Few days passed by…
There were few more things that were happening..
One day Shiv called from office… to just talk to nikhila… about what she is doing in the evening…and nikhila said… Gauri is here and we are having some work together … so it will not be possible… and he keeps the phone and after hr we see… shiv is at the door… and when nikhila asked why so early..he said.. I was having a head ache..and then he changed his dress from suite to casual wear and then came and sat in the living room where gauri and nikhila were doing some painting … and switched on the tv and sat there but kept looking at gauri from time to time... and did not move from there till gauri left.... after an hour....
another day.... ; ************
It was a Sunday and Shiv was going to spend time with Vivan and friends…
He was getting down the stairs and going out…when he saw Gauri coming in … with some food containers in hand…and she went to Nikhila and said.. 'Aunty…I made allu parate and dal makhini..' so I brought some for you… and then nikhila asked her to call alok and ask him to come for lunch here as we are alone and we can all have lunch together… and gauri..called alok and talked to him..to which he said..ok…
All this while Shiv came down the stairs… to listen to what they were talking... he kept a magazine in front of him and was listening.. and when nikhila asked… why din't you go… he said… 'Vivan had called and they have canceled the program… so I am staying home..' and So, He ate parathe and dal makhini..and smiled to himself thinking gauri is a good cook.... 😳 and later sat back in the living room and... kept on looking at gauri from over the magazine and some times just staring at her…
Suddenly after lunch… Vivan came in with other friends..and said…Shiv… what happened… you made the plan and you did not turn up..so we came to check on you…and thats when shiv realised he had forgotten to call vivan to say that he was not coming... he was so engrosed in gauri...that he completly forgot about it...so,shiv said… 'just did not feel like coming..' and Nikhila heard all this and she was happy that may be what she was thinking is correct…

One day Alok was going on a business trip to US for 2 weeks and did not know where to leave Gauri …when he expressed his concern … Nikhila said that she has many guest rooms so, Gauri could stay with them for these 2 weeks if it was ok with him and gauri..…
Gauri was excited…as she lost her mother years ago.. when she was young and had always been looking for that affection and
for Nikhila had always wished for a daughter which due to some problems never happened after Shiv was born…so it was a mutual affection between the two…
Alok was more than pleased as now mahen and family were close to alok family… his daughter wouldnot be more secure anywhere else..
Shiv did not know anything about this… and after a week Gauri came to Nikhila house with bags.. after sending alok to the US flight….
She put her bags in the Guest room that was beside Nikhilas room… and then came down to help Nikhila in cooking for the night… and After cooking… Nikhila asked Gauri to go freshen up… So that they would have dinner and then go for a walk in the garden…..
Now what will happen... 😉 keep reading...
