Manik stood numb looking at her as his eyes widened.
His eyes had something else expression and Nandini that aggression , anger would come next .
But instead in a minute she was in his arms and he was laughing and kissing her .
"Are you speaking the truth . I m really . Are you serious ? You really are pregnant ?"
Now his question got her annoyed ,why would she joke regarding the matter of pregnancy . She snapped back ,
"Manik you are not believing me ? "
"No baby . This news so exciting just could not believe my ears . "
"You are happy ?"
"Happy ? What ? I m more than happy ! You can not believe , you have given me the most awaited moment of my life "
"Really Manik ? "Nandini felt as though she had conquered the whole world . She felt as happy as anything .
Manik could not believe the news she gave to him . It was like as if his dream was fulfilled .
_Flashback_
"But Soha how can you even think about killing our child ?" Manik asked to his girlfriend who just broke the news of her pregnancy and was planning to abort the child . Their child .
"It's not killing Manik it is aborting . And we both are children and how can we even think about bearing one ? I m going to abort it at any cost."
"But . How can we . How can you ? Soha please "
"Just stop it Manik ! It's in my womb so I have all rights on it . I will get it out soon"
"It ? Soha 'it '? "
_Flashback ends_
"Manik ? Manik ? "
Nandini 's words bought back Manik from the past he wished never to remember .
"What happened Manik ? "
"Nothing Nandini . But you'll never imagine what you have given me . If you ask my life I will give you that also for giving me my life's biggest happiness "
"No re , what profit will I get from taking your life ? " Nandini asked mischievously and laughed as Manik's eyes widened.
And he chased her around the room while she laughed .

"Aliya Aliya . Believe me . You are going to be Manik's wife and no one else " Naunica spoke in a coaxing tone .
"Umm are you sure Naunica ?" Aliya asked pointing her eyebrows as she doubted her words .
"Of course beta . You are going to Manik's wife . He has been your friend from many years and you know him well . Now tell me do you any other girl in his life who can be capable of the title of his wife ? "
Aliya looked at Naunika as she thought over the words . She knew that after Soha Manik never had dated anyone else and he was close with only two girls, herself and Mukti . Mukti was already dating Abhimanyu and she was more like a sister to Manik . So who else but she . He probably liked her but never admitted , he may also did not know how he felt about her as after Soha incident Manik had stopped believing in true love .
"What are pondering over ? Do not waste time to think but take actions . Manik feels for you and I know that . After all I m his mother "
"Yes as if " Aliya smirked . Naunika never loved Manik and Manik hated Naunika actually the whole fab 5 hated her but today she was speaking her love words so maybe she should believe her . She knew very well that behind this Naunika had a plan but who cares as long as she got what she wanted .
"Okay I guess I will give you chance for the first and definitely the last time "
"Excellent choice " Naunika smiled as she evilly thought of how easily her plan worked .

Nandini felt a chill go down her spine as she entered the music record studio .
"First floor . Third one , right . Go there I will catch you soon " Manik informed her as he disappeared before she could say anything.
She could feel uneasy as this was her first time and she was damn nervous . She wanted him right by her side but again if she would say that to him then he would laugh at her probably .
She climbed the stairs and enquired the place as if it was not a recording studio but a crime scene and was a detective .
Thinking of detective that made her remember the show 'Castle' and her favourite detective character "Bectkett". She still was thinking about it when she bumped into someone .
A young girl maybe of her age with blonde hair , Black skirt and white shirt looked at her as though Nandini was some kind of criminal .
"Can not you see where you are walking? You almost made me lose my balance . What do you think of yourself ? And why the hell are you here ha ? "
"I ..I ... " Nandini tried to say something but failed . First only she was nervous and now .
"You don even know why you are here . Or hey maybe you do not understand English right ? Bloody Behen ji "
"Mind your language Bharosha " Manik called out angrily from behind . Looking at him , Nandini sighed in relief where as Bharosha gulped .
"Is this the way you behave with some one ? How dare to talk to her like that . Just apologise right now ." Manik ordered . His eyes filled with anger . Nandini never had seen this Manik , she had heard that he was always angry and always screamed at his employees but she has never faced that herself .
"Sorry mam . " Bharosha said in a *not so sorry voice* .
"And dare you believe again like this with her "
Nandini smiled in victory as the girl passed them , her eyes shouting to Bharosha *you had it lady * .
Manik hold Nandini by her waist and lead her to the room while Nandini smiled to her fullest .
