Chapter 3

Later that night after dinner, as usual he went to his study with Aditya. After passing the drink to Aditya, they sat down at the sofa and discussed the day's happenings. While Aditya was talking, he realized that Jai was lost somewhere. "Jai... Jai… Are you listening to what I'm saying?" "Huh? Ya, sorry. What were you saying?" Jai asked. Aditya saw that he looked disturbed so he decided to ask him, "Jai, why are you doing this?" Jai looked at him, puzzled, "What are you talking about Aditya?" "You know what I'm talking about. Why are you bringing Bani along with you? What is the need for that? Why do you want her specifically to go with you? You could bring anyone else. Why Bani? Why do I have a feeling that you are falling for her?" "I don't know what you talking about Aditya. I'm bringing Bani because she is my manager and I don't think I have to explain further about that. I can't bring anyone else most of are busy with other projects or busy with the marriage preparation. What the hell is this that you are saying? Me in love with Bani? You have got to be kidding me. I'm already engaged and going to marry Pia in 3 months. You are crazy, Aditya," said Jai. "Don't try to lie to me, Jai. I know you very well. I even noticed lately you have been looking at Bani wherever you are, you always have an eye on her," said Aditya. "There is nothing like that. You are just seeing things," denied Jai. "Oh really. Then why 2 days ago when the foreign delegates came from Spain while Bani was doing the presentation you had your eyes on her only and when she sat at her place you were also watching her. You didn't really pay attention to what they were saying because I had to nudge you a few times. Later, when the delegates were about to go back, they complimented that you not only had a hardworking employee but also a beautiful fiance. They also wished you a happy married life in Spanish. When Bani asked you what they said, you said that they complimented her work and sincerity. What I don't understand is that why didn't you correct them when they called Bani your fiance? Answer me, Jai," said Aditya. Jai got up and went to the window, he looked out and sighed. After a while he said, "I don't know Aditya. I seriously don't know what I feel for Bani. I'm bringing her along with me so that I can know what I really feel for Bani and put my mind in peace. That's all." "I hope you know what you are doing. All I can say is that think wisely before you do anything," said Aditya.

With that the both of them went to sleep. In Jai's room, he was having difficulty in sleeping; he tried so many ways but could not sleep. He gave up and sat up on his bed. He took out his phone; he went to his picture gallery and looked at a picture of Bani smiling back at him. When he saw this picture he felt at peace. He then remembered the day he took this picture. There was once where he and Bani had to attend a business party. For that party Bani wore a beautiful blue saree and she looked like an angel that came down from heaven. While they were having their dinner, he pretended like he was sending a message and when he had the opportunity he took this picture. He looked at it for a while then he went to sleep dreaming about Bani, holding the phone close to him.

Amazing story.....I simply love it .....its something exciting about the fact that Jai falls for Bani while he is engaged to Pia....i cannot wait to see them together in London and both realising their feelings for each other ...pls cont.. soon
