She walked back and fourth , restlessly not knowing what to do .
Her heart was beating very fast and her mind worked the opposite way .
Suddenly her ears were vibrated by a sound .
The sound of his car. Other the times she may have ran downstairs to welcome him with open arms or maybe to the terrace to catch his glimpse but today she just stayed in the room waiting for him to come .
She could hear his steps and his voice , he was talking to the servant somewhat enquiring and she knew very well about what . What else but her .
It had been three years ,three years she had been his mistress . She was offered to him when her step father could not pay the debt he owed to very famous music artist , the sensational singer Manik Malhotra .
She could never deny her father cause she knew if she did that then he would immediately stop her brother 's treatment . Her brother was her weakness yet her strength .
When she came here , like every other girl she too expected hell . She expected pain and a beast but was surprised to find something else .
He did not treat like any animal or any mistress . For him she always stayed as a close friend . *of course close friends with benefits * At that time he was under some tragic , the tragic only he knew and yet only for the world he carried around a mask . A mask of "I m okay"
But only that the mask fell in front of her.
She could never imagine the famous Manik who was known for his name , fame and yes anger and aggression would have a soft heart . A heart which does beat inside his chest .
Over the time their relation enhanced . It was not only he came in for . It was for her support , her talks that he really wished to come to her .
Anything big happened in his life he would come to her and share it and without her advice or words he would never take a important decision and that made her feel special . It made her feel the importance of her in his life .
She knew that today also he had come with a news but today she too had a news to share with him .
Her chains of thoughts were broken when he opened the room's door . There he was smiling .
Before Nandini could say anything he carried her by her waist and kissed on her neck .
"Nandini you would not believe what happened !" He said as he kept her down .
She wanted to stop him and blurt out her news but looking at his excitement she just nodded her head .
"Your song is finalised . The recording will start soon " Manik said kissing her.
"Manik . I have to say something"
"Yes tell "
"Manik ... I ... I ... Manik I ... Manik I m pregnant . We are having a baby "
Silence spread in the room as Manik's eyes widened .
