring hard to hide the happiness and smile on her face and sits besides Jai and asks him, "aap yahan" before she could say anything else he tells her "kyun meh toh pichle kayi saalon se yahin issi kamre mein sota aya hoon, koi shaq" Bani just smiles and goes to her side of the bed and sleeps. Jai though who is still awake is thinking "yeh mujhe kya ho raha hai, meh yahan kyun kicha chala aya, meh kyun Bani ke bare mein itna soochne laga hoon ki mera kahin aur dhyan hi nahi rehta, kya ho raha hai muhje. Jai Walia jo ki kabhi kisi ke samne nahi jhuka, aaj ek ladki keh aage kyun haar raha hai? Kya pyaar issi ko kehte hain, Mujhe
Bani se pyar ho gaya hai! Mujhe Bani se pyar ho gaya hai he thinks to himself and quickly gets up and sits. He has mixed expressions on his face. He walks over to the window and looks at the moon in which all he sees is a reflection of Bani (the song thora sa pyar hua hai thora hai baki is playing in the background), to which he smiles and turns back and comes near Bani who is deep in sleep cuddled under the blanket like a baby. Jai gently moves his hands through her hair and makes his way on slightly rubbing her forehead. He bends down wanting to kiss her and also not wanting to wake her up he softly kisses her on the cheek and looking at her dozes off right next to her.
